Property Ratings at Fairview Commons
Management has raised the rent every single year for 3+ years. Claimed that the raise was to be competitive with other complexes and their pricing, but did nothing to improve quality of life/living standards for tenants who've lived there for many years. New tenants get the fancy new flooring and brand new appliances while old tenants are stuck paying off the loans that got management those items. Other complexes (in the same price range) have community centers, gyms, pools, and decent sized mailboxes. Parts of the parking lot flood often, there is often no spots left for even one guest, and you can hear everything that your upstairs neighbors are doing.
One of the nicest places I've ever lived, my 2BR is spacious, well appointed, and comfortable. Management has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Would unequivocally recommend living here.
We’ve been living here almost a year now and the property managers and maintenance have always been so great to be quick to respond to any questions or issues we’ve had. Wish the kitchen was bigger but the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom is perfect for our 4 person family! The location is great as well being 15 mins from the hospital and just a few minutes from any grocery store!
I am really happy I decided to move in to my apartment. My apartment is spacious and really nicely done. When I moved in everything went very smoothly and the management has been really nice and helpful. It's a great place for a great price.
My boyfriend and I have lived in the 2BR apartment for a few months now and our experience at Fairview Commons has been top notch. Our unit is really spacious and we love having hardwood floors, brand new appliances, and the ability to have a washer dryer in our unit. We have an upstairs unit that also includes a deck, which is a great little bonus as well. The property manager, Amanda, made the whole move in process very smooth. Further she has helped make living here a pure joy, always ensuring any issues are fixed promptly and making sure every resident feels welcome. I would strongly recommend checking out Fairview Commons Apartments if you're interested in living in Gallatin, as it will be hard to beat the location, price, and overall experience.
We have been living at Fairview Commons for a few months now and it has been great! Our pleasant experience started from the moment we first inquired about the unit. Volunteer Properties management team is nothing but friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The complex is the perfect size, not too big and not too small. The location is awesome, close to the freeway and a short drive to so many restaurants, bars, and the grocery store. The 2 bedroom unit has been perfect for my boyfriend and I, lots of closet space and cozy without feeling cramped. He uses the second bedroom as a home office and loves it. The kitchen could be a little bigger, but in comparison with other places we looked at in Gallatin, Fairview Commons location and price range provided the best bang for our buck. I would definitely recommend Fairview Commons to anyone looking for a great little complex in Gallatin!
Did a lot of research when looking for a new place to live and feel lucky to have found Fairview Commons. It's certainly a hidden gem in Gallatin. My unit is awesome! Really nice interiors with hardwood floors, brand new stainless appliances and super cool grey kitchen cabinets. Overall very modern and clean look and feel. I really enjoy having a townhouse with living area downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs. It's a great home like feel compared to any other apartment that I've lived in before.
