Property Ratings at Fairview Crossing
This place is a very nice and quiet place to live. The management here are wonderful also and whenever you put in a work order for something to get fixed they are on it and it gets done so fast. I have referred several people here because it's a very very nice place to live

Thank you so much! We think Fairview Crossing is a very nice place to call home, too, and we're thrilled to count you among our valued residents! It's awesome to hear that our attentive staff and timely maintenance have served you so well throughout your time at our community. We appreciate you sharing your glowing recommendation through referrals! Remember, the office is always just a quick phone call away should you ever need anything. We want to ensure your time with us remains exceptional! Thanks again!
The management here is very friendly and takes all complaints seriously. They work hard to solve issues that I have had in the past to make sure I am happy here as a renter! They maintain the property well and handle security issues that some people may have. They also are reasonable with the rent compared to most other apartments and give options to people that have frequent job changes like my husband and I. I have been happy here long term and hopefully continue to stay. I would recommend it here since it is close by to many restaurants and stores. There are options that are literally a walk away for coffee since you are next to a Barnes and Noble and a Dutch Bros.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! Our team works hard to provide exceptional service and a wonderful home life to all of our valued Fairview Crossing residents and we're happy to hear it shows! It's awesome to know that our attentive staff, affordable rates, well-kept grounds, and convenient location have earned us this glowing recommendation! If there is anything you ever need, don't hesitate to reach out to the office and let us know. We're here to help! Thanks again!
security is on and off, very cheap construction and everything breaks easily, doors are heavy so they slam shut, rude management off site, horribly loud and rude neighbors, car alarms and stereos keep blaring at all hours, live next to a trashy trailer park, people vibrate your apartment running up and down the stairs... The only good thing I can say is that its easy freeway access, close by restaurants and grocery, and they allow animals on the property. Other than that, all I can say is unless you are desperate, I would not stay here long term
