Property Ratings at Falls at Hunters Point
Absolutely the worst place to live. The outside of all the buildings are always covered in spider webs and bugs, the carpet is always nasty, dumpsters are always overflowing with trash all over the ground. The hot tub has been broken since December, the pool opened for the summer but was instantly nasty green and filled with bugs, leaf’s and trash. The neighbors play loud music well into the morning hours and management never does anything about it. At the end of our lease we got 3 different bills for different amounts, spoke with the office and they said to not pay until we get a final statement, 1 week later we got a letter from a collection agency. Have gone in 3 times to speak with management about it and she just keeps saying she’s looking into it. This place is the worse managed apartment complex ever.

Unfortunately I lived in this place for more than 2 years and here is the concenrs that I have: - I received the apartment with old carpet and while I leave, they charged me to replace the carpet!! - The Fridge was very old and did not work properly so the vegetables/fruits were ruined because of it and they replaced it after long discussion and many attempts! - There was an issue with the plumbing and they made a hole in the clothset wall to fix it and after it was fixed, they never painted the clothset wall and kept it unfinished although we requested this many times. - The Dryer was not working properly and we requested many times to replace it! so expect paying for utilities/appliances that you cannot use. - There is no saftey at all because there are no cameras and the apartment door was knocked by drunk lady from the neighbors after midnight and we called the police for her. - The bike of my neighbor was stolen from the apartment's balcony without any action from the Falls management! - There was loud noise from the neighbor duirng the day and the door was knocked by their child many times and we complained but no action. - There is no privacy as they can come to the apartment to replace the filter any time during the day although we requested to agree on specific time slot but they never did! - Expect to be charged for a lot of things when you move out! I don't recommend this place.

Management is irresponsive. I have raised multiple requests to have my newly rented apartment cleaned up . I had an incident where due to inproper cleaning i was injured .Beacsue if poor maintanance and cleaning .There were glass shards on the carpet from previous occupancy.

COVID is their excuse for not having to hire someone to close their amenities at 10pm like normal. They kick you out of the pool or gym by the time you finish working at the job you need to pay to live here.

In Single word its the WORST place to live. Don't waste your time and money. Those guys are daylight robbers. Arrogant staffs. They hardly understand anything and highly rude. The place is highly noisy. You will hear car noise throughout the date. Not a safe place to live either. There was 5 case of theft during my stay I know. Don't Rent there ..

When I sold my house, I was left with a six-week gap between that closing and the closing on my new house. I needed a short term rental, but no one in the area would give me a two-month lease until I checked with The Falls. I got the two-month lease, gave them notice at the same time, and moved the few things I hadn't stored into my apartment. There was a plumbing problem the night I moved in, and the wonderful night emergency guys came right over. They fixed the problem that night and returned the next day for a permanent repair. They were polite and friendly and efficient. After an exhausting move where most of my belongings were in storage, it was great to come home every day to a peaceful, quiet home. The staff were unfailingly friendly and supportive of my needs, and the complex was well maintained, and again, a very peaceful spot. I would recommend it to anyone looking.

The Falls apartments are overpriced and have terrible treatment of the tenants. The contracts cannot be broken, you cannot find anyone to take over the apartment or sublet. If you end up staying and living month to month they require 60 days to exit the apartment. They also add extra charges after exiting that makes you pay approximately $500 above any expected fees. The parking spaces are too small and I had my cars damaged because the other tenants have to park too close and their doors dented mine when they would get in or out. I reported it repeatedly and they didn't care or do anything. When I told them about the damage they told me to file a claim with my own insurance and that it was not their problem. At the end of the dy, this was one of the worst places I have ever had the misfortune to live.
