Property Ratings at Fairwood Pond
My husband and I just moved in a couple of weeks ago. The area is perfect for my husbands commute to bellevue and easy access to the bus line for myself to get to work. This place has so much space and everyone here has been so friendly and inviting making us feel so welcomed its been refreshing. Not only that but the process to move in here was made so easy by Chelsea from the property management team made it a breeze for us and our two dogs. I expect to be living here for a good portion of time. We are so excited to be here. Sarina H, Renton WA
This is my 3rd apartment, and this is by far the best I have been in. I've dealt with an older apartment (mold, leaking water, bug infestation), and an apartment with VERY poor management (hazardous decks, lack of prompt action for major maintenance issues in unit and in the general building), in addition to neighbors who smoked some TERRIBLE-smelling weed before this one. Let me say, the grounds here are well-kept, the staff has always been friendly and helpful if we have issues. My unit itself is in decent shape, does not have issues of the previous apartments, and I could say I am comfortable living here. Fairly nice area, a 2 grocery stores just a block away, bus lines right out on the main road, shopping mall is 15 minutes away! The only downside (and the reason I am rating it 4 stars) is that my rent did get raised up from the first year's lease, I'm assuming because of rising rent rates around the area (I've never gotten a complaint from the management here). What is nice though is that the rent here is still a little lower than the average "good" apartment, and is below the average for the area too! Neighbors are pretty friendly, I don't really see any shady ones living around here (mostly it's college/early 20s adults, or people in their late 40s from what I can tell). Definitely a good place to consider living if you're renting!
Should you consider living at Fairwood Pond? Yes! Why? Staff: Friendky and easy to work with. Ask for Chelsea she's fantastic! Grounds: well designed and well maintained Community: it's a smaller, more charming community than the bigger guys. It feels safe and secluded without feeling far away. Amenities: a nice well kept pool and jacuzzi. The exercise facility isn't as large as most but, again with a smaller community comes fewer who partake so getting in to use them is easy without much wait time. Is it perfect? No. It has its flaws as with any community but, if your looking for nice people with a relaxed vibe and spacious apartments with modern appliances. Fairwood Ponds should be topping your list!
My boyfriend and I had been tirelessly looking for apartments for weeks when we came across Fairwood Pond Apartments. Not only are the floor plans unique and spacious, but the rent is affordable, and the staff has made us feel welcome from our very first encounter (surprisingly not always the case at other complexes). This apartment community is far and away the best we found during our epic search, and we're happy to call it home!
