What good is a 24 hour gym if none of the gym equipment works?.Only 2 pieces work in the whole place. There is a pretty large and awesome dog park but it always smells super strong like they never hose it down. There are some upgrades in the apartments but a lot of the basic fixtures are rigged versus being properly fixed or renewed before you move in. They are just in a rush to get new tenants and do not give quality effort. Not to mention I had a maintenance guy show up randomly with no notice once. Complete invasion of privacy. The only good thing is that it’s quiet in most parts of the complex and the price is mid range. Any amenities are mediocre at best. It’s not a dump but it’s also not even close to what they try to sell you. Do not be fooled.
Where to begin....? How about don't even waste your time here. Skip this place. Horrible from every aspect. The police showed up to our upstairs neighbors 2-3 times a month! Look up the Henderson police crime, multiple robberies. Our neighbor was robbed while we lived there. Dogs barking and pooping on the lawns and owners never clean up. Multiple reviewers back this up. Managers act friendly and helpful, but never handle anything. Employees lie and you can typically see someone getting yelled at in the office by a resident almost daily. I'll stop here, if the management wants to respond, I'll be happy to post the rest of my issues and photos. Was so happy to get out of there!
You will be held accountable for the actions of your neighbors. This means if a dog poops near your unit, if a neighbor's car is leaking oil, if a neighboring unit houses a smoker -- they will find someone to pin it on. And if they can't find a way to pin it on your neighbor, they're going to pin it on you. The only defense here is to complain about every little thing, so there's a paper trail. Otherwise, you could end up being charged for the actions of others. Don't try to "take the high road." Don't bother being considerate of the front office's time and attention. Complain about everything, or you will pay for everything.
Don't for a second think that you will not have to pay for your expenses in the event you have a water leak (even if not your fault) The work will take forever and you will have to make a claim on your insurance and pay your deductible... and don't expect management to follow up on their vendor's doing repairs, they don't, at all - it took over two weeks!!!! (May 6th to May 25th) Sincerely, A current unsatisfied resident at this property!

After living here a year the office management company changed and the new company started a new promo of one month off rent if you sign new lease. This brought some bad people to the neighborhood and it has gotten worse over time. The office staff has no interest in helping people after you sign the lease. Its as if you're an inconvenience to them when you walk in office

Dismissive and uncompassionate management. No security, no safety. Multiple break-ins. If you have an issue with a neighbor they tell YOU to move. This used to be a decent place to live years ago, but since the corporate take over it's now an unsafe property with a useless and uncaring management. We're saving over the next year to move. I would not recommend this property or any of Pinnacle's communities. We even tried to get help from the district manager who also dismissed our concerns, and basically told us to deal with the community manager. We have since had to get the police involved, and now we are being targeted by management, as if we are the problem. I don't understand how some people just get away with stuff. Worse place I've ever lived in Nevada.

Dirty property! Dog waste everywhere and trash along the walkways, dog park isn’t clean or sanitized. Property is dark, barely lit up walkways. You can hear your neighbors all day and night long, no insulation or soundproofing. Utility bills are outrageously high, you’re billed for everything. Even for the large amount of water wasted and NO you can’t see proof for what your being billed for!!! Office Staff is rude, I’ve only called on occasion and they’ve been rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. Glad my lease is almost up and moving on.

Pinnacle is only worried about collecting rent.....everything else takes a back seat. The property manager can't be bothered! She is horrible at following up never works weekends and will only speak to tenants between 4pm and 5pm. Utilities not included in rent and Pinnacle plays fraudulent games manipulating how the ultitiltes are allocated and pro-rated. Now that Legacy golf course is closed....way to expensive to live here.....don't waste your time!

Pinnacle only cares about collecting your rent.....everything else takes the back seat. The property manager can't be bothered and is horrible when it comes to following up.....she never works weekends and will only speak to residents between 4 and 5pm....as expensive as the rent is here and given the Legacy golf course is now closed......much better places to live in Henderson especially when water and trash are not included in your rent the allocation of these expenses is nothing short of fraudulent!!!!!
I have been a tenant here for nearly 20 years. For the most part, it has been an enjoyable experience. I've lived in four different units on property, and three were quite nice, but my current one was not turned properly. I moved in with the unit not being properly cleaned, and with broken items. My main complaints are being forced to pay for Cox cable (I do not own a television), and being overcharged for water, sewer, and trash pick-up. I do love living on a golf course, the main pool is resort-worthy, and the landscaping is lush and inviting!
Camden Fairways is a great apartment complex, with fantastic amenities and in a quiet neighborhood. Both of the pools are always well maintained and open 24/7. A small dog park was just built inside of the complex, and it's perfect for any size dog. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment on the bottom floor and the apartment itself is very nice. The master bathroom with the huge tub, as well as the spacious master bedroom, is really what sold us on this apartment. For the size of the apartment, in the area it's in, it is well worth the rent. We've had a few maintenance issues in the 2 years we've lived here, but they've always resolved the problems quickly. My biggest complaint about this place is that if you have upstairs neighbors you can hear them through the ceiling. We never hear our other neighbors, we've had 3 different people living above us, and we can always hear them walking around. Also, Camden apartments are always raising their rent. It doesn't go up much, and they are willing to work with you, but don't sign the lease expecting your rent to stay the same when you go to renew it. Overall, Camden Fairways is a great place to live.
The property is beautiful and management is excellent. Amenities include two swimming pools with hot tubs, a weight room, a club house, tennis courts, and racquetball courts. We are surrounded by a golf course, and my particular apartment has a nice (but distant enough) view of the Las Vegas Strip. The property is also pet-friendly. I love living here so much that, when I moved out of state then, a few years later, back to Henderson, I made it a point to return here, to Camden Fairways. I didn't even bother looking anywhere else.
Staff name Josh is very rude and mean. Camden like to jack up rent after every contract, this is the way they treat loyal customers

We decided to live in a one-bedroom apt at Camden Fairways when we moved to Vegas because of its great and secure location, awesome amenities, and the management is always super friendly and accommodating. Service requests are usually done fast and all the staff are kind and always smiling. The only thing I don't like about this complex is that they've jacked up the price of our apartment twice already in less than 2 years.
