Fairways at Feather Sound

Located in a peaceful area only minutes from Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Tampa, I-275, Beaches, St. Pete/Clearwater and Tampa International Airports. Stores and Blue Pearl Pet Hospital (24-Hr.) are within a few minutes. A 5-minute walk leads to Shell, dry cleaner, salon, Starbucks, Jimmy Johns, Domino’s, and UPS store. Publix and Topgolf are within a 15-minute walk. Ana M. is an amazing property manager, always professional and kind. It is obvious she cares about the property and its residents by ensuring safety and cleanliness measures are always in place. Charlie is a most professional and nice maintenance guy, not to mention extremely knowledgeable. Service requests are addressed immediately. Property has peaceful lakes, dog parks, and walking areas. As someone not from the area, I appreciate the diversity of residents, from students to working folks to families to retirees. Fairways at Feather Sound is as unique as its location, and that is why I continue to renew my lease each year.

My 1st payment to this property, my bank had moved my deposit to my savings account without my knowledge. So they turned off the ability to pay that way. Meaning that I would have to go get money orders for a year. Which is difficult for me to do because I work nights and I have a limit as to what I can withdraw daily….so it caused me to pay a few days late…we’re not talking about weeks late. But after the 3rd…it’s considered late. When i resigned my lease, they turned ACH back on and I paid my rent on time, but their system tried to charge me twice for 1 months rent. I don’t keep $5k in my account…so due to their error, they denied my access to ACH payments. And they have a new payment process that my bank marked as fraudulent. So after standing in line to get a money order for over an hour, I couldn’t get the payment to process. I shouldn’t have to run all over town on multiple days to just pay my rent. It honestly takes about 3 hours per month to make all of the trips to pay. Especially when it was their mistake in taking the payment twice. They also have an old hot tub that is broken most of the time, and is often full of dead skin

The office staff is very personable, friendly, and helpful. I lived here two years and only moved out due to work location change. It was a very clean complex and the apartments were so comfortable. They keep up with the expectations they set during tours. Caely, Ana, and Seffrey we’re extremely helpful and made living here as seamless as possible.

I moved from out of state and everyone at Feather Sound was so accommodating and so very nice. Caely was friendly and so sweet. Great move!!

Jacob helped me move in and the process was super easy. He took care of any issues that popped up. The complex is well maintained, quiet and in a good location. The only maintenance issue that needed to be taken care of was taken care of immediately. The staff have been great.

I moved into Fairways at Feather Sound one month ago and I must say Jacob G. made the leasing and move in process seamless! He was very proactive in reaching out and making sure I had everything submitted and ensuring that I found a unit that fit my needs! All of the staff at the leasing office have been beyond friendly and professional. I am very happy with the unit, amenities, and location.

Caely helped us with our move in two years ago and helped us again with our move out when we purchased a house and she was always friendly and super sweet. The maintenance guys Charlie & ORyan are literally the best, we’ve never lived anywhere that had quicker maintenance help than here. No matter the issue it was always resolved same day.

The application and move in process was simple and easy! Jacob is friendly, professional, and took care of everything quickly. Maintenance and the rest of the staff have been welcoming and responsive. Happy to call Fairways home!

I’ve lived at Fairways for 2 years and have no complaints. The property is beautiful along with the pool and gym. Management and maintenance have been so helpful as well!

I was helped by Caely, super helpful, Did everything she could to help me with the tedious paperwork to ease my transition into relocating to the area. All with a smile on her face. She definitely made the experience easier for me.

We love it here! Spacious 2/2 BB with lots of closet space. Caely and Seffrey made our move in absolutely wonderful. The maintenance team is the absolute best. Perfect location, wonderful amenities and pet friendly. I love the events they have for residents and the occasional food trucks that come by. We are definitely resigning our lease. Wonderful living atmosphere and all around a great place to live. I would highly recommend.

After living at Fairways at Feather Sound for almost a year and a half now, I couldn't be more confident that I chose the right community to call home. The property's location is unbeatable with the endless options of things to do locally in Clearwater, St. Pete, and Tampa. Caely was my helpful and knowledgeable leasing agent when I moved to Florida and she has remained phenomenal throughout my entire year and a half at Fairways. Caely goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed during the move-in process and continues to make them feel valued and appreciated throughout their time as residents. The maintenance team has also been great and efficient when needed.

W loved living here. The staff is great. Maintinence is on it and Caley and Seff at the front desk are professional and friendly. The place is well kept and clean and we really enjoyed the amenities.

My husband and I moved to this apartment complex recently, and we couldn't be happier! Seff was very helpful and kind throughout the whole process: lease application, virtual tour, and welcoming us on the day of the move-in. He is the best! It is a friendly community with great amenities. The maintenance guys, Doug and Charlie, are super nice, and will fix anything right away when needed! If you are looking for a place to rent, this is definitely an option to consider??

My move in experience was excellent. When I arrived at the leasing office, Caely kindly greeted me as I told her I was interested in leasing. Caely took the time to show me two different units and answered every question I had with knowledge. Her customer service skills were and continue to be amazing! This apartment complex has been so wonderful! I have lived here the last year and I love it. From the first day I took a tour, Caely has been very willing to answer any questions I had and makes a point to ask me how everything is going. It is a safe and quiet neighborhood which makes it really comfortable to walk around, parking is never an issue, the apartments have been updated very nicely too! Definitely recommend living here!

Fairways at Feather Sound is a nice community of apartments, with a dedicated staff, responsive to service requests and a helpful attitude. Seph in the front office has a friendly and professional approach. Overall, an impressive and pleasant apartment complex.

We could not have made a more smooth transition from Cali to Florida without Caely’s professionalism and enthusiasm and the help the whole team at fairways at Feathersound !! The place and people are so warm and welcoming to the point that I know I made the right decision. No stone left unturned with her attention to detail! So happy to be part of this fabulous fun loving community !!

After 3 months of looking we finally found a perfect spot. The community is perfect, close to everything, and who doesn’t love the pool and hot tub open 24 hrs!! But let’s talk about the staff! Caely was in constant communication with us and helped with every question and concern! Her upbeat personality just made my day every time I talked to her. Kudos to both Caely and Sefrey for being amazing. I love it here.

After a difficult year, my family and I decided to make the move to Clearwater site unseen. Caely never stopped working and helping us with paperwork and made the whole process amazing. Once arriving to our new home, we feel in love with the property. Its absolutely gorgeous! We also now are settled and have two new family members. We are so thankful for Caely and Sefrey. They brighten up our days! Come join our community, you won't be disappointed.

I loved living here! The amenities were awesome (pool area and workout room were recently updated and feel luxurious). They also have Amazon lockers that all mail carriers use - it was so convenient and secure. I never had any issues with parking or feeling unsafe. The apartment buildings themselves are a bit older, but the renovations are nice and whenever we ran into normal maintenance needs or a few times some bugs (hey, it's FL) the staff responded quickly and it never became a problem. We relocated out of state, otherwise I would still be here! Staff, amenities, and overall experience were wonderful - highly recommend!

During our visit to Florida my husband & I had a scheduled tour. We arrived and entered through the main office and was warmly greeted. Sefrey the assistant property manager immediately showed us the map of the property went in detail of all the amnenities , pricing and availability. Our Tour was very enjoyable with Sefrey. We had many more tours that day in different areas other then Clearwater. After a difficult choice we decided to live in Tampa. If we chose Clearwater we would definitely pick Fairway at Feather Sound. Beautiful apartments , location and Lucky to have Sefrey give us our tour. Thank you to Caely and Sefrey. Fairways at Feather Sound appears nice and well maintained at first glance. But that is as far as it goes. The property management personnel and company are not as nice and friendly as the facade. Their business model is of interruptions, smugness and an idea that they know how to run your life better than you. They impose nonnegotiable "fees" as "features" you may not want or use. In recent events they (the property management) has imposed a cable/television fee as a "utility" with short notice and no residence input. This is now raising the rent $100. This is after they raised the base rent 20%. For a grand total of 25% increase within the last few months. In these uncertain times were people are being affected by this pandemic and economy why would a property management company do this? You be the judge. Choose not to rent here if you can. Your rent WILL be raised in the middle of your lease term and they know you can't do anything about it. So your budget will be always at risk. So... "RENTERS BEWARE!!!!"

They have "claimed they needed a part for 2 months to fix the jacuzzi heater". When asked they keep suggesting the part can't be sought. The place lies, hard to speak with upper management, over priced and terrible experience.

I hate to post a negative review because honestly the community is pretty nice. I have some issues with my unit though. I havent used any amenities yet due to COVID so cant really speak on that. The community overall is well kept and pretty quiet. If not for my plumbing issues Id love living here. My biggest complaint is my issues with the plumbing. When I did my walk-through before picking this unit, I mentioned the water damage and was assured that it would be looked at and fixed. On move-in I realized that didnt happen. I put it in my checklist and when it still wasnt addressed I emailed a staff person and was again assured that it would be addressed. I even tried following up and still got no reply. Also the toilet was really disgusting and Ive only been here a little over a month and its suddenly not flushing so Ill need a third visit for that alone. Its exhausting.

The maintenance staff here were part of the reason I decided to go with this apartment complex and they never let me down. Spent 10 minutes with me on the phone today explains the issues with my a/c unit! They ROCK!

Ashford is a nice community to live in. It's well kept . Management/ office people is approachable , nice and problem solvers. Maintenance guys are excellent. It's located in a very convenient area . Several restaurants around. Close to I 275.

I am 100% satisfied at Feather Sound. The office staff is professional, respectful and pays attention to your needs. The maintenance team is fabulous and ready when you need them. They take pride in maintaining a clean, safe environment for the community. Ashford is truly a place to call home.

I love where I live. Ashford is a place I would recommend to anyone. I feel safe here and I have nothing but good things to say about the maintenance guys and the office staff.

They are quick to come fix ans when there is a way they find a way but they has to get the part but then has to get a brand new stove they are absolutely wonderful and caring of the wait of things getting fixed at a timely manner

The leasing office staff and maintenance crew is very professional, friendly, and does their work in a timely manner. This is one of the best apartments I have lived at with regards to the staff.

I can only assume that owners/investors of Ashford think they know what is good for its residents since they have closed the pool. Im sick of paying for amenities that I cant use.

I saw one of our mm guys, Charlie and told him about the issues. He immediately came over, checked both areas, got what he needed for repair and fixed both sinks. Doesn't get any better than that.

This is a great community! It is very safe and quiet Everyone is very friendly in the area.

I have lived here for almost 2 years and enjoy how peaceful and quiet it is. I have only had to call management with a problem once and they were helpful and accommodating until the problem was resolved. The amenities are open 24 hours a day so that you are able to use them no matter what hours you work.

Office and maintenance teams are incredibly helpful and simply wonderful. The property seems to be managed effectively and the both teams have been greatly responsive to my inquiries and concerns.

I just moved to the area and the friendliness of the staff is what sold me. Positive energy and good vibes. I love the area and being able to drive to both Tampa and Clearwater beach in minutes. I look forward to meeting new friends at the future events. Luz C.

The grounds are well kept; the staff is friendly and efficient. My apartment & view of the Sound is amazing.

While Ashford at feather sounds is a nice place to live, its quite pricey so that takes away from the value. Oddly, it seems maybe a quarter of the apartments around me are empty.

Enjoy living here. Re signing lease for another year!

Ashford apartments arw really cute. Updated with stainless appliances, granite and gray laminate floors. I have a one bedroom. Its laid out to make the most of the square footage. The amenities are great. But the staff is the best
