The property was bought by a new company 3/2024. It has changed and not for the better. The garbage dumpsters are emptied twice a week. The residents throw garbage outside the dumpsters. I’m not sure why people are okay living like this. Today it’s been 3 days since Hurricane Helene. There is still branches and debris all over. The parking lot floods during heavy rain. The storm drain is covered with branches and debris. Residents drive through parking lot all hours music so loud it vibrates in your apartment. The place has just turned into a dump! As soon as my lease is up I am out.

I had the pleasure recently to work with the Community Manager, Marisela. She was extremely professional, prompt and courteous. I had to have several communications back and forth with her and she was always available and answered all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend stopping by to talk with Marisela if you are interested in an apartment here.

This place is safe, quiet, and clean! It’s hard to believe you live right off of Ulmerton some days. Also, Marisela is very easy to talk to and understanding.

Marisela is the best! She is the best property manager I have ever had. I’ve been here 3 years. She keeps this place very nice. It’s a very quiet place too. If you are looking for a great place to live look no further!

It's a quiet, small apartment community that's very conveniently located to just about everything and is on a bus route. Well-maintained, maintenance/service requests have always been promptly handled, and the office staff is very friendly and efficient.

I could not have picked a better place to live! This apartment had everything I needed! The apartment was clean, everything worked, and it was so quiet! I was never woken up by noisy neighbors and couldn’t hear any footsteps from my upstairs neighbors! The amenities of the complex were great and well kept! And Marisela is the best! If you ever need anything she is always there to help! This was my first apartment on my own and I felt very safe here. I would highly recommend anyone to live here!

Had no issues with management or maintenance, very friendly staff. Very quiet neighbors, clean communal areas and very convenient mini mart in walking distance.

I was reading some of the reviews, and thinking maybe these were written before, I live here, and it's the place I've ever rented from, like, literally... First and foremost, the apartment I live in is beautiful, which is why I couldn't wait to move in, location is so convenient, next to a major road, close to the interstate, not far from schools and grocery stores... I really wanted this Apartment. I have had a wonderful experience with staff, Office manager and maintenance people who are employees here, and they're really just kind people, they always respond or help out as quick as possible, especially in an emergency event, even when I found a wasp nest near my balcony, they came right away because I have kids just to remove it.. my neighbors, oh my gosh, they're really so kind too! I see them walking their dogs, from time to time when we're leaving for work, and I'd have to say, I couldn't have asked for more friendlier neighbors... I love the rent price for all the amenities like the pool and workout room, plus I have a washer and dryer inside my apartment, no trucking to the laundry mat with pounds of clothes.. I think I'll always live right here, at least I don't have any plans on leaving any time soon! ?????? I LOVE my home!

Ms.Stacey in the front office is awesome! She get things done ! Michaleson management is the best thing that has happened for Forest Creek Apts. We were planing on moving out bc of the last management and Michaelson management made that change! Thank you Stacey ,Maintenance team and Michaelson management! ????

NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR THE STRESS THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THESE APARTMENTS ONLY THE MONEY

They fired our property manager so now there is no one to fix any repairs that need to be done. You can't get ahold of anyone and the dishwasher doesn't work, the sinks keep clogging and the kitchen sink leaks.

They property management is great on time and everything the only thing that reallllly bothers me is they took our personal parking spots away just to give the residents stickers for their car windows. It's so ridiculous! I've asked multiple times because everyone seems to take all the parking spots anywhere near my apartments buliding. It's so aggravating that residents can have to cars and park then right in front of their building but the parking lot clearly only has enough spots for every apartments to have one coat king space otherwise park in those so called visitor spots they put up. Which I often have to park in because residents take the whole parking lot. I have said something to the property office multiples times which results in no actual solution.

The Property management company is great! on time and efficient. But the worst part about this place is their parking situation!!! They took the personal parking spots away only to enforce parking permits stickers for residents. Some residents have multiples cars and the Parking lot clearly only has enough spots for every apartments to have one parking spot! I have complained multiple times and they always say theres nothing they can do! maybe they will learn when nobody wants to live theres because its over priced and you dont even have a guaranteed place to park at night. All in all its an ok place to live if you dont drive a car,

They make you give a high rating to use the pool and barbecues, trust me their fake. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The previous management was great but the new management is horrible. Everyday is seems like were getting a new restriction that makes our life harder. Twice now ive paid my bill only to get a random notice that my bill amount was changed randomly and i owe them more money. The only way they notify you is via a note stuck in your door so if it ever falls off you wont know about it and then theyll say it's your fault and charge you 100 bucks. They've also towed my car out of my parking lot. They tell me it's because i don't have a permit and when i ask for one they say i don't qualify!!!!!! I don't qualify for a single spot in my own apartment! They just towed my car the day before thanksgiving. I had to pay 154.00 dollars. I was written up at my job and I also now dont qualify to get my holiday pay. An overall lose of 871.00 dollars in total and when i ask them to make it right they say tough luck and send me away. Take my advice and the advice of the real tennants here and stay away.

I have lived here since May 2015 and I must say that I am quite pleased with how this community is run. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. My maintenance work orders get processed quickly, and the manager actually seems to care. I wish the gas grill was free that's the only thing that bothers me.

The employees are very nice and helpful very happy with my apartment would recommend to a friend

While the space is great and it's lovely with an adorable breakfast nook plus a washer and dryer, there are just too many bugs coming into, at leas, this particular apartment.
