Fairway Valley apartments now have new Owners & Management. The property began it's renovation in 2017. We have recently installed new double pane windows throughout property. We are also currently remodeling the grounds of the community. Kitchens are upgraded with brand new appliances, including fridge, stove, vent hood, kitchen cabinets, counter tops, sinks, and vinyl wood flooring. LED lighting is being installed throughout all units and hallways for energy savings. There has been brand new flooring placed throughout each home, as well as new shower tile and medicine cabinets. Property Ratings at Fairway Valley Apartments
The apartment manager changes every month hard to pay the rent and the place has roaches there is even black mold growing on the walls . The parking enforcement is a joke . There is a serious drug problem here it’s obvious with all the shot out windows and the people hanging around the property is never kept up there was poop in the hallway for a week before it was cleaned cops here almost every night for drugs or neighbors fighting maintenance is a joke as well repairs are never fixed right they are just covered up with paint and polishing to make it look good
This place is nightmarish. The manager will not return phone calls or emails, the maintenance team is never available. The listed price is wildly inaccurate. There is a pest problem that they will do nothing about, except call an exterminator to your apartment and charge you for it even if the pest problem isn’t in your apartment. This apartment complex is the worst possible option for housing you can find. Don’t waste your time or your money please!
Paying extremely way too much , front doors are locked for security purpose but completely inconvenient when you have guest , bringing groceries in or have children. Staff are noisy and monitor who you bring to your house , no parking , property is a lil extreme with the towing & fines specially how the property looks.

Enforcing rules, towing, holding tenants accountable, monitoring who is on property and security access for all tenants is not something I ever thought I would hear someone complain about, I'm sorry but everything you have an issue with, are all things people WANT where they live. A staff that cares about how the property looks...all AAA in my book. Not things you normally find any more. I know it is surprising, but ridiculous is most definitely not the right word. It is ridiculous that someone would NOT want those things were they live. This is not the Pinions any more, at least that is being recognized.
This manager they have is awesome! She helped me get in the same day I applied, I was in a bit of a situation. The apartment was beautiful! Tons of space, clean and new everything. I was blown away when I walked in. The pictures are exactly what the product is! She is no nonsense and that's a good thing, she makes sure people behave and that let me know Im in the right place for being a single mom. Cameras everywhere, parking permits (I work late, so knowing I have a parking spot at 2am was awesome!) the security doors are comforting and all around just a great place to be.

I’ve lived here for just over a year and just signed another year lease. Place is great. Anyone that writes reviews about bugs/mice/drugs is almost 100% been evicted for not paying rent and is angry because they’re a loser. I’m writing a review because these apartments & staff deserve an honest, truthful one. The units and halls are newly remodeled very nicely. The entry doors are new and have secured locks which is awesome. The staff is great and hard working. Love it here, definitely will stay as long as my job is in Colorado Springs.
