Fairways of Naperville

Love our new place, Charisse made the process so smooth and worry free. So far been here about 2wks and no complaints at all.. Very grateful to be here!

It’s Greatbeing a resident at Fairways!!! It’s quiet and nice neighborhood you don’t have to worry about much . The staff is amazing. Everything is taken care of in a jiffy

Still happy here even after almost 6 years. Great place to live. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. They are always on hand to help with any issues and solve the problem quickly.

Love the clean atmosphere here, very quiet! Enjoy the perks to amenities offered, pool & gym. Maintenance guys are always nice and attentive.

Master bedroom has small closet space, the washer and dryer Are really small, kitchen has small closet space. The light at the entrance of the apartment doesn’t work. Rest everything is good.

I have called this place my home for a couple years just because I Love everything about it. Everything is close to the apt complex…Train, stores, restaurants, entertainment. I do recommend it

it’s a pleasure to be a resident at the Fairways of Naperville, very quiet and all around cozy, great place to live quipped with everything you would need for a luxurious quality of living

I'm so happy I choose to stay another year. The community is peaceful. Our management team and maintenance staff is some of the friendliness and professional I have worked with.

Just moved in a few days ago and it has been amazing so far. Maintenence has been very helpful and so has the leasing people. Definitely am glad I chose this community

Maintenance always takes good care. The apartments are clean, nice, and kitchen is renovated. The new washer and dryer was great too. Haven’t had hardly any issues since moving i a year ago.

Can't say it enough this is one of the best places to live. I've been here for the past 15 years and all the staff including the maintenance staff have always been great

Wonderful place to live!!! Everything super close, nice amenities, clean, professional. Staff members are always there to listen/help. I totally recommend it

Absolutely wonderful neighborhood. It's peaceful, and depending on which direction you face, the sunset is stunning to watch. The staff all around is amazing and so friendly. I couldn't have picked a better place to live!

I love how the office is decorated and cozy I love how the workout room is and the pool area is lovely the whole outside is everything and when I enter my apartment it’s even more better !!

I love the management team, maintenance and the community overall! The area is close to everything that you can enjoy. Walmart, Target, different restaurants, malls ect.

We truly enjoy our amenities here, they have updated workout equipment. We also enjoy the pool laying out on summer hot days. Overall very quite neighborhood, Maintenance is always efficient & attentive.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. It is generally a quiet and safe neighborhood. The amenities are awesome which include a pool, gym, tennis courts and BBQ/picnic areas. We have lived here for 5 years and have been very happy.

I love living at the Fairways of Naperville!! Clean, quiet, nice areas/amenities. Just missing car garage (which my car got damage at the parking lot) and missing a bike storage (covered).

Wonderful community. Friendly staff and neighbors. Quick results for maintenance issues. Peaceful neighborhood. Amenities are amazing. We are so relaxed here. And that's why we renewed our lease for another year!

The community is nice and very well kept. And im close to everything. from my local stores, dinner restaurants and movie theater, entertainment for the kiddos. Overall its a nice community

5 stars all round couldn’t have choose a better place to live, staff are so friendly and helpful. Everything is so close by grocery stores, shops everything!

Interior is what I expected. Exterior needs to be updated and better maintained on the building side. Thjere should also be rules about storing things outside on the patio areas

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The amenities are awesome. Very good neighborhood close to excellent schools. Maintenance is always on top of everything and expediant when repairs are needed.

If you're looking for a peaceful community, that's close to good schools, shopping and public transportation....Fairways of Naperville is that community. I've been here almost a year and I love it here. Hence why signed on for another year! Beautiful property, friendly & efficient staff and just a great neighborhood!

A Nice clean friendly quiet environment. I enjoy the workout center and the pool in the summer time are great perks. When you have a service request, Maintenance is very quick and efficient.

Awesome place to live!! Have everything close in the area like metra train station, groceries stores, restaurants, highway etc. office staff are AWESOME

Community is fine. I love the fact that if I order packages and I am not home someone put the package inside the apartment building to keep safe.

I love it so far and everything is located in the area. the property is well kept the maintenance is amazing, the only thing I'm not a fan of is the folks above me.

Love everyone in the office. They are always so nice and helpful. Maintenance is on point and is always willing to lend a hand when needed. We love that there is a dog park and many dog bags around for the long walks. The pool is always a joy in the summer.

Mostly good but we’ve had a lot of plumbing issues. It’s a nice neighborhood, but unfortunately most people don’t pick up their dog poop and leasing office doesn’t do anything about it.

A peaceful community. I've lived here for about 8 months and have no complaints about living here. It's peaceful, a wonderful management, the maintenance team is on top of everything and friendly neighbors. It's really a great place for kid's and the schools are amazing.

Very nice place to live. The staff is always very kind, helpful and understanding. Any need is taken care of pretty quickly. Easy portal for contacting maintenance, staff or maintenance.

Here at the fairways it has always been a great community, great office staff. a lot of really good people, specially the management and the maintenance team

My experience as a resident here has been very good and satisfying so far. Management and maintenance are both great . I have no complaints at all

Very quiet clean neighborhood, we enjoy the amenities stop by the clubhouse to enjoy a cup of coffee, enjoy the gym and pool. Anytime we need a service request, the maintenance guys are very attentive and kind.

Love my Apartment. I have an amazing view by my balcony, and it a friendly apartments , meeting new people and especially going out for a walk.

Living here so far has been very peaceful It’s so clean and cozy I couldn’t I ask for more. The staff is so friendly and get things done as soon as an request is made

Nice, safe and comfortable apt/area to live. They treat us with respect. Things get fix right away. Love the area and close to everything. We just need car garage

Quiet peaceful neighbors, close to expressway, close to train, close to stores, restaurants and gas stations, great management, apartment small, but spaced well, love the open floor plan from kitchen to living room

Love the community and quiet. That staff has been great and very responsive and organized . Having the club house, pool ans BBQ is plus ! Woudi definitely recommend

Generally satisfied with the living experience here. Frequent maintenance issues are a concern with these “luxury apartment homes”. However, the maintenance staff is prompt and courteous. Given the history of maintenance issues, the asking price for these apartments is steep.

It's so nice here. It's a peaceful neighborhood. Maintenance is on top of any minor or major issues, both in the homes and around the complex. It's really a great place

Have recently moved in to Fairway DR apartment and so far the experience is really good. The team is very helpful , I've had couple of initial issues but they support staff came very quickly to help and sort it out. The community is quite and very peaceful too.

We've been here 4 years now and have never been happier. We live in a clean, secure and quiet (the majority of the time) building with plenty of amenities. The grounds are well kept and maintenance is always on top of needed repairs. The office staff is always very kind and helpful.

I love the community. Im close to everything the managers are nice and the property is very well kept. Maintenance does a good job come when you need them. Overall my experience here is good.

Very quite living space. I enjoy the amenities here like the gym , the clubhouse to host small meetings. Also enjoying the pool on a hot summer day.
