Property Ratings at Felson
This is a beautiful community wonderful clubhouse and work out facility. It’s close to major shopping and the interstate. BUT a few things I wish were different the walls seems a bit thin I can hear my neighbors talking in my apartment. The fixtures and bathroom mirrors seem a tad low end. Not sure if it’s a Florida thing but there is no A/C vents in the bathrooms .

Felson is so friendly and a welcoming place! It’s very neat/ clean too! If you’re looking for a place to live I’d recommend Felson! The amenities are awesome with your own balcony, elevators, fire pits, pool, gym, community room, walking trails.

My dad and I moved in a few months ago and It has been a great experience. We had some appliance issues and they were resolved within the week. The staff and neighbors are very friendly. The apartments are extreme quiet. We love living here.

Maintenance team is awesome. They respond quickly resolve all issues promptly. I just wish the dumpster outside my building was emptied more frequently. It’s always overflowing.

My experience has been good so far. The only thing that I don’t understand is the amount of flies, that’s around here. There is also so many dead flies in the elevator.

I’ve been here for 3 months now and so far don’t have any complaints! It’s in the perfect location within Cranberry and pretty central to everything! Very clean, newly renovated and they host a lot of fun events!

My experience with Felson has been upsetting. I was the very first person to live in this unit. I was aware that it was a construction zone, sure, but I couldn’t believe that they did not even clean the unit truly prior to move in. The paint comes off the walls, and I was informed by staff to use nails instead of command strips. The walls are INSANELY thin. I can hear when they sneeze and argue beneath me, and when the couple upstairs is intimate above me. You can hear EVERYTHING!!!! My lease ends in the first week of October, and I would like to pay the rest of it off in full by the beginning of September. Basically like paying off a car loan early.. right? Wrong. I asked management how I could go about this, as it would just be easier for me. I also thought it would be easier for them so they could rent the unit even earlier, but no. Despite there being “early move out” clauses in the rent and even on the final move out form, this location apparently does not partake in that, although in the lease and forms it says THEY COULD if it were to be in writing. Management informed me that if I am to pay my lease off in FULL and hand in my keys early, it would be a VIOLATION and I would have to pay the 2 month buy out fee + free months rent (a total of roughly 4500). So, basically, I have to pay in full anyway like I planned, hang on to the keys, keep the utilities in my name or else they will charge me the 2 month buy out fee and additional fees for turning the utilities off. Its bizarre. I want to pay off my lease in full, and somehow, that’s a violation if I turn in the keys early. Please live elsewhere. Don’t be fooled by what “looks” nice and actually go live somewhere nice where they treat you like PEOPLE instead of simply ca$h flow.

Felson is placed in a very convenient location within Cranberry. The amenities like the pool, gym and dog park are a very nice addition. The community is full of friendly people and is always kept exceptionally clean.

Started off rocky; dirty apartment that I loved into with multiple problems, promised a free parking space that upon move in wasn’t available, residents smoking inside which was making its way into my apartment, and etc. Has gotten better since initial move in with staff being responsive to all concerns. Parking seems to be getting more limited as well as finding space at the pool now that all building are finished.

From the initial informational phone call to settling in it has been a great experience. I couldn’t have made a better choice after visiting other nearby places. Both the leasing team and the community manager are there to listen and respond. Amenities provided are really nice. Property is maintained and still growing. Maintenance staff is prompt to answering service requests, doing so in a positive and professional manner. They plan events for the community to come together which is a really nice feature for newcomers and tenured residents. I am happy here as new resident. I made the right choice for me. I recommend it if you’re looking for your new place to call home.

I've already coordinated with our maintenance team regarding the issue with your washer/dryer, and they have replaced it to ensure optimal functionality. If you continue to experience any problems, please do not hesitate to inform us so that we can promptly address them. Regarding the space in the kitchen, it was indeed designed with specific purposes in mind, such as accommodating your trash can conveniently. Unfortunately, the space was not intended for a larger refrigerator. However, we appreciate your feedback and will certainly take it into consideration for future improvements. As for your suggestion for sports areas like tennis courts, while we share your enthusiasm for such amenities, our current space constraints limit us from incorporating them. However, if you have any specific yard games in mind that you believe would enhance our community, please feel free to share them with us. Felson is a lovely community in a prime location in Cranberry, any shops or working locations in the area are easily accessible and could definitely save time and gas which can really free up evenings.

I do like the place: is quiet and safe, as new resident I’m happy to be here and all the events they have at the community. On the other hand I do believe the maintenance needs to improve the response when there is a problem and give us some feedback.

Overall, we are satisfied with with our decision to live in this community. It is incredibly refreshing to have an attentive and responsive management team. There are pros and cons to any apartment community. We enjoy the space of our 3 bedroom and ample kitchen and bathroom storage. The community is quieter than others on busier roads. The construction is ongoing during the day but will eventually cease. I will note that I hear my neighbors going about their regular routine significantly more than prior communities. I wish the walls had another layer of drywall and perhaps bigger flooring. The pros of excellent management and location exceed the cons as this time. Other residents are also incredibly friendly! It was a great choice for our family.

Felson is a wonderful place to live. The apartments are absolutely beautiful, and spacious. Located close to 79, and many shopping centers and restaurants. Aside from its many perks, the staff is amazing. They go above and beyond to make you feel like you’re home and comfortable. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking to live in the Cranberry Township area.
