DO NOT MOVE HERE! The unit was in an unacceptable state with several issues that should have been addressed before my arrival. The apartment was not cleaned, leaving dust and dirt throughout, and I’ve been dealing with persistent bug, ant, and fly infestations. There was MOLD on the countertops, oven door, and door frames, and the dryer doesn't fully dry my clothes because the lint catch is rusted out. While the blackened and discolored carpet was replaced the day I moved in, other problems remain, such as swollen baseboards, a rusted oven rack, a sticking door, a cracked window frame with broken security tabs (suggesting a possible break-in attempt), and a balcony railing with chipping paint. The countertops are also discolored. I had to deep clean the apartment myself because of its poor condition, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, maintenance has shown up without prior notice while I was at work, and although some issues have been addressed, many remain unresolved. For example, the oven drawer was removed but never replaced, and despite Linda scheduling a walk-through with me, she never showed up. To make matters worse, my lease includes a gate remote, but I was informed after moving in that the complex no longer supplies them. This missing amenity significantly impacts my experience and security. Adding to the frustration, management is unresponsive to emails and has failed to communicate properly. This lack of communication makes it nearly impossible to get the necessary repairs or information, leading to a highly unsatisfactory living experience. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone
This property is not kept clean. The security gate has been broken for several months. There have been several thefts and even a shooting at these apartments. The management does not in force that the tenants pick up after their dogs so there is dog poop everywhere. These apartments are very expensive and you would expect the management to make sure they are well maintained. Prior to the complex being bought out the property was maintained far better. Many complaints have been made about the issues but without any response to the problems. I do not feel safe here nor do I appreciate the filthy environment in which I live. I would never recommend this property to anyone.
Can’t wait for my lease to be over to move out of this nightmare. When it rains, the water floods my doorstep and even enters the apartment. Then the stagnant water stays for upto a week before it dries up. Molds form close to the door. The management do not care. This problem started less than a week that I moved in..
I moved into this property in March and since then there have been multiple car thefts, break ins, egregious abuse of the pool and amenities, and now, a SHOOTING. I saw this shooting happen right outside of my building. It is DANGEROUS to live here. Management sent out an email about an investigation but no security measures have been put in place!
While this place might look great and seem great, do not be fooled. It is built on the cheapest bidder. The cupboards are hit or miss if the doors are aligned properly. The drawers did not close all the way. The exhaust fan was painted shut when built and my ceiling started leaking, I thought it was a leak and tried to place an emergancy work oder by phone as I was going out of town and was told my leak was not an emergency. Have been given multiply lease violation warnings when was not in lease violation. My dishwasher does not work, my oven is seemingly faulty as it works when it's wants to. Was told the appliances are under warranty and have been waiting for a dishwasher for over a month now. Was told a contractor would be Feb 23, and I asked about it Feb 28 they said they came by and the dog was not away so they couldn't enter...someone was home all day and the dog never made a peep. There was no note left , no phone call, no email. They work when they want, and how they want. If you want anything done you have to hound them. Did I mention I have a two year old?? Safety, inspections and maintence is not high on the todo list here. There is constant theft on the cars. Was told a security gaurd would be hired to patrol the grounds and that has never happened. I have talked to a hand full of people that have paid out of their lease early just to get away, but sadly that is not an option for me. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
