Mold!!!!

There is mold that grows even if you run your dehumidifier constantly. Overpriced for what the apartment is. Loud neighbors who drink alcohol in the parking lot and scream all night. No respect for anyone people leave cigarettes and beer cans all over the walk ways like other people with children aren’t going by.

TOXIC MOLD!

This place is infested with toxic mold. DO NOT RENT HERE!

Would not recommend at all. Stay away.

They clearly accept anybody that applies here. There is a meth head neighbor that plays music extremely loud at all hours of the day he yells and curses at anybody that walks by smokes weed right outside his door or inside his apartment with the door wide open. Screams at random hours of the night. You have to keep a humidifier on all the time so you don't grow mold. When we moved in they didn't bother changing the carpet wen the previous tenant had burned the carpet with oil and they did not let us know about his until the very same day we were moving in. Yes it's cheap really good price but you get what you pay for.
