Property Ratings at Fashion Terrace
Cars get broken into ALL THE TIME. Nothing has been done. Elevators smell like dog pee. Rent keeps going up and now with the new management it has went up even higher! The appliances are old and the kitchen cabinets need to be remodeled their falling apart. Parking is tight and limited.

I've been a resident here since 8/8/20, and I've been killing ants on a daily basis ever since. Sometimes I have to kill 5, sometimes I have to kill 50, but on nights like tonight, I have to kill 500. We are not slobs. We are on the 4th floor. These ants have a long ways to get to us, and if a bag of dog food somehow pops open, or if we prefer to rely on fresh air for the sake of a lower electric bill, then we have to stop whatever we're doing and treat the area. The leasing office has offered to spray for us, but taking our pets out of the apartment for several hours is a nearly impossible task for us, and not for nothing, this place should have been properly treated before I acquired the keys. I am miserable here. I am paying the highest I've ever paid in rent, to live in a building with the worst infestation I've ever seen, and to make matters worse, I can't use hand-held shower heads in the bathrooms, because the building relies on dated pipes that easily cause leaks. My girlfriend has special needs, and because of this issue, she struggles in the shower. We are already looking at other apartments, and August of 2021 can't come fast enough.

I still live here and waiting to move out. My car was broken into, I have the police report. 5 other cars were broken into the same day. The property manager said it was a resident, and they knew who it was, but they didn't do anything about it. The elevators smell really bad. They fired the super and now it smells worst. The new replacement super/maintenance is not really attentive to the property. There was blood on the stairs and you can tell they just tried to bleach it out, so now there's bright spots on the stairs. This place is not secure at all. They are unable to change the gate code because its broken, so whoever has ever had delivery, or lived here since ever can get in. Also the buzzer doesnt work, so they have names on the buzzer door from residents from 5 years ago. It's overpriced, carpets in the units are old, there's water damage everywhere. I wish I could post photos in here so you can see what the living condition looks like. Since I still live here, I'll even give you a property tour so you can see exactly what I'm looking at. I would suggest not moving here. They hired a new property manager, but its a revolving door. The ones that work here don't care enough for you in the long run, they're just waiting for another job.
I have been a resident for nearly 4 years at Fashion Terrace Apts. The location is exceptional in terms of freeways, malls, and hospitals. A secured garage and building helps me to feel safe in my living space.
