Farmington Gardens is home to adults 55 and older. Located on a peaceful wooded lot in Farmington, New York, the community offers 88 one- and two-bedroom apartment homes with modern amenities.The monthly rent includes individually controlled heat and hot water. Each apartment features an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, patio or balcony, individually controlled heating and cooling, and energy efficient doors and windows. Additional private onsite storage is available. We also offer supportive services to those who need it. These services help ensure our residents live comfortably in their homes, even when extra assistance is required. We also offer emergency pendants to each resident. Residents have many opportunities to stay active. In addition to the monthly planned activities, they can enjoy the community and private gardens, and hiking trail with views of wooded surroundings and lovely ponds. Our beautifully landscaped yard and fully maintained gardens can be enjoyed outdoors or from the patio or balcony of each apartment.

Would not recommend
Complex is only 5 years old. I'm a senior citizen and I've never seen any place like this. Would NOT recommend to anybody. Worst of all, they are taking advantage of the seniors because they don't know any better. They enter residents apartments for non-emergency things without first asking and at times when the tenant is not home. At night the parking lot is so dim, you can't see your hand in front of your face. The kitchen counters are coming unglued in all the apartments. The security doors are propped open at all times. The intercom system won't work unless you sign a contract to use their services of phone, Internet and TV. If I could afford to move, I'd be gone yesterday.
