Property Ratings at Flight at Lowry
I've booked 2 Virtual Tours, and they have done nothing but pretty much ignore me. They'll text me or email me(I'm assuming it's automated), reminding me of virtual tours, or send me emails saying if I have any questions to reach out the phone number or email. Nobody answers the Phone, and forwards to a voicemail that has a full inbox, and emails go unanswered. Not a good first impression at all if you're trying to get people to rent.
Please spend your money somewhere nice. They don't care, poor customer service and rude. Leasing office is rarely open, when it is they sit in office with lights off. They don't answer the phones often.
I have never felt more disgusted living anywhere in my life. Not only are there roaches, but bed bugs and mice too. And management does NOTHING about it. And what’s worse is no matter how clean you keep your apartment, you’ll still have to deal with all of the infestations because nobody else in this complex can keep themselves clean. Despite the constant disinfecting and cleaning of every inch inside this apartment, I’m finding bed bugs on the floor and MICE DROPPINGS IN MY BED. The rodents and bugs are everywhere and you won’t be able to avoid it, no matter how hard you try. And again. Management does nothing to help either. On top of that, the elevators are always gross, covered in vomit or poop, or broken. The hallways are filled with open alcohol, vomit, dropped food, and pee. When I moved in, the management team mentioned this would be a locked community. Since last moving in last July, the gates have not been locked at all and anyone can access the lot. My roommates car was almost stolen and the door handle was ripped off because of this. The doors to access the building are always open, as well, meaning anyone can roam the halls and come/go as they please. The doors to the apartments themselves are weak and there’s so much room between the door and the floor that mice are constantly running in and out, and you can even see inside some of peoples apartments. The walls are thin, and you can hear everything. People have no regard for others, and are constantly partying outside in the lot at full volume, or next door and banging the walls. People are constantly smoking weed, and the hallways stink because of this. The laundry machines are also terrible and have burned holes and stains into my clothes. My list goes on. This place is awful and by far the worst experience I’ve ever had living somewhere. If you can avoid this place, avoid it. I would give 0 stars if that were an option.
If you like bedbugs, mice, roaches, terrible management, and security issues, this is the apartment for you! The place is always in disrepair, constantly leaking and sewage being backed up. This place is something from nightmares. Please keep looking, don't let the pretty pictures fool you.
The entire complex is infested with bedbugs, cockroaches and mice! Management is not taking the proper steps to deal with them! There are no mailboxes availabile either!
Those who have left reviews of roach infestations, poor communication, unsatisfactory living conditions and safety concerns are all valid. They do not care about your living conditions and they do not have interest in taking responsibility for their tenants or property. When confronted about these issues, the current management team (as of Oct 2022), likes to blame the last owner instead of providing residents with plans to actually make this place a decent place to live. Upon move-in, all $5000 (pet fees + deposit + 1st rent + refundable and non-refundable deposits, admin fees etc)they charged up front and the management team refused to show me my unit until I signed the lease agreement. When we moved in, there were roaches in the kitchen, damaged countertops and appliances, broken closet doors, "hardwood" flooring that was peeling up, light fixtures that were unsecured, damaged tub, damaged walls, damaged ceilings. Walk around outside and you'll find garbage, broken windows, broken down vehicles, dog crap everywhere, broken laundry machines, inoperable "locking doors" on the building (anyone, including homeless will find their way into the buildings), inoperable elevators, unkept common areas, a "gated" community that has no working gates and a really nicely maintained leasing office. All of this located conveniently located near East Colfax Ave which is in the top 10 for highest crime rates in all of Denver's neighborhoods. Other issues I've had: -My van/rv towed after paying to park on the app and being verbally told it would be ok to park in the lot -Constant ROACH INFESTATION -A GUNSHOT VITCTIM JUST OUTSIDE MY BUILDING -No hot running water for almost 3 of the 6 months I have been here -Sewage backup and continuous leaking toilet that took 2 days of emails to get the apartment complex to repair. The 24/7 maintenance team was not available. -An inoperable mailbox (current residents are being told to provide their own means of receiving mail) This is not a safe or well maintained apartment complex. The headaches and constant "what's next" feelings about where you call home are probably not worth it.
Desde q me mude me entregaron el apto sucio, la carpeta sin lavar, tuve q esperar 2 meses para q fueran a arreglar el sink de la cocina que tiraba toda el agua. Ahora hace más de 2 semanas fueron e hicieron un hoyo en el techo del bano y es hora que no han ido a taparlo y esta bastante grande, todos los días voy a la oficina a decirles y solo dicen q van a poner la orden para q vayan y nunca van y aparte el calentón no sirve. That's it. Keep looking. You do not need the aggravation, bed bugs, animal abuse, garbage, roaches, water pressure issues, leaking roof, frozen waterfalls at the entryways, or elevators that are just terrifying and sticky to use.

NOT WORTH IT! They will show you the updated models in the only clean building in the complex. The key swipe doors are always unlocked. Safety lights are dangling from the ceilings in the hallways. It smells terrible everywhere. Some of my neighbors doors are warped away from the wall so you can see INTO THEIR APARTMENT FROM THE HALLWAY. Moved in and my dishwasher was broken, fridge had no handles and the floor hadn’t even been swept. Mailboxes are smashed open, and the hallways are a nightmare. The elevator also doesn’t work and is terrifying. And the communal laundry is expensive and always broken down.

The transformation at this property over the last year has been huge! The new gym and amenities look great. The new ownership has done a great job. I'm excited for the new fencing and security gates that are being installed, I think that will really help make this a safe and secure project.

This place is absolutely disgusting. They allowed me to move into an apartment that wasn’t ready, fridge didn’t work, dishwasher broken, no kitchen drawers, kitchen sink broken, AC filter needed changing. On top of that, in the 47 hours total I lived there I saw bed bugs and 3 roaches along with black mold in the hallways. DO NOT MOVE HERE. The only positive is that the staff while incredibly nice, is not helpful at all.
