Fieldbrook/The Cedars

It's only gotten more interesting and not in a good way. Over the summer I had carpenter bees burrowing into my window, wasps were invading the same nest and few even got into the home. Nothing was ever done of that and they eventually died for the winter. There's a roach problem here too it seems, massive guys. I'm a very clean person, so they gotta be in the floors and walls. The dog park is always filthy to the point it can't be used, one of the main reasons I chose this complex. Then there's the never ending draft! No door in this entire apartment is sealed properly, so in this lovely 19 degree weather my downstairs is freezing cold. Almost as cold as it is outside. Ive tried my best to use draft stoppers to help, but unfortunately is not just the bottoms but sides of the doors, too. My back door you actually see the daylight shine through the gaps of the door. Im also currently locked out of my back storage, since the key i was told unlocks it does not. Overall, not very good.

Awesome. We had to move to a renovated townhome and couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of the work. Had some issues with our air conditioning unit but was resolved in a timely manner. Thank you

My experience so far since moving in 3 days ago has been a very pleasant one. I am truly enjoying it here! I also love the fact that there is a nice size public park within walking distance.

Love my home. New appliances, nice amenities and very friendly neighbors. The lease consultant was very helpful and walked me through all of my questions.

This community really makes sure to take care of each other and watch out for each other. It is quiet and I love the closeness to so many places like downtown, Davidson, and Concord.

Everything has been great. We’re very excited to be here. They welcomed us with open arms and made sure we understood everything before hand. This was a very easy process and we have them to thank

So far so good. A few minor adjustments are needed but nothing major. Friendly neighbors, quiet community, and the Flex program is awesome

Love it here so far! Super quiet and love the apartment. It feels like a big jump coming from country club to Fieldbrook and I’m glad I chose to make the move!

Absolutely fantastic?? Love the remodels, and the back patio? Can’t wait to all my fur out there for entertaining. And the pool looks so inviting!

We haven't had many issues, except we were told that when an apartment became available that we could move due to our apartment being over the main water line. We have experienced extreme costs in water and sewage bills. Also, there's been a leak in our downstairs bathroom for a while now that has been tacked up, but not repaired.

Quiet community, very clean.Feel safe in the area. So far I haven't had a problem or seen any at all. Everyone seems to keep themselves to themselves. Trash I collected promptly. All in all so far a good experience

I have been Living at Fieldbrook townhomes for almost 9 years. It’s a great location near all the schools and not far from downtown Mooresville.also just a short walk to Bellingham Park, which has some great trails and a wonderful playground for children to play on. We have a very nice community with a lawn service that keeps the property lovely. My only concerns are other residents that will not pick up their dog waste, which is very annoying and very irresponsible. maintenance tries their best to do service request when put in, but sometimes it takes quite a while which is really annoying at times . If it’s emergency situation, they are on it pretty quick. The property manager and employees that work in the Mooresville office are all very nice ladies. Overall, it’s a great place to live very quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend FieldBrook townhomes .

Awesome place to live in a quiet environment. Then living in the city with all of the noise,crime and a higher cost of living. Mooresville NC is a family oriented and education school system is rank third place within NC. I will recommend Fieldbrook apartments to family and friends.

I moved in two weeks ago, and I couldn't have asked for a nicer place to call home. Nicole is very pleasant working with. She kept me abreast of everything. Its extremely quiet here. I made the right choice. Thanks for everything Nicole.

I found this place originally here, then went over to their actual website and found availability on a two bedroom town home. I called to confirm that it was available, which I was told it was, and was advised to go online and submit my app. We'll, that's what I did. This was on a Monday. After applying, and paying $309 for their admin and app fees, I patiently waited. Tuesday, I received an email that additional documents needed to be submitted I promptly submitted them. Wednesday and Thursday, I called and spoke three different people. All knew what apartment number we were applying for. All never mentioned the bad that's coming. I received my online lease that day, signed it, was quoted my move in costs and received a "Welcome Home" email. We were ready to pay the deposits and move into our new place! We were excited! Then Friday, I called and these people tell me they're in the central office, and not at the complex. They also tell me that it's a one person office and they're out on apartment tours and to call back. I do. I now speak to a new person. She tells me that this apartment can't be leased out because corporate told them to gut the entire building. She then proceeds to tell me that I should've never been able to apply for that location and they have ZERO AVAILABILITY. She also tells me they found out about this remodeling on Wednesday (keep in mind, I spoke to people both Wednesday and Thursday, and that day) .she basically tells me there's nothing that can be done and gives me the option to either hold my money so they may apply it towards the location once it's remodeled (with no quoted date or estimate for completion), or they can mail me a check for my money. I requested a check. Monday. I try calling to confirm that my check was mailed out. I can't get anyone in the office, just the "central office" and they can't tell me anything because they're a third party vendor acting as a call center. All they keep saying is the person in the office is "on tours" (BUT THEY HAVE ZERO AVAILABILITY?? ). I also tried calling Gingko Properties. Left several voicemails and have yet to receive a call back. I have zero clue if I'll get my money back. This was all around the most horrible experience I'm honestly thankful it fell thru, because if they'll screw you over this bad while you're trying to become a tenant, I can't imagine how bad it would be afterwards.

FYI: all reviews you see prior to mid April of 2019 is from when the property was under prior management. Since the new manager and company have arrived, work orders get fixed in a timely manner, they are accessible via email, phone and walk in, many changes have taken place in the short time they have been here, and I am confident it will continue. Considering the price, location, size of units, and new management you can’t find a better place to live at such an affordable rate!

The landlord is more worried about where you park than fixing the broken steps INSIDE the apartment an our kids falling thru.That's not including everything else that is broken when you move in.

I lived here for 8 years . It was a great location with great neighbors ... I'm looking forward to moving back as soon as one is available... I see that you have an opening in Sept ... I would like to come by and see the apt and give you a deposit to move in ..please contact me ASAP .. I've never felt more at home as I did when I lived here
