the apartments are horrible. My air condition broke over 10 times. They don’t come fix it, till I keep calling or going to office over and over. When they do come and supposedly fix it, it works one day or two then break again. Now they are frustrated because I keep calling to fix the problem.

If you’re used to having things fixed in a timely manner, then do not move here. Maintenance staff is always low, and they always have emergencies to work on, so they can never get to anyone else.

I have bonuses where to start. There was so much about this place. Rude front office. Ignorant inconsiderate people! So glad I moved I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I’ve had multiple people ask about here. I told them you would have less stress somewhere else. I told them about my truck being broken into and they told me oh I’m sorry that’s why we have security. The security cameras don’t work at all. I’ve never seen the security guard. He’s always at the tiger property. I might have seen him once in the year I lived there. I always took my dogs it at the same time. And never saw security. It’s supposed to be a gated community. Then don’t leave a gate open on either side!! I could go on and on but this would be so much to read.
Pool is always dirty. Property poorly maintained and maintenance never comes to clean the steps, bird mess all over the place. They charge you mandatory $25 month for trash pick up (Sun-Thurs no weekend pick-up) and they don't even pick it up every day they are scheduled. Management is horrible. They do not care about the tenants. Especially this manager that just started. Very rude and could care less about you. They're your friend until you sign the lease. Once you sign it, you are trapped until it ends. They charge luxury rates but this is definitely not a luxury property. Dog poo an bird poo everywhere. Dog owners do not carry bags and let pets mess all over the property. Management only cares about money. They start posting eviction notices the third day of the month, even if you already told them what's going on. Customer/Tenant care is horrible so don't fall for what they tell you before you sign the lease. I've lived here almost a year and glad it's almost over. ******* DO NOT RENT HERE*******

I am so upset with the apartments. This morning they started replacing the floors in the unit above me. I work from home and I also own a dog. My dog was so shaken by the noise and I could not even concentrate. The floors are VERY thin and the hammering was very loud. I called the front office and spoke with the manager who basically blew me off. She said they had to do the work today because people were moving in tomorrow. I could have been given a notice that they were going to be working on the apartment above me. I was never notified. I told her that I would be calling corporate and she thanked me and hung up on me. Real professional. I called the regional office in San Antonio and the person I spoke to didn't even take my name and number but said someone would call me back tomorrow. Both people I spoke with said that I have to understand that I live in an apartment. I understand but where was the respect to notify me this would be going on??? I called the corporate office in Austin and she was nice enough to take my name and number for someone to call me back. I have referred 2 people to these apartments but warn the rest to stay away! The floors are thin as paper and you can hear everything. What if I was not at home? My dog would have been scared to death.
The management team is pretty good, but the residents that stay here are not so good. Ive seen drugs sold, fights, cars vandalized, packages stolen, you name it we got it. I feel slightly bad for this review because im sure it goes against the management team and it is not their fault. The problems here are just a product of the times we are in these days, no one respects anything anymore and it shows. The rent here is cheaper than the apartments across the street, so the low prices here attract some of the low quality people. I guess you get what you pay for though. I recommend paying the extra cash to stay somewhere else. I wish I would have, my lease is up soon and im going to be running out of here like the 300 spartans.
Where to start, I haven't lived here long but felt the need to warn people that are looking to move here. The Parking is absolutely horrible, every night the parking lot is full, you have to find parking further down the complex buildings away if you are lucky, so be aware when needing to park close when you have things to tote if you are trying to move things furniture, groceries, etc.. They do tow without notice if you park under the car ports and the place for pick up is quite a distance away with a hefty fine(known by a recent experience, while needing to go back and forth late at night with tons of groceries and no parking near the buildings around me, car was parked for less than an hour) I'm hoping that with all the terrible reviews something will eventually click; to where they find some sort of method to help this situation out, create parking permits or add a great discount to the carports. The apartments are filthy, with critters everywhere trash, spider webs, wasps nest, by your doors and on the stairs, we signed a form before move in that stated we were to get two gate remotes notified front office and they said they were out and we never received them, so we have to punch the code in every time we arrive home in what ever type weather, we also went in to pick up the pool passes, were again they stated and signed a paper that said there were one for each resident and two additional for guest and the lady told us very rudely it would only be the one for each resident and to come in the front office for additional when ever you have guests, which is not a big problem but what if my guest comes after front office closes?. The trash people are pretty lazy, when they cant take your trash bag out of the trash can, or if the bag is slightly ripped they won't take it. The garbage bins are repulsive and always full and over flowing, and the bins are only closed in by wooden gates that are always wide open, which makes it look gross, smells, and when the wind blows trash flows on to the complex grounds. We've recently about a week or two in, have gone under new management, its still early to tell nothings changed yet, but hoping for a better experience in the upcoming weeks/months.
If no stars was an option I'm certain I wouldn't be the only one taking advantage. Look at all of the other review sites before going to this awful place. DO NOT MOVE HERE! GO ELSEWHERE YOU WILL THANK ME LATER! This complex puts a new meaning to scrapping the bottom of the barrel. Ok, where to start... The ladies up fromt are your best friends untill you sign the contract, from then on they couldn't care less. The amount you pay is way too much for what you actually get. Everything in the apartment is far outdated and falling apart. The complex is always filled with trash scattered here and there. There is literally NO PARKING EVER, and if you do choose to park under a car port even for just a few hours the will tow your car in the middle of the night without warning. Plus the towing company they use is on the other side of San Antonio. Upon calling and questioning about the parking I was told "it's not only us, this is a problem with all apartments".
I absolutely love this place. Everything is just amazing. Wonderful staff that is ready to help your need no matter what it is. Even the maintenance staff is great, get all your requests done in a timely manner. I am glad I have chosen this apartment to raise my children in.
These apartments are in an excellent location for military members working at the nearby military base. There is also a shopping center nearby, several restaurants, and a school. As far as the apartments themselves, they are quite nice, and spacious. The walls are slightly thin, but unless your neighbors are extremely noisy, you will not hear them. Overall, a nice apartment complex.
Somewhat over crowded area. Over good quality apartments. Close to work, close to stores and hospital.
