Cradled on the western banks of the Hudson River, Saugerties offers residents an eclectic blend of history, art, and nature. This blend is most evident at Opus 40, a meticulously crafted stone quarry built around trees, fountains, and pools.
A vibrant commercial district on Partition Street and Main Street provides a host of restaurants, cafes, galleries, and shops in a charming environment. The Woodstock Museum pays homage to the iconic festival and the spirit of the 1960s. Outdoor recreational opportunities abound at the Saugerties Village Beach, Seamon Park, and Falling Waters Preserve. HITS-on-the-Hudson horse shows are enormously popular in addition to walks to the Saugerties Lighthouse. Convenience to the I-87 makes getting around from Saugerties simple.

Property Ratings at Farmhouse Commons
I moved my mother into an apartment at Farmhouse, the property manager Adelaide was so responsive, and was always available to answer all of our questions. 6 months later Adelaide still treats of like family and is always there to help us with everything.
Only reason this property is listed at its current (outrageous) prices is because this complex is relatively new. The layout is nice but the walls are very thin. Could hear everything going on outside of my bedroom (people walking, talking outside) and could hear the neighbor across and upstairs from me yelling at his significant other. The back "deck" says its private but it is not. Snow removal is a total nightmare and caused me to be late to work several times during the winter. Again, the layout of the apartment is very nice, but thats the only nice thing I have to say really. Would not recommend.
These apartments are nice. But for the price, there are zero amenities. Gym membership was supposed to be included, it’s not. Heat was supposed to be included, it’s not. The new office manager never returns phone calls or emails, like ever and we can hear our neighbors surround sound all night long. We don’t even share a wall with them. There is zero sound proofing. I can hear when the downstairs neighbor takes a dish out of her cubbord. Overall not worth the money and no management present to do anything about the issues as she simply doesn’t respond to anyone.
I paid $75 application fee, they state that there is a required $750 security deposit “no negotiation” then they tried to slam me into a 1 year lease and increased the rent when I didn’t want a 1 year lease. There isn’t a washer dryer in the apartment you must buy one on your own.
