careless management
i had complaints hundred time that i had leaking in my unit. they never fix it.. we never late to pay our rent every month. the old front desk person much better.

What a joke!
These reviews must have been left by the office manager and her maintenance crew. None of which are ever available during business hours. Don’t be fooled by the pictures in their post! None of them look that good.

Great new Look after renovation
The recent renovations really makes the property look good. Good value for the area with the all inclusive hassle free rent. The washer and dryer in the apartment is really convenient and the covered parking is nice during the hot summer.

MARVELLOUS!
The managers are always helpful with anything you may need and willing answer any questions you have. The apartments are very nice and we love them. The landscape is very well maintained. Nestled perfectly in the middle of Lufkin only 5-10 min away from restaurants, stores, library, etc. Affordable and just all around great place. We also LOVE the ONE payment that takes care of everything. Tenants are friendly and quiet....a BIG PLUS! We gave up our home to move to the city and we absolutely couldn't be happier!

Affordable and well ran
I have lived at these apartments for well over a year with no negative experiences, the staff is super friendly and the grounds are well maintained, it's a great choice if your looking for an affordable place without sacrificing quality

Decent
Close to many restaurants and gas stations and right down the road from the middle school. Cozy complex.
