Property Manager at Fairway Village Apartments, Responded To This Review
We're overjoyed to hear about your positive experience with our community and the warm welcome you've received from Nicole, Narmin, and Lefka. It's wonderful to know that our resident events and hospitality have made you feel truly at home. Thank you for sharing your experience!
I've been here for about a year and I'm renewing my lease because I like the location, the neighbors and the customer service. When I first moved in Nicole made the process easy and even helped me with changing my address. I don't have a lot of service request but ones I have submitted get done quickly! She also gave me a complimentary carpet cleaning with my renewal.
Spoke with Nicole in regard to a one bedroom. She was very professional and very detailed in cost and expectations of tenants. I loved the layouts and thought the pricing for fair was the market right now.
As someone that is new to the area it was very important that I felt safe and comfortable and the management made the process easy and fast! The apartments are up to date and very clean! The surrounding areas are well kept. They have a heated pool and no breed restrictions for dogs which is so difficult to find in Orange County! Overall I would highly recommend!
My family and I have lived here for a good amount of years, and have never had any major problems. The complex is very well maintained, gated community and is safe. Also pet friendly. Management is always around when needed and very helpful.
First off we were promised a renovated apartment with a higher rent. Come to find out nothing had been renovated. Frome the cracked vinyl flooring to the cracked granite countertops. The bedroom carpet also had a funky smell to it as if it had never been cleaned. Along with all that there was pink mold in the restroom. Disgusting! The only good thing seemed to be the low rent but even that did not get honored. This place is a joke, stay away!
Been talking to one of the property managers for a few weeks now and supposably had an appointment today to look at an apartment, we called today before heading over to look at the apartment and she said she already rented it out and didnt even book our appointment. Management at FDC is complete garbage. Incompetence is not a good look.
Management has no clue what their doing. I ask one of the ladies to explain a fee that I was being charged for and she just kept repeating the name of it and couldn't explain it. It's suppose to be a non smoking community but everyone smokes inside and outside their apartment and by the cars. My first week living there, there was a young lady who worked in the office and I saw her smoking with a group of her friends. They also allow cars to park infront of trash cans and red lined areas, which is annoying that I have to squeeze by a car to throw out trash, plus the trash trucks keep honking at the people to move their car until someone comes out and moves their car. Also I put a few small plants in my window and get noticed we arent allowed to have anything in the windows at all, not even a small plant, yet they allow smoking in a "nonsmoking" apartment complex? Their priorities are strange. Then there is ALWAYS plumbing issues, the first month our apartment flooded and then atleast once a month or more they have to shut off the water or even just hot water all day for more plumbing issues. My mailbox has never been fixed to the point where I gave up, my mailbox will unlock if anyone just pulls it because it's been busted since before I moved in and atleast half of my outlets dont even work! This is my 2nd apartment I've lived on my own and 1st with my fiance but it's been a huge disappointment.
Good rental rate, for Anaheim. Perfect if you have pets. Very pet friendly. But some residents can not control their dog(s) and let them run off leash. Management will respond to this issue, so let them know which apartment or carport space the offender is in. Child friendly with management having no problems with letting the kids play on the grass. Friendly and helpful staff and well maintained usually very peaceful, common areas feature 4 BBQs, 4 tables and 2 pools total in a 2 courtyard layout. The management throws fun parties for the kids/adults in the commons for major holidays which tend to have very loud music. The parties do not go on late, so the music is over before you are trying to sleep. However, if you are trying to watch TV instead of going to the party, you will need to turn up your TV and close the windows. Only one parking spot included with each apartment, but you can eventually rent at a reasonable rate by the month another spot when one becomes available. This may take many months. Also, the backyard is surrounded by fence and the back of the carports so little ventilation and increased noise because of the enclosed space. If your neighbor is having a party in their backyard, you will feel like they are inside your apartment, even with all your windows closed. Management is very reluctant to tow someone out of your assigned parking, so keep a copy of your rental agreement handy and your drivers license so when someone parks in your spot, you can prove you are the resident and it is your spot, and have them towed away. Getting the number from the office for the tow company they use when you move in will save you time. Lastly, you are not charged extra weird fees every month.
My husband and I have lived here almost 4 years, and have never had any major problems. The complex is very clean, and well maintained, gated community and is very safe. There is a nice heated pool in one of the courtyards that is always kept clean. They are also very pet friendly. Rent is a little on the high side in my opinion, but not to far off the market.
