Davidson is a large, wooded community about 40 miles west of Greensboro. Most of the area is rural land, but the heart of the action is in Lexington. Delicious restaurants, specialty shops, and more can be found along Main Street. The surrounding areas feature shopping centers, a hospital, and a regional airport as well as cozy neighborhoods. Renters have the choice of affordable suburban homes and a variety of apartments. Most of Davidson is surrounded by nature , so outdoor recreation is abundant. Hiking through wooded areas and exploring High Rock Lake, bordering the south of town, are all popular pastimes among Davidson residents.

Property Ratings at Fairview Village
This place is horrible. The landlord is lazy and wont fix anything.I had bad A/C problems and had to suffer with those high temps inside the apartment. It was so hot I couldn't cook inside my kitchen. I had a temp reach as 90 degrees in there with a bad thermostat. Also they have bad septic issues too. Save your money and Go Anywhere else not here! If you moved here you definitely will regret it if you have problems with your air and septic. The only thing I loved here were the neighbors.

Thought this place was a good place everyone was so nice at the beginning, then it got were no one ever answered the phone the staff are never there unless u catch them at a good time there Business hours are supposed to be Monday through Friday 8 to 5 but that’s a lie They never ever return your call, I’ve even tried calling the property manager no one is ever available, people that’s been there for years has said that this place is literally in the dumps now, the staff the pricing, they just went up on pricing and it’s not worth it, the pictures they show u online are when they first opened up!!! By all means save yourself and don’t rent from this place it’s was an absolute nightmare oh & if you break your lease you are made to pay every single penny back, and they will make sure of that or they will take u to court over 75 cent literally I’ve saw it happen. Had such a horrible experience here. would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Fairview has definitely had its up and downs... There is a new manager in the office, Candice. She is so delightful! She is taking matters and actually taking care of our needs! The previous manager didn't seem to care. I can tell you in the couple of months Candice has been here it has changed for the better. She has taken the time to hear us voice our complaints and actually takes care of it in a timely manner. Thumbs Up to Harvest Properties, they have a wonderful Manager in the office.
Place used to be great until apartment manager was forced to leave and complex was bought out. Lots of rules implemented and increase in rent. Once you signed your first lease, your price was locked. With the new owners, that's not the case and is now over priced for how small it is. If your looking for a temporary stay, like 2-5 years, it's OK. You could do worse. It's right near the interstate so that is convenient.
Well to start when I moved here I'd had very little time to choose a place. I stumbled onto this complex and it has been" interesting"... First off since January I've seen the place change property managers 5 times! They have been less than accommodating when it comes to maintaince issues. And some of the neighbors are a little batty. On a good note the apartments are affordable and near all types of local eating and shopping. Overall I give this complex 2 &1/2 stars.
I lived in Fairview apartments for 1 year now and I was excited to resign my lease...I love the community, people and staff...Great office staff Debbie and Great Maintenance Man Kent. If you want a great quiet down to earth country living you must try Fairview Village apartments....I love It and I thank God for the wonderful people that surrounds me....I believe I will be here for a very long time.....Thank you for all you do to assure that your property are very well kept and the tenants are happy with there stay....You are the best
