Fairway Meadows

I had been trying to apply for fairway meadows for a year before I finally get to live here. It’s worth the wait! It’s a very peaceful place for small family, couples and individuals. The environment is well kept and very welcoming. I have now lived here for more than a year and still loving it. The loft layout is great as you get to have the feeling of living in a house without the hassle of shoveling snow in winter. No issues, no drama and our neighbors are friendly too! The location provides easy access to everyday needs- library, target, other grocery stores and some restaurants. So can’t complain!

I have lived in a single-bedroom lofted Fairway Meadows apartment since 2015, and I still love living here. The location is picturesque with an almost rural feeling while still being close to many conveniences. The property is quiet, safe, and well-maintained - both interior and exterior. The property manager is friendly and easy to get a hold of. All my maintenance issues have been resolved in a timely, satisfactory manner by equally amiable staff. Fellow tenants I've encountered over the years have also been very nice and friendly. I truly wouldn't consider living anywhere else!

Just moved in and Joy, the property manager was extremely helpful with the move-in! Everything was organized and explained thoroughly and the apartment is gorgeous. Really looking forward to living here!

Recently moved in and have no complaints!! Joy made the move in process very smooth and is always willing to answer any questions. The apartment is very clean and well kept up. My apartment has ample storage and the underground parking is a huge plus. The location is very safe, quiet and very convenient to several stores. Highly recommend!

this complex is gorgeous and my apartment looks out over the golf course next door. The hallways are always very clean and the maintenance staff is quick to fix any problem! the manager is very nice as well as my neighbors

My apartment looks out between both buildings. Quiet and pleasant. A washer and dryer is available right outside of my front door. I love the underground parking especially with Wisconsin winters. The management staff is very friendly and helpful ??.

I moved in recently and am so happy to have chosen Fairway Meadows. My unit is laid out to make the most of the space, with spacious bedrooms and a lot of natural light. There is ample storage inside the unit, with many closets in shared spaces, and a huge master closet. The rooms are larger than what I've seen in other apartments, which has made it easy to experiment with different room layouts. All of the neighbors are pleasant and kind, and I've felt welcome since the day I moved in. I've found management to be very responsive and pleasant to interact with. I highly recommend living here.

Its everything you could ask for! Fantastic heating and cooling, always have warm water for showers, up to date dishwasher and they were able to repair our oven looking completely brand new! This property makes me feel appreciated and cared for. Joy gives you so much information about the town and is always ready at the phone for any questions we may have. Underground Parking and all the neighbors are extremely nice! You can't find a better property than this!

I have been living in Fairway Meadows for a 3 years and it has been a wonderful experience. It’s quiet and peaceful, the building and grounds are well kept. The property manager is excellent to work with, handling requests quickly and making sure information is communicated.

The excellent management, spacious living space (including many closets and extra storage in the garage basement), and great views overlooking the golf course has kept me at Fairway Meadows for over a decade. If you're looking for a clean and quiet place to settle in Franklin, look no further!

It turned out quiet suburban life wasn't for me, but if that's what you're after then you will love this place. I always felt very safe here, the building was well maintained, and it's in a great neighborhood. The loft layout had its pros and cons but I miss the big kitchen and high ceilings!

A couple of years ago, we shopped around looking at a minimum of a dozen different apartment buildings in person and another couple dozen online. After our extensive research we found that Fairway Meadows in Franklin offered the most amount of living space and luxuries for the money. We wound up renting out a spacious 2 Bedroom Lofted apartment. Things we love about our apartment is that it has cathedral ceilings, ceiling fan, lots of closet space, in-unit washer / dryer, air conditioning, heated underground parking included in rent, and a large storage locker. The entire time we have lived here, management has always been very on top of things. The owner keep the apartments updated (e.g. new kitchen cabinets, new carpet). They regularly professional clean the carpet. If you have kids, it is a really nice place to live since they would be able to attend Franklin School District, which is top notch.

After an extensive search, I selected Fairway Meadows. It's an extremely well managed property allowing you privacy and convenience to all things MKE without hassle of busy city life.
