Property Ratings at Fairway View
I'm writing a review this evening and, Yes our rent is going up, but everyone has gone up also. I'm online looking to see the rent price for the apartments that are around in the area that I live in. Been looking for months and the Manger in the office knows that I do, We talk about how rent has gone up and that is not her fault in any means. She is doing her job and I understand that. She is the most understanding person, she is always in her office she never takes lunch, her office doors are always unlocked. When its after 5PM or on the weekends she answers her phones, especially when it comes to her residents. If she could help with the rent going up I KNOW 100% SHE WOULD BE THERE FOR EVERYONE. Im not a person to write reviews, but when I seen the last review that said DON'T RENT HERE. I had to write and say YES RENT IS GOING UP, BUT for everything else its far from true. If there was a window broken she gets it fixed. She works hard for us each and everyday. So what I'm writing is 100% truth. Living here is great because i know i have a manger behind me and for everyone at that matter.. Also one more thing. Homeless people ARE EVERYWHERE. You will never get away from them where you live. There at stores where you shop, they at gas stations, they are restaurants they are on corners ect. To the last review it true. Jennifer keep up the good work and thank you being my manager and I'm renewing my lease with you.
Lived here 3+ years and get told that there is a 40% rent increase and we need to let them know if we will be signing our new lease or be moving out by the 1st of November... (its the 21st of oct.) when asked if the rent increase was going to come with a nicer/remodeled apt. (our unit has had troubles and nothing ever seems to actually get fixed even though she says they will) I was told that I could pay $200 MORE then the new rent that is already being forced onto us (already almost $400 extra/month.) Homeless people everywhere, broken doors/ broken windows/ loud banging constantly, a trashed rec area we were told 3 years ago that there would be a Grill area, ect. and we have never seen that area. they will give you open promises to get you into a lease but don't expect them to hold their word. She also hardly ever seems to be in her office. (Good luck using the gym or putting money on your laundry card)
I have lived at this community for 6 year, Jennifer has been the most caring soul since day one. This year they are out doing them selves to help me. I want people to know, if you want a place to call home and feel like someone actually cares about you, then visit Fairway View Apartments. You will FEEL wanted as a person and NOT just a resident.
I have lived here for 13 years. Yes it's been though different management companies, but Jennifer has been my on site manager for almost 6 years and she takes care of her residents 100 %. I have NEVER had an issue with bug living here. When I need something it gets done. I walk into the office its always a warm welcoming. Jennifer stops everything to listen or even just to talk for a few minutes. If I have been here for 13 years so can you.
Fleas,bed bugs and constant barking dogs.Poor maintenance,nothing gets fixed. Laundry fascility filthy,gym never open.Criminal activity and drug dealing.
