Falls at Clear Lake Apartments

The years I lived here I have never seen The Falls At Clearlake dumpsters this nasty and filled to the top and trash on the ground. Not until Keener management took over. Coustmer service is horribe. They never communicate with the teants in regards of work orders and the work orders are never done in a reasonable time which is weird because they have 5 maintance men..... They will even cancel you work order with no explanation to why. You can email them about your work order and they never respond. They are barking up a tree of (repair and remedy) the way they are going. Keener management and everything stand for is lies they are beyond LAZY. The old management team took pride in their job. The trash man was always was here dumping the dumpsters. Our work orders never went over 24 to 48 hrs of being attended to or at least them reaching out to us. They understood the customer service aspect of being a management team. As teants we never had to harass the office because it was ALWAYS a clear communication. i can count on 1 hand the amount of times i spoken to old management because they were always on point.

Been living here for the last 8 years! Absolutely love it! From maintenance to leasing office! Affordable price and love the area!!!

The apartments are beautiful and it’s in a popular area where there is access conveniently to shopping center’s and restaurants. The staff and management are very professional and helpful.

I only have good things to say about this complex! The grounds are well kept the amenities are wonderful! The maintenance is fast and the front office ladies especially Nancy (helped us moved in) and Daisy (helped us with the move out) we’re both so awesome! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new home in the Webster area! I would also like to add that Daisy was very detailed in the move out charges in our final walk-through. Anything that I could possibly get charged for was well explained to me! Sad to go after 4 years but loved every minute of this being my home!

Living here almost 5 years. Never had a issue with the Women in the office. The neighbors is always quite and minding there business. Cant really say anything bad about this place here. Thanks Girls

This is a great apartment complex never had a problem. Been here 4 years it’s great the manager and girls up front are always here to help me when I need help.

Lived here for 13 months and never been happy to move out. Management is horrible always harassing me about my rent not being paid when it’s automatically paid on the 1st every month never been late never asked for payment arrangements everything was paid. Parking is a joke there’s multiple people living in a single bedroom apartment and all of them take up parking. Dog park has never been kept up it’s a jungle there can’t even use it, grass in the whole complex is never cut. Potholes everywhere and repairs to the units are half assed. Floors inside the units are so uneven you can’t even have a table that doesn’t wobble all over the place same thing with any other furniture. For the price you get what you pay for. Watch out for fake reviews there’s definitely a lot of them listed for this apartment complex.

I've had such a great experience living at The Falls at Clearlake! The ladies in the office were always attentive and the maintenance always resolved my work order in a timely manner. During the winter storm I constantly had updates from management regarding our power and hot water hence we are were going through the same experience. To see both maintenance and management continue to work during this horrific storm speaks volumes on the staff! The reason I am moving is due to purchasing a home but I definite recommend The Falls at Clearlake.

The Ladies here are always there to help in anything you might need, they always go that extra mile for there tenants and customers who come in for the first time to ask for info...Nancy and Daisy were the two ladies that helped me and they made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions patiently...Thank you Ladies, for your awesome help!!...I will me moving in soon...??????

It was my first year to be on my own and the customer service (specifically Deisy!) was very quick and helpful with any of my concerns. If i had a service request, that was also taken care of with no problem. Never had any negative experiences with other residence. My only negative would be about the insects. But all it took was for me to get a few of them bait stations to end it in no time. Property is a little bit older but they are starting to renovate the inside of the apartments with new backslashes, cabinets, and counter tops. If you're thinking about moving here, ask for Deisy!

I have just moved in about 2 weeks ago, and I've had a great experience so far. The staff are very helpful and accommodating, despite being quite busy. The apartments are nicely renovated and have a good amount of space despite the low prices. The dog parks and gardens are very pretty and the residents seem like nice people.

I've been enjoying my time at The Falls at Clear Lake for almost a year now. It's a really nice place to me, with helpful service, quick maintenance, and a healthy amount of living space for the one-bedroom model. I've gotten very comfortable living here and I recommend it to anyone else in the area.

I know some apartments changed agencies and not fix anything and give you the run-around but it’s been the same ppl for the whole time and they are very concerned if you have any problems you may have.

By far the best apartment complex I have lived in within the greater Houston area. Going on 7 years,from management to the entire office team Irene, Belinda, Nancy and Daisy. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication. I truly hope, that your care and compassion is financially appreciated by your superiors!! Quiet, clean and well maintained. Yes, kudos to Maintenance as well.

My roommate and I signed a year lease last Halloween, and moved in shortly after into a 2br/ 2ba unit. Get ready for it.... the unit was INFESTED with roaches and the unit had some soft spots in the floor on the second story. The hood vent and the cabinet above the stove had roach feces in it. The hood vent also had dust on it. So clearly the unit wasn't properly walked through prior to renting it out. The front door base board had a hole in it so bad that it lead to outside and was visible from the inside. This is the WORST experience I ever had from an apartment complex. I never slept one night at the unit. Just kept my name on the lease until out lease was up (to avoid a broken lease) and that's it. Management couldn't do anything because we signed out lease!!!

Every month they charge me a different amount for rent, and keep trying to charge me late fees. Their excuse is always that the system is down. Now the heat isn't working on the coldest night of the year. I have the thermostat set on 72 and during the day, when I reported it to the office, the temp was 62 in the apartment. Her response: looks like it's working to me. Something is seriously not ethical about the management of this apartment complex and I can't wait until my lease is up and I can move.

We have lived here for a couple of months and love it. Crystal and Jeanette are awesome. Even with all the renavations going on; they take the time to address current tenants needs. It's quiet and a well kept complex. If I had to think of a complaint;it would be some of the tenants need to slow down .

New management 4 times in 2 years. Only worried about fixing the office and exterior. Inside the apartment is garbage. Paint cracks, foundation shifting, mold, mildew, cracks in floor. Put in several requests and still maintenance has not come to fix anything. Don't move here.

Please don't waste your time and good money renting here. Our pool is been closed for almost a year, the gym never came it was supposed to be done in July, Kayra management is horrible. I've been here almost 4 years and it was good all the way to 2016 when they sold the complex then they had at least 4 to 5 different management companies. They will say and do anything to get you into a lease but once you really get here and realize what's going on you will seriously regret it. There too many other apartments in this area with great amenities and great staff I can't wait to my lease is up. Don't even get me started on the bugs comma no hot water throughout the year and various times, and the cost of speeding and accidents in the parking lot.

I recently rented out one of the newer renovated units and it is wonderful, feels modern and brand new. This complex has come under new management and the new owners are extremely attentive to any request or concern I have made. I am eagerly awaiting the new dog area and fitness center. I feel very safe here and really appreciate the accommodations for my dog roommate. :)

Lived here for almost a year. The walls are in terrible shape, cracks in paint and walls itself seem to be covered up with more paint rather than fixed properly. Appliances (stove, refrigerator, dish washer) are out dated, barely working relics from the early 2000s or earlier. Maintainence takes awhile to fix issues and management doesn't always address complaints or problems. Any improvements seem to only enhance outside appearance to bring in occupants. I would not recommend this place unless you need to get by for awhile and don't care what it looks like.

Well what can I say this is a very good place in the Clear lake area if you are looking for location and easy access to I-45 , but that is it as good as the building is there are tons of problems from bug to bad maintenance guy I have been here a little over two years as a good place that fits my needs is hard to find at an affordable rate. Please by no means dose this make this place bad as staff is great and the area you are in is amazing as you are 30 mins to an hour from Houston and Galvaston so there is always fun to be had I will say if you do as I have and take the bug problem into your own hands the place is perfect for anyone looking for a fair prince home in the area.

This Apartment is a very safe place to live, unlike other apartments you don't have to worry about your safety. Every apartment come with an alarm system to the Webster Police Department. These apartments are right in the middle of a shopping mall. A wonderful place to live.

Was not happy with this place at all. There was a lot of noise almost every night, they had a lot of bugs and the units are nit good quality for what you pay.
