I had a hole in my back patio door frame for a year. They kept saying work order was completed or didn't bother putting a new request in. Took literally with high electric bills for them to fix it. I had 3 floods In a year from a tub valve, washer hose and water heater. On the 3rd flood I wanted to cancel my lease. They said they would reduce the penalty from 2400 to 1200. At whatever cost, do not move here.

Fairways at Hartland is an excellent apartment complex. The management, and maintenance personnel are exceptional. They always make you feel welcome and any issues you have they make a priority to fix. They host events for the tenants and make you feel welcome. Bingo night was fun! I have lived here since January and highly recommend this apartment complex! 5 stars!

Staff is very friendly and maintenance is also very friendly and fast..any issues i have had with things breaking have been taken care of in a quick and professional manner and have also witnessed on multiple occasions maint taking trash to the dumpster for elderly renters
A well built community, great management team, lots of property updates recently
My patio is larger than most and the pool is nice. Staff is present and helpful. I like the open floor plan and my neighbors.
Maintenance fixes things quickly. The area is well maintained. I run and the subdivisions around the property are beautiful and have sidewalks.
I know people who have lived there and they have nothing but good things to say. When they have a maintenance issue, it is taken care of promptly. This is also just about the very best location to live in our community. Safe neighborhood and very close to all the big name stores. Beautiful landscaping!
I’ve been here almost a year. They bought a new firepit, grills and pool furniture. They are getting a playground this summer. My apartment has the improvements shown in the photos.Repairs are usually done the same day as my request.
Apartments built almost 30 years ago. No upkeep.
I moved in last month. I gave it a bit of time to give an accurate review. I like my apartment, it was clean and painted at move in. The office staff was friendly and accommodating. I took my son to the Halloween party in the office and he loved it. I asked maintenance to look at my loose door knob when I first moved in. They were very quick to respond and professional. Thank you!
New to Bowling Green in July 2021, and moved into Heartland while we looked for a house to buy. At the beginning things were fine and the management team took pride in the upkeep of the property & grounds. In the Spring of 2022, things changed with a new management team. It seems like the resident screening process changed quite a bit, as there was more of a police presence. My son was stopped a few time by the police looking for people of interest. We decided it was time to leave for safety sake, as my family no longer felt safe.

I was told that my boyfriend would be evicted just because I'm not on the lease and I sent one of my packages to his apartment because I couldn't send it to my place! The person that delivered it took it to the leasing office and when I went to the leasing office with my boyfriend to get it they told us that because I'm not on the lease that I can't have my package and that if I do it again I'm going to have to be on the lease or my boyfriend was going to be evicted!
Extremely loud place at night The walls are too thin so the sound vibrates the smells transfer easily and stinks The inner structure and plumbing is too old And the management is awfully rude
We have lived here under a month and haven’t been able to use our heater! After asking for maintenance to come look at it for 2 weeks he came and changed a fuse and said he needed to order something else and then left.... we then got an email saying It had been fixed and the work order was closed! Well, needless to say we are still without a heater! Management acts like they care but we have had to ask 5x for this to be fixed and we still have nothing resolved! Don’t move here! Its not worth it!

I’ve lived here very shortly with my brother and I’m not happy with how much rent is and the lack of maintenance up-keeping for this residence. Our dish washer hasn’t worked since move in date and when we finally asked the maintenance man to fix it he told us they don’t make parts for these things. How do you own an apartment complex but not have the necessary tools needed to fix things that break isn’t that the point of a maintenance man ? These apartments are to expensive for how they look on the inside the space is amazing but the up-keeping is awful. There are drawers that are falling apart the plumbing is ridiculous.I have to unclog my toilet every single time I use the bathroom. It looks as though these apartments have had ongoing plumbing problems because there’s brown lines on the ceiling, I’m assuming from the leaking or back up. The washer and dryers are awful ours has been broke since move in which is ridiculous. These are things that shouldn’t be a problem with the amount of rent people have to pay to live here.

I do not recommend living at Fairways at Hartland. We were told our apartment would be painted gray with updated carpet before move in date. We moved in and the apartment hadn't been painted or updated. We never said anything because we had moved in and it was more of a hassle to bring them in after to do all that. We didn't care if the room stayed the current color, it was just that we were told it was going to happen. It also had very obviously not been clean. It was very dirty in the Kitchen and laundry room especially (mold around door frame, bugs in the light fixtures etc.) There were several minor things wrong that had to be fixed as well like a loose toilet paper holder, door off the sliders in the closet etc. Every nail in the wall left by the last renter were still there. It was almost like no one had even been in to review the apartment after the last person moved out. Our apartment also had several A/C issues. Our A/C breaker kept tripping. Although we were quickly served by maintenance, the issue kept occurring. They would say this time it is fixed every time, but it was not. The last time we had it checked they told us there was nothing they could do due to the limited vents in the living room. There is one vent cooling the whole kitchen/living room area & maintenance said that it couldn’t keep upg. At that point we were a month away from move out & just endured it. We would come home to 85 degree apartments after work at 5 PM. We also had ridiculous utilities bills in the winter time especially. We believe this partly has to do with the apartments being old and outdated. Upon move out, we were told that if there were any damages we would be called before anything would be fixed. After we didn’t receive a call, we were sent a $200 for “black soot” on our ceilings claimed to be due to candles. We had a kitten so there was no way we could keep candles in our apartment. Multiple people were in and out of our apartment our move out week and NO ONE noticed the black that was supposively on the ceiling. They showed us pictures but it was very hard to see anything in. The worst part was we never got a chance to inspect the damages before they fixed them and charged us $200. After discussion with them, they did half our damage charges but we still had to pay $100 for these “mysterious black spots”. We had heard from people that Fairways at Hartland was unfair to people upon move-out, but didn’t want to believe it.
I have enjoyed living here the past year, great view of the golf course and great neighbors.

I've loved my apartment so far. My roommate and I were having air conditioning issues, so we put in a request and they were there the next day to fix it. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. I love the amenities and the convenience of the location. I would recommend this apartment community to anyone.

Fairways at Hartland is a perfect location in the heart of Bowling Green. It's conveniently located to many popular restaurants and the mall. The apartments are cozy and provide a great sense of home. The leasing office is VERY helpful and are always available to answer questions and make the transition as easy as possible. We had a maintenance issue when we moved in and they immediately sent someone to fix it. I'm very happy in my Fairways apartment.

We moved in a few months ago and couldn't be happier. The floor plans are spacious and the neighborhood is quiet. We have not had any mechanical or structural problems to date. The swimming pool and exercise facility is well kept and a great feature. Also, it doesn't hurt having a scenic golf course in your backyard. The only drawbacks are the small kitchens (atleast in the 3 bedrooms) and the bee's we have experienced on our balcony. Overall, I would highly recommend it!
