Impossible to receive deliveries.

The black barrier on Harper Ave is always closed making it impossible to receive mails and packages. A bunch of my items have gotten lost, or got returned. It's f frustrating. FIX IT. Moreover, the pest service NEVER came in over a year of living there. Sometimes you might see a random cockroach. And the property has mice. We might have caught over 10 of them at this time. Just get an apartment somewhere else.
