Marquis was fantastic, informative, friendly, but most importantly, had the most immaculate vibes. This guy was glowing the entire tour showing us the community and spaces. 10/10 recommend both Marquis and the Fairway Lakes community! Great spot, greet spaces, great prices and an incredibly friendly, competent staff!

I have lived here a few months now and the staff is super nice, especially Melinda in the office. I remember how well the initial tour prepared me for what I should continue to expect... people being nice. Thanks

This is by far the worst place I’ve ever lived. Maintenance crew unlawfully entered my apartment without permission while I was in my pajamas and stood there and argued with me as to whether or not he should be there. He argued with me for about 3-4 minutes before he finally left. I later called management and they said “oops he got the wrong apartment.” No apology or anything. He never even knocked or acknowledged himself. This is was the first but not last time that happened. They also raised my rent $330 from one lease to the next. And they let me know this while I was on vacation in Greece, after I told them I would be out of the country and unavailable. They constantly blew up my phone and e-mail about me renewing my lease, even after I asked them to contact me later as I was in vacation overseas. They also hide about what you will pay. You cannot have just internet. You must have internet and cable…add $130 to your rent. $50 for trash?? $10 per month for pest control? Last time pest control helped me they left a sticky trap on my bed pillow and called my cat a “large rodent”That’s absolutely disgusting. They never answer phone calls they just like to email to cover their own. Management is rude and condescending. Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever lived.

The rent is a joke. Extra fees every month. They forced us to pay an extra $120 a month for cable, the staff NEVER answers the phone or returns your calls. Maintenance takes weeks. Didn’t feel safe towards the end they are letting anyone move in. So many better communities in the area.KEEP LOOKING

Don't fall for their lies. All they do is make excuses and lies. They add a lot of extra fees to the rent. Electric, stormwater, gas, sewer base charge, water base and 139 cable and internet bill. If you need good internet you won't get it here. We have to reboot the modem all the time. They are not the electric or gas company but they will still charge. So don't fall for all these nice comments. Move in and you'll see I'm telling the truth.

Christina is helping me through my transfer which means I’ll be coming back for year #5! I love that they’re hosting events at the clubhouse for pets and kids and am looking forward to what they do next!

Melinda was great and very welcoming. Fairway Lakes appears to be a very quiet and fun community.

All of their staff has gone above and beyond for us since we moved in, truly it’s like we got another family. I love our apartment and how quickly we were able to get in. I highly recommend renting here!!

This place looks good at first glance but it’s literally crumbling. We have chunks of walls falling off. Where they “remodeled” they have massive holes, gaps, didn’t paint it. They left chunks under the carpet, glue spots on the carpet. The worst of all part is that on top of the rent, trash, and cable they charge an insane about of bogus fees. Our rent ends up being at least $200 over. GO ANYWHERE else!

I’ve lived here for a year now and I love it. Melinda is the definition of someone that goes above and beyond for the residents here. She has put on events for adults and children to attend and it is just phenomenal. Awesome place to be. I am looking forward to renewing my lease. Thanks!

Stay away from this place. It says luxury apartments. It is not. The patio is rotting and paint is pealing. We have a big dent on the bathroom wall. They make you take spectrum and add it to the rent. Then when you have problems and you will. They say call spectrum. The internet goes out a lot. I can't wait to escape. Plus they add on a lot of odds and ends. Lately they added on is pest control and this was after we signed the lease. So save yourself a headache stay away. I know I'll get a response on here being all nice. They can save it. Oh I forgot rent went up 40 percent in one year. STAY AWAY!!!!!

They moved me into a cockroach infested apartment and charged me to treat it.

The apartment is a great size but that is about the only thing good about it. They let me move in to an apartment that was not ready. It wasn’t cleaned and had a ton of plumbing and painting issues. Also it was very hard to get a hold of management or maintenance. They never completed repairs without being asked 3 or 4 times and now they are trying to charge me with $1500 of fees upon move out. I would not recommend living here

Rent went up 40 percent in one year. Not luxury at all. Patio has rotten and paint pealing. Stay away.plus they add a lot of odds and ends cost to rent.

If you decide to rent from here make sure you take pictures when you move in and when you move out. We moved in and the carpets were dirty (didn't even look like they were vacuumed), there were cobwebs in the corners of almost every room, the stove was a mess, and the upstairs patio area was molding and didn't even feel safe to go out on. Called multiple times to have them come fix it and that never happened. Moved out about a month before our lease was up because we purchased a house. Told them months prior and asked if they would work with us to break the lease. They said no. Had every intention to pay the last month's rent even though we were out. Found out that within 5 days of us leaving they had already rented it to another family. Then got a $6000 bill because they wanted us to pay to replace the carpet and fix all of the other issues. Called to get details and found out the carpets were already 7 years old when we moved in! The apartment was cleaner and in better shape when we moved out than when we moved in. I do not recommend these apartments to anyone!

The only good thing about Fairway Lakes is the location. Unfortunately, this is a terrible apartment complex and I would not recommend renting here by any means. For starters, they will wait until your grass is the size of trees in your “luxury” backyard, and you have to call and complain to get someone out to cut it. They NEVER answer their phone and maintenance is another issue. They said they were raising the rent to meet industry standards based on the “renovations” they’re doing in your unit. I would not call these renovations. They put countertops in that don’t even match, the drawers do not close properly, there’s caulk and glue left everywhere, the quarter round doesn’t match the trim and it’s falling off around the tub. The carpet is disgusting and old and there’s paint chipping everywhere. To top it all off, they have the tiniest, dirtiest gym in the world- I went to work out there and there’s nothing to wipe down the machines and there was trash on the floor. If you can get into the pool, since it’s never open in this “luxury” place, you will receive emails from staff letting you know that kids cannot be kids around the pool and you must now use pool passes or they’ll close the pool. Heed my warning and stay as far away from Fairway Lakes as you can.

I thought this was a good deal when I moved in but don’t ever expect to get your security deposit back. The people in the office never answer the phone and rarely return your calls. $500 security deposit is unrefunfable in my experience. Fought for it for 3 months, but never heard back. If someone shuts their door in your building it will shake your apartment. I would never rent their ever again.

I’ve lived here for the past two years, the property is great! The staff here are so helpful and personal. Everything is well kept and tidy.

I came to view the apartments at Fairway Lakes and I notice how spacious the apartments are. Not only that the staff was so professional and friendly, Zoe and Jose answered all of my questions. Can’t wait to be a future resident.

Being new to Columbus I was looking for a place to call home when I found Fairway Lakes. And I hit the jackpot! I was treated like a celebrity from the time I made contact and toured the apartments and that still carries over! I was made to feel at home from day one and have never been treated with such respect and kindness from any other complex I’ve ever contacted. I would certainly recommend anyone come and speak with Jose and his team if you are looking for your next home ... I plan on staying for a long time and the employees are responsible for my happiness with my new home.

Great location beautiful atmosphere. Right next to the police station and gym . Been here for 4 years . Dog friendly. Close to Sony restaurants in shopping malls Easton Polaris but still tucked away really 15 minutes downtown not much more you can ask for an apartment complex Tp

There are a lot of positives about living here. We love how spacious the townhouse is. A lot of people have complained about their basements leaking and we have not had that problem. Its quiet and overall we enjoy living here

When I walked in, I was amazed at how great the place looked. It has a Fireplace, large space, working appliances, and an open kitchen. The management were super nice and helpful.

My fiancée and I just moved in and we love it so far! The staff are very friendly and helpful. We can see that they are making improvements to the property such as new pool furniture and landscaping. This is a quiet, peaceful community and a great place to live. Great location, close to Westerville and New Albany. Definitley recommend Fairway Lakes!

i have been here about 2 years. I had a stroke in August of 2017. i'm in rehab mode and management always make sure I'm doing ok and check to see if I need anything. Nice people and nice neighbors that are always encouraging me when they see walking and working out. My favorite part of my apartment is the fire place.

Quiet neighborhood and safe place to live. Enjoy the workout room and friendly staff, Jose is kind and prompt. Havent had many maintenance issues but the team was out fast for the few things needed. Overall good place to live.

We just signed our third lease, and enjoy the community as well as our apartment home. The layout is everything to us and suits our family well. Great staff also, Jose is the awesome and always takes care of any of our needs promptly with excellent customer service. For the price, the ammentities, and the school district... it doesn't get much better!

My boyfriend and I have lived at this property for a year now and love the apartment and the landscaping. We have a unit with a balcony off the master and could not be happier with the view looking out on the pond. The staff here is very attentive and take the time to listen to the issues we have going on, not only within our apartment, but with our neighbors as well. The setup of our unit is also very unique. My only complaint would be the abundance of children in the neighborhood. Although not at fault of the staff, it does impact our days sometimes when they are running all through our yard screaming. There is no sense of privacy between our yard and the neighbors and kids have legitimately stepped up on our patio before.The staff has offered to step in before and for that I commend them, but maybe reducing the number of kids within a unit could help. Overall we are excited to be renewing for another year.

Been living here for 5-ish years, the recent changes that have happened in the last year or so have been amazing, of course raising rent sucks, however when you see that they are doing something about problems they are being made aware of and the fact that 95% of the time Tad gets to problems within 24 hours. Jose is always professional, yet fun. You don't have any worries with Jose, he keeps it real and does whatever he can to help.

So far so good!! My experience living here has been amazing!! Staff is always professional and polite. Maintenance responded to my requests in a timely manor. The complex is prettt quiet and my neighbors have been extremely nice & welcoming. I'm glad I chose Fairway Lakes as my home and plan to stay for a while.

I’ve lived at fairway for about a year now. I will say that the staff in the office is very friendly. However, the properties seem like they could use help maintenance wise. Since we started living there there’s been a pretty huge issue with out walkway leading into our apartment stairs. There’s been a leaking issue and it gets so bad that it floods the sidewalk and surrounding mulch. During the summer the water that was flooded would sit for so long that it would get really gross and you had no other choice but to walk through. Now that it’s winter the leaking is usually frozen over and it’s a very dangerous area. It’s been an issue for a long time now and nothing has been done about it. Which is very disappointing.. Inside the apartment my door to the laundry area came off the track. The first time I made a request they said they would have to come back when they had the right tools. They never showed back up. Then I put in another request a couple months later and the person that looked at it said the doors and brackets are so old they don’t have materials to do anything about it... so now my laundry door is just propped up against my kitchen wall because I don’t know what to do with it. I understand the apartments are very old. We’re lucky to have updated appliances at least. Looking forward to the kitchen remodel so we can get rid of the awful countertops. The carpets in the apartment are in bad shape and were like that when we first moved in. They desperately need replaced. They also haven’t been on top of changing filters or cleaning the vents. When it started to get cold and we had to turn on the heat I got incredibly sick and my allergies were inflamed. When they came to change the filter it was essentially black.. The last thing I’m dissatisfied with is the use of first billing. There’s Weird service fee charges and deposits that really don’t make sense. Also having to have cable is ridiculous.. we don’t even get Comedy Central, mtv or spike. Trash fees were upcharged an additional 4 recently which is usually included in your water bill at other apartments. The fees and additional charges are pretty shady. All in all, the maintenance and some of the other policies definitely need re-assessed. The main reason I continue to live here is because of the area and the set up of the apartments are nice. If issues continue and additional fees are added I can’t imagine living here much longer.

The staff of this apartment are on of the greatest! Tad the Maintance guy is always on top and ahead of the game! They have all helped me so much!!!

My daughter is staying at Fairway and I couldn't be happier with the communication with the office, the cleanliness of the grounds, and the safe feeling I have when I visit her weekly. The attention needed in her home was taken care of immediately and she has neighbors that she can call and go it if she needs anything. Couldn't ask for a better feeling knowing she is safe and with good neighbors and dedicated leasing office. Thank you

The apartments are roomy and they provide very nice appliances. The rooms are reasonably spacious, and the kitchen is the perfect size for what I need.

Location is awesome - so close to everything. And the views from the apartments are so peaceful. The golf course makes it feel like you live at a park.

The staff made moving in (though there were some snags) a very stress free situation and continue to help whenever a problem arises! So far there haven't been many. They all love my dogs too. Speacial shouts to Brooke she's great

We have been here for about a year. I love how close it is to Easton and Polaris! I also love being able to walk my dog around the complex and the backyard fenced in.

My wife and I have lived here for two years. We love the floor plan of the apartment, it's very different than any other apartment complexes in the area. This is the only apartment complex I've seen that has fenced in backyards, its great for our dog. The neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet. The office staff has improved greatly since we moved here. They are friendly and responsive to requests. Our rent didn't increase too badly from our first year to our second year.

Apartments are a nice in size with updated appliances, fenced backyard and friendly staff. Gym have to be improved otherwise it is a good place to live.

I have lived in both a town home and 1 br here at FWL and both are great. Some of the best features are washer/dryer units provided, private fenced-in yards, wood-burning fire places, and large kitchens. The golf course views are very pretty and the community is extremely pet friendly - which I love!

Price is reasonable. square footage is adequate. semi new appliances, washer dryer in unit. the bundle service is a little bit in question In regards to the price, plus gas and electric that I also pay for. all in all average place to live..

Fairway Lakes is a wonderful apartment complex that offers 1-2 bd apartments/ townhomes. I currently live in a 1 br 1 bath second floor unit with a private patio. I love that Fairway Lakes is situated on a golf course. Fairway Lakes also has updated appliances with a dishwasher and washer/dryer in all units. If I have a problem to report, maintenance responds within 24 hrs of my report. Love it here at Fairway Lakes.

This is one of the largest one bedrooms in the area, and one of the best prices as well. The apartments are located on the little turtle golf course, so most of the apartments have a view of the course. Very quiet area, and helpful office staff. I love that every unit has a wood burning fireplace, as well as comes with a washer and dryer. The buildings are a little order, but have been maintained. It's easily located just a few minutes to 270, so commuting is a breeze.
