Situated about ninety minutes east of Los Angeles, the city of Riverside is a historic, picturesque community. As the largest city in the Inland Empire, Riverside is home to numerous colleges and universities, the most prominent being the University of California, Riverside, located on the northeast end of town at the foot of Box Springs Mountain.
Downtown Riverside features an array of entertainment options. Catch a live show at the Fox Center, explore an exhibit at the California Museum of Photography, or soak in the historic Spanish-style architecture that lines the residential streets of Riverside. This city hosts a variety of eclectic community events, from the annual Riverside Dickens Festival, celebrating the legendary author, to the March Field Airfest, also known as Thunder Over the Empire, at March Air Reserve Base.
The great outdoors are a major factor of why residents love living in Riverside.

Property Ratings at Falcon Pointe Apartments
Your apartment will never look like the model apartment. They have a severe roach, flea, and spider problem with noisy tenants blasting music until 2 am. They will charge you the highest deposit they can and you won’t be getting it back as they charge you for everything when you move out that they’re supposed to do!
Poorly maintained property now they painted it with some horrible colors it’s so awful to look at and embarrassing . manager doesn’t do their job of taking care of noisy tenants. Apartment has smell. It’s not a long term place you want to call home.
There were abandon furniture all over the site, including a couch, mattresses, and washers. The unit smelled like they sprayed it down with Raid. This pace looks sketchy that’s why it’s so cheaply priced.
A place to live is good enough. The apartment was not ready when I moved in after the people left. I did not have a good apartment, since the door was broken (fixed) and weird smell coming from the apartment. I have tried all the ways possible to make it better, but it never works. I have been here for almost a year now and I want to move to another apartment complex. The great thing here is that the water is free, with gym, and pool! Another thing I love about this place is that it has gates and safe environment. If I do live here I would want to switch to another room. Friendly staffs.
We've been living at Falcon Pointe Apartments since October of 2014. For the most part it's been pretty good. The area is quiet and safe, with no homeless folk wandering around the entrances like other places. The residents are generally respectful, no rowdy parties, or fighting. They get a star knocked off for the leasing staff not always being available during business hours. They have three leasing managers on staff but there is usually only one in the office and if they're showing rooms, than there is no one there for up to an hour or more while they casually show the complex.
