Property Ratings at Fiddlers Creek Apartments
The management is great . It’s quite an everyone stays to there self . My apartment is very nice . I love it here . Hoping when a 3 bedroom comes available i can upgrade .
I recently contacted them asking to see what they had available nobody answered the phone. I called back to back and still no response. I don’t know if it’s new management that has such poor communication skills or what’s going on but this should definitely be a red flag for anybody considering this apartment complex as there home.
Just recently in February and January of 2021, I've been calling nonstop to see availability for the 1 bedrooms, but no one answers the phone AT ALL! I've even dropped by the office during the day, around 2:30pm to view and inquire about the 1 bedrooms, but there was no one at the office. I knocked for a few minutes to no avail. It's very unprofessional to ignore calls and to not be in office in the middle of the day when the office hours say so. If no one ever answers the phone to get ahold of personnel, then what would they do if I was a resident and had an issue? Needless to say, they've been crossed off my list to consider. And the location of the complex sucks, so be aware.
I have been here almost 5 years. It is clean, quiet, and close to everything. I don’t plan on moving anytime soon.
I have recently moved from Fiddlers Creek due to family illness. I lived here for 9 years and hated to move away. It is a nice, quiet place and the people who work there really seem to care about everyone. When ever I had a issue of any kind, it was handled with professionalism, and Miss Shellie in the office went out of her way to help me when I had to move unexpectedly. I would recommend living here to everyone.
I lived here for a year and paid rent on time every month. The new property manager is just awful. She does not return calls is never in the office and is completely unwilling to help with and and all issues. I have been out of the aprtment for 2 months now and still have not received my security deposit back or my money for a concession they need to pay back after wrongfully chanrging me. It you like living with frustration this is the place for you. I have called everyday for 2 MONTHS and no one has gotten back to me.
I had a horrible experience living here , my apartment was so hot my ac didn’t work , nobody worked with me when it came to my rent and they were rude and nasty people I had to leave and now I have an eviction because of these horrible apartments
I had made an appointment to look at some apartments. I showed up 5 minutes late and no one was there. I assumed maybe they went to lunch. I waited an hour and a half an no one showed up. I called and no one answered. I found it to be unprofessional to not have someone in the office when an appointment was made.
I spoke with management about the bug problem on my first floor apartment. The next day I received a letter stating I had to pay $75 for them to go spray 3 days later. I told them I needed an appointment for a future date instead since it was short notice. The office manager told me if I refused the appointment I would be given a 30 days notice and be EVICTED.
Property Manager at Fiddlers Creek Apartments, Responded To This Review
I am sorry-I just saw this:) We do not count Fleas as a bug problem when a resident has a pet and we did want this taken care of as soon as possible for health reasons. I am glad this issue was taken care of. Our goal is for you to enjoy your home here at Fiddlers.
Overall the apartments are nice. I love the setup and the staff is really nice. My only issue is that there is a bug problem and they don't come out and spray as often as they said they would when we moved in. It may be because I live on the first floor, but I didn't know it would be this big of an issue and insects are my pet peeve.
Property Manager at Fiddlers Creek Apartments, Responded To This Review
