Reasons why it is better to move somewhere else

Move here if you want inhumane neighbors, rodents, and the sound of children cussing outside your window everyday! Not only do people not follow barbecuing guidelines, they don't follow noise guidelines either! It is a great place for those who don't sleep from 8 pm to 3 am, as the sound of fireworks/shots and party music will rumble through your walls. Don't even get me started on the manager, who I've only seen riding around in his car and doesn't answer any phone calls. If you love leaving messages and not receiving a response, this is your guy! The pool's water changes like a mood ring every season too, going from green to blue in a second, that is with the many chemicals used to make it look pretty. Amazing, right? Some translation: Si a Usted le encanta estar despierta durante la noche por música y fuegos artificiales, le encanta el olor de comida quemado, y gritos durante todo el día, aquí es perfecto para vivir. Hay tantos tipos de insectos y roedores que caminan por todos lados, hasta en su cama! No cree que eso es lo mejor para una casa?
