Wonderful staff and means well! Took the time to communicate efficiently and kept me informed every step of the way. Process was smooth and staff very helpful! Made me feel right at home.

Be prepared to beg for service, to be given attitude, and wait months for the simplest reasonable request. if you can deal with that then I would still tell you find somewhere else.

On Nov. 26, I applied for a two-room apartment with my wife and son. When I did not answer, I showed up at the office at 2 weeks and they told me that my wife's signature was missing from one of the documents that had been previously reviewed, they told me to wait another 2 weeks and as a matter of fact I introduced myself and they told me that my son's application, but nevertheless my child's payment amount appeared in the following week I go back and you tell me that my son worked something that I did not mention why he had not started classes at school now when I come back they tell me that we are not eligible for him, he is now studying at valencia college and yet they never realized that when we applied he was under age, however if they realized that I had a part time for which I am claiming the amount of the application because the application was going to be effective after he turned 18 and did not attend me properly, there was no response This concrete and centralized in every occasion that we present in the office

Im sorry to say this but for my first time experience with an apartment this is the worst. They are way to expensive and the office and mantnance people are rude. I pay with washer dryer/ cable and my dog fee 896 a month and i live in a one bedroom. When i moved in it took them a month to get my washer and dryer and when they finally gave me it they were broken. So then i had to wait another week and these are in bad shape. There is trash everywhere and the trash for the dog waste is overflowing. The maintnance peaple take weeks to fix a simple problem the office people are highly rude, they dont even greet me when i walk in. Do not do the same mistake I did save ur time and ur money i wouldnt recomend anybody to move her. Thank you for reading enjoy your day.

Falcon Trace is the perfect apartment complex building the view and area is excellent my morning or evening jobs are so filling with the tranquil scenery, great restaurants and outdoor space all around the neighborhood . The common areas are well maintained and staff incredibly helpful. It has a large courtyard with a pool, lounge chairs and dining tables. The area is very safe and parents have the peace of mind of allowing the children to play in the playground. There is also a great after school center which allows parents to have children dropped off for aftercare at no additional cost.

We are so grateful because Falcon Trace Apartments is a great place to live. The surroundings of the apartments are very clean. Also it is very quite place and close to the outles, few minutes to get access to expressway. The administrative personnel are very friendly and professional. We have noticed significant improvements in the past 6 months that make of this a safe and nice place. We love to live in this community. Thank you. Lilia, Orlando FL

Falcon Trace is honestly one of the best places I have lived in. Its in the center of all locations that are most important to me like the mall, theme parks, and lets not forget my job. The people here are really friendly and understandable. Its a fair price and I cant complain so far about anything. And lets not forget. I live there so its worthwhile. Jajajaj

I have enjoyed living here for the past 2years. We have new owners now and property has improved as well as landscaping. My son attends school and just about everything is close by. I have had challenges due to losing my job and the office has accommodated me during this tough time. Receiving rent free for a year would help me out being I am a single parent.

The apartment are old now and they should be renew. They only renew apartment that are being given to new people moving in and not to the ones who have live here for a long time.

New management came in and have fixed the roofs, put it a new pool deck and furniture, new gutters, pressure cleaned the whole community, and trimmed the hanging trees. They cleaned up our residence. It's a nice family oriented place to live

Been here for the past 3 years love the location. Maintenance folks are always on point. Never had any issues to complain about. I would definitely recommend it.

I feel very comfortable since more than five years in this community serie of apartments. They offer to us a very good service, rapidly, including a real cortecy. Security is essentially and we have it hire. But to completely we do not know what is the problems with the door entrance that for a long time is keeping opened.

Falcon trace apartments is the place to live. The staff is amazing and always willing to help. The property has amazing green views and is surrounded by an amazing comnunity. I will recommend it 100 times. Love it.

Since July was taken over by a new management very professional staff from the manager to the assistant lilian very courteous they have really taken control of everything from the safety of the complex to renovations all over, new roof ,pool deck stucco repairs ,pressure cleaning the community look very clean no more overloaded garbage or bad management as it previously was manage by concord mgmt was going to leave and decided to stay due to the due diligence and professionalism this new management company has very happy tenant been living here for 4 yrs now I absolutely love it here will definitely recomended

Falcon Trace Apartments has been a life change for me and my family. Since i got to Falcon Trace Apartments my kids could enjoy of Falcon Trace's playground, my little son Fabian goes to Monster Club, and they go to the pool. Its good for me, because i have different types of places around me for example: Walmart, CVS, The Florida Mall and im near my work. I have good neighbors who i spend my weekends with. Our apartment its big, well mantainted, clean, modern and confortable. The manteinance crew its responsable and always have a fast response.

New administration and it has done a great job at renovating and enhancing the living experience for the tenants.

This complex is great . the staff is awesome and they really care about your needs.

The apartment complex is very well maintained the staff is 24/7 very clean neighborhood and it is also very convenient. Everything Is withing walking distance...
