Property Ratings at Fairway View
The pools are always dirty, the staff have liots of excuses with very little result. Maintenance takes forever and usually takes multiple tries to solve issues. Some of my neighbors had bad AC's and had apartments go up to 90 Deg for days.
Since I moved to this complex I have made several maintenance requests with no response. I found the apartment full of bugs, the sink broken, I found trash from the previous tenant. There is a puddle of standing water behind the fridge. Many things are broken. The staff has been playing me on the phone. Would not recommend this place.

I live here for a year now and they are rude in the office and DONT have no communication skills they have nasty attitudes. When I first move here it was all good until I start having a water leak and they start blaming me for that water leak saying I’m over flowing my tub and my boyfriend using the shower wrong we are too grown to be doing that. Now I have a mold on my ceiling and me and my boyfriend is getting sick please y’all now waste y’all time coming over here that don’t like fixing nothing I been reporting this leak so many times that I had got tired explaining myself to them

We have an incredibly dedicated staff onsite that happily investigates issues like these as they arise, including your specific case that was identified in December 2019. After multiple completed work orders and further investigation to the problem you were experiencing, it was a professional diagnosis from Tiger Tool and Roto-Rooter, not our staff's notions, that determined there was misuse of the shower in the unit and not a leak. We have also addressed this issue with the Better Business Bureau complaint you'd submitted, who took our documentation and approved our findings. We cannot further encourage work orders for a misuse of appliance, and would advise all tenants to follow proper usage of their bathrooms to avoid instances like this. Poor customer service from the staff, slow or no response from maintenance, Management refuses to fix simple things, units are sub par quality and not worth the money you have to pay for rent, apartments/ property has pest, spiders, and fleas. After my lease is up I will move out and never look back. I wouldn’t even give the property a 1 star rating.

Poor customer service from the staff at the leasing office. I've reported things to the leasing office 2 years ago such as a broken closet door that has yet to be fixed. Not enough washers/ dryers in the community laundry facilities. Dog droppings everywhere on the property which comes along with foul odors in several areas. No consequence for loud/ disruptive neighbors unless it's after 10 pm which is considered "quiet time". Small hopping spiders every where. If you sign a lease agreement prepare to be stuck there because there is no buy out option. The only upside in my opinion is the convenient location. I'm not renewing nor would I recommend anyone to live here based on the customer service alone.

I really enjoy the shady home feeling that you get from living here. I enjoy living in the city with trees, woods, and flowers surrounding me. My dog loves it too.
Maintaince is so bad we complain 10 times no one fix the issue. Exit gate has spikes it malfunctions and puncture your tires. It happen to me on July 6th 2017 between 8:45PM to 9:00 PM. They put the sign next day outside management is not responsible for property damage. I will put a sign on my car if I hit some one I am not responsible for any damage. Does it work I think no it's a same thing if your spikes at the gate malfunctioned you are the one responsible for it or take those spikes out. SHAME ON YOU fairway view staff and management.

We do apologize for your unfortunate experience with the front entry/exit gates of the apartment complex. We have not had any issues such as this before. The gates and signage have been in place and fully operational since early 2015. Due to company policies, we do not hold ourselves liable for tire damage at the gate. Spikes are only located on the exit gate to stop traffic violators from entering incorrectly. Signage also states that you should not reverse your vehicle while over the spikes. We attempted to discuss this issue with the resident and was unable to reach a resolve. We understand your frustrations and we are sadden by the review. We again thank you for your residency and want you to know that you can address any other issues you may have with the Fairway View Management Staff.
I have lived at Fairway View Apartments almost one year and it is a wonderful place. My family and I really enjoy everything they offer and the staff is very nice.
Some units have issues with rodents. My roommate and I moved into the Fairway View apartment complex in the summer. Three months later I started to notice 'mice' droppings in an upstairs closet. I immediately set my own traps and the next day I notified the front office so that maintenance could come to seal the hole they were coming in. An exterminator stopped by once to reset the traps I bought myself but didn’t catch anything. Maintenance eventually did come to patch the hole, but only after I stood in the office and demanded that someone come and patch it immediately. I waited in the office while someone was called and met them in my unit. I caught a total of eight 'mice' in the time it took for maintenance to address this. It wasn’t until FOUR MONTHS LATER, that my original work order was addressed. Sometime in late February I began to hear noises in the kitchen and walls while I was home alone. I began to suspect that I might have rats entering my apartment. I bought rat and large glue traps. An exterminator visited and notified my roommate and I that there wasn’t much more he could do inside the unit than what we already set. He told us that poison would be set outside and that we were free to contact him if something came up. He did not notify us exactly where in our unit he set traps and he didn't return to check them. Sometime in May I opened the closet of our A/C unit to find a large, decomposing rat in a trap. Also, at this time the noise in our walls was still ongoing. I have never dealt with rodents before and my roommate and I wouldn’t have signed a lease here if this was brought to my attention. Rodents are unsanitary. I understand that they have attempted to address this issue. I also understand that these are older buildings. But at this time I still have rodents making noise in my walls. I only want others to know before signing a lease here.
Best apartments I've ever stayed !!! Comfortable and safe, I love the pools , tennis court & other amenities they provide . If the scale was a 10 they'd get a 10!!
LOTS OF GREAT AMENITIES..WELCOMING HELPFUL STAFF..HUGE CLOSETS..AND GREAT FLOOR PLANS..I LOVE THAT ITS GATED AND THEY KEEP THE PROPERTY WELL KEPT!!GREAT PLACE TO LIVE.
