The staff is professional, welcoming, and helpful. Location to the W&OD and metro make it an excellent location. Community is friendly. I’m very happy to have found an apartment with Farady Park.
Faraday Park has been a wonderful and welcoming community. The amenities are phenomenal, with two fully equipped gyms from each building, free coffee, close to a running trail, and the town center, which is a great perk. We are so happy that this community is especially dog-friendly and has many walking areas. I would recommend living here.

I love the management and amenities here. Everything is always dealt with promptly. My old feedback since switching over to the east building is often the packages aren’t out away in the package room or the lockers and I wish they were a bit more secure like the west building.

We've loved it here so far! We enjoy the location and the amenities, noise is very minimal - really only hear things when we are in the hallway. Maintenance requests are resolved quickly.

I’m very happy here at Faraday Park , this is a perfect place to leave , very convenient near to Reston Town Center ,near to many stores and shopping centers , toll road access is just 2 blocks away , and the amenities are great , very clean , and the staff professional, kind and very efficient. Love the place, the smell of cleaness. Neighbors are respectful the parking is generally safe. The designs are modern and very delightful I hope the activities were more nearby the weekend but that's all.

We have lived at Faraday Park for almost a year and have been very impressed with the community. Great location with many amenities and a homey feel! The staff go out of their way to assist and make sure you're taken care of. Would love to see more native plantings on grounds. East building needs their own concierge.

Faraday Park has been an amazing experience to live , events are here on the regular so the chance you'll make friends it's guaranteed as well for building cleaning it's everyday you will see the staff go into their hard work . When ever something in your unit or common area is broken or in time for replacement the maintance staff will 10000% be on top of it which is and not to mention all the things you get to enjoy for an excellent price . Compare to other apartment communities that can't even compare

Faraday Park has been amazing since moving to VA in 2022. I am going on my 3rd year here at FP & it really is the best complex for the price/metro access/and top tier concierge service. I will be renewing!

Quality Apartment, just lots of humidity in the summer months. I will take poor ventilation and fire alarms every now and then if it means a safe, clean and quality apartment complex is provided.

have had nothing but a great experience living at these apartments. close to the freeway, nice areas to walk around, always clean, fun events for residents to attend and close to reston town center for food, shopping and activities. the management staff has been nothing but helpful every time we’ve needed something or had questions. couldn’t recommend a better apartment complex!

I love everything about my building. Not to mention maintenance comes when they are called. It’s better then Amazon Prime lol. Unfortunately Andre is no longer with our complex. He was the leading agent responsible for me getting my place. Every leasing agent and concierge are extremely nice , welcoming and will make you feel at home

Overall experience has been great. Super clean, everything works properly (and if it doesn't it gets fixed immediately), and the staff personnel are helpful and accommodating. My only issue is with the noise coming from the apartments surrounding mine. It could be that the walls are thinner than expected, but part of it is the neighbors playing music too loud and stomping around.

Faraday park has been a great place to live. Metro and WOD trail are easy to access. New amenities such as a convenience store and testing out inviting a farmers market stall on the weekend are helpful. Staff is responsive and friendly.

Going great so far love the building! I just moved in last week and already feel so welcomed. I love how close the trail is, the free coffee, and the apartment balcony!

I’ve lived here for about a year now and am really happy with my decision to move here. I am hoping to stay for the next several years. We have put in some (very minor) maintenance requests in our time here and the maintenance staff has always come and fixed the issue right away and were very friendly and professional. They also do a great job keeping the building clean overall. The area outside the building and the dog park can sometimes get a little overrun with dog poop, but this is the product of irresponsible pet owners, not the maintenance staff. Landscaping is nicely maintained as well. Front desk and concierge staff are great, very friendly and responsive and work really hard to put on really fun resident events. Shane in particular has been really creative and has even gone the extra mile to prepare special infused liquors and simple syrups at home for a cocktail class he hosted!

The community is so clean, and everyone is so friendly. The leasing personnel and concierge are always so helpful. Apartment units tend to feel a little humid, but other than that they’re super nice and spacious

I have absolutely loved living here. By far my favorite apartment I’ve ever rented from coast to coast. Fabulous location, lovely front desk staff, and recent changes in maintenance have bumped my rating from 4 to 5 stars. I’ve renewed my lease twice and I’m not planning on going anywhere anytime soon.

My apartment and the building as a whole is very clean and quiet. Everyone seems very friendly and keeps to themselves. Do not have many complaints so far.

Just moved in last Sunday. The Faraday Park concierge and leasing team has been wonderful throughout the move-in process and made it as seamless as possible. Cleaning staff is very friendly and does a great job of maintaining the property. Highly recommend renting here!

Best move-in experience of my life. Little things like the AC wasn't working and the balcony door and bathroom doors are brand new and don't quite shut. Other than that, perfection. I feel like I'm on vacation.

I’ve been renting here for a year and just renewed my lease! I love it here as I very safe. Everyone’s so friendly and any complaints and issues are promptly addressed and resolved. The community is great! Love the amenities especially the courtyard barbecue! Especially enjoy the resident activities and meetups and wish there were more as it’s such a great way to socialize! Look forward to more such great activities and to enjoy the community more!

Building staff and leasing consultants are polite and professional, buildings are kept very clean, work orders are actioned quickly. Faraday park is a terrific community to live in.

I currently live in a 1 Bedroom Jr. with my partner and two small dogs and it is plenty of space for us. We have put in some (very minor) maintenance requests in our time here and the maintenance staff has always come and fixed the issue right away and were very friendly and professional. They also do a great job keeping the building clean overall. The area outside the building and the dog park can sometimes get a little overrun with dog poop, but this is the product of irresponsible pet owners, not the maintenance staff. Landscaping is nicely maintained as well. Front desk and concierge staff are great, very friendly and responsive and work really hard to put on really fun resident events. (Shane in particular has been really creative and has even gone the extra mile to prepare special infused liquors and simple syrups at home for a cocktail class he hosted!) Leasing staff is also very responsive and always has been super helpful. This is an expensive area to live in, but I feel like the pricing here is fair, especially considering all the amenities (e.g., two gyms, dining room, lounges, pool, free coffee, etc.). There have been a few minor incidents with fire alarms going off and frequent testing in the retail spaces and car break-ins in the garage (no cameras in the garage to my knowledge), which have been really the only negative things we have experienced here. There has also been a normal amount of staff turnover and unfortunately some really great people happened to move on to bigger and better things in their career, but all the new hires also seem to be doing a very good job. The online community rewards is also a nice bonus, but I wish we got award points for attending resident events, but there are probably logistical challenges with this. Again, love living here and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon!

Wonderful community and truly gorgeous apartment. I did not expect it to be so quiet. I don’t hear any noise day or night. Front desk is super friendly especially Andres and Shain. Superior location close to the metro and bunch of nice restaurants. I hope to stay here for at least few more years to come. I would highly recommend this place especially for those who use metro .

I do love live here, It’s a neat area, I have found it absolutely friendly, the metro station is walking distance and there are great nearby restaurants to go, the complex is pretty close to parks and other locations for family activities, and FaradayPark has lots of activities for its residents which make you feel welcome, appreciated and at home.

Lovely building in a nice neighborhood. Maybe not ideal for families, but for us it’s absolutely perfect. Close to Reston Town Center and two metro stops. Only draw back about the building is the noise from traffic.

The apartment has been great so far! Amazing neighborhood close to Reston town center, grocery stores and walking trails. Shane and Andre are amazing and will help you with anything you need! The east building garage could use some more parking spaces and more security but otherwise everything is clean and good!

I really enjoy living in this community. It has beautiful amenities and the units are clean and look new. The staff and other residents that I have met are all very friendly. The biggest thing that could be improved is communication. There are like 6 different platforms for various tasks that residents are supposed to keep up with, and it would be great if it was all in one place.
