I just moved in and love the community. It's nice and quiet. I feel safe having my daughter play outside. My apartment is nice and clean. I had one issue and they fixed it quickly. I was nervous moving from a house, wondering if we'd be cramped, but it is awesome.
I’ve lived at fieldcrest over a year now and would recommend this apartment community to my friends in the area. Maintenance is always friendly and quick to respond. The area is quiet except for one of those suped-up cars every now and then, and the neighbors have always been polite. It’s nice to take a walk to the duck pond in the spring months. Covington square is close by when I’d like to go out for a nice dinner, and Kroger is just down the road. Overall, a nice place to live. Thank you.
I lived at Fieldcrest Walk apartments in Covington Ga for 2 1/2 years. I was very pleased with the overall experience of living at Fieldcrest Walk. They have very pleasant and professional staff in their office as well as their maintenance team. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking to rent an apartment in the Covington area. Thank you Fieldcrest Walk for providing me with a nice, safe place to rent an apartment while I needed one.
Your credit score needs to be close to perfect to get approved to live here. They look at your past, and don't care about a person trying to improve their credit(for the past 2 years). They are also particular about only choosing certain kind of people to live there. Even if you make 4 times the monthly rent, they will still turn you down because of your credit score. It's unfortunate when a person is trying to improve their credit, and do better, but aren't given any chances. Other than that, apartment looks spacious and nice.

I have lived in my fair share of apartment complexes, and Fieldcrest Walk is by far the best. I am renting a one bedroom, one bath, and, although I have my fair share of furniture and other belongings, the apartment is still spacious. Every member of the staff is friendly and always willing to help me with whatever I need. I have a fire place is my apartment, which is perfect for those cold, winter nights. I love the walk in closet and the huge mirror in the bathroom. Plus, the bedroom is huge. I have lived in a lot of places that seem great until you sign a lease, and then they could care less about your concerns. This is not one of those places. I have received nothing but kindness and courtesy while here. There is regular maintenance and upkeep, everything from changing air filters to fixing pot holes to landscaping to power washing the exterior to pest control, and the best part is: you are always notified ahead of time to make sure you know what is going on and nothing inconveniences you. I moved in during the middle of the summer, and my air conditioning broke before I left for work in the morning. By the time I got home from work, they had completely replaced my unit! I never had to deal with the problem! I also like that there is a sense of community here without it being overbearing. We get newsletters and my neighbors are friendly. At the same time, I value my privacy, and it is nice that there isn't constantly someone knocking on your door like at some places. Plus, the staff always notifies you ahead of time of things going on in the complex. Everything is handled professionally and politely here, and I love it!
I have lived in this complex twice. The rent is affordable and maintenance was quick to respond when I needed them. I enjoyed the pools in the summer with my kids and the convenience of being near the interstate. Everyone has been great here!
Not the best apartments to live in. The walls are very thin, pest control is ridiculous. The maintenance is a joke, they have people who live here fixing or should I say act like they fixing things.. None of them are equipped for the job. JUST A JOKE! I would not recommended living here. . contract up in less than 6 months I'm out of here then!!!

My family and I have lived here for over a year! Yes, when we moved in, the rent was a lot cheaper! We did a 6 month lease and decided to do a month to month for 6 months. Recently we decided to do a 6 month again and HOW DO WE REGRET IT!! We are on the top floor and our roof has been leaking and they have attempted to fix it 14 times with it getting worse every single time! We got the bug issue under control with busy bee which they get to come out! The walls are thin and you can hear a lot of ppl if they are loud! The maintenance guy is a joke! He never fixes anything right the first time! I end up having to go behind him to do his job! Problem is that they fail to hire professionals! Instead they allow ppl who live here to fix things! Smh! The wall has at least 15 years of paint on it and falls off with the slightest touch or bump! I'm constantly having to repair the walls myself! The property manager seemed nice at first but after having to complain about the repairs failing to get corrected she became very short with me and very rude! Our water heater broke! Was replaced incorrect and went out again bc the wires burned and melted out! Again, bc they fail to have professionals! Our cold water comes out warm and told them about that and they failed to test it correctly or call a plumber! The pools are suppose to be cleaned but again, lack professionals and is always nasty and murky! And it seems like chlorine!! We've been twice but never again just bc its nasty! The plus about this place is the space you get as far as an apartment and the price we locked in! This place is very old and has 2 layers of roof on it which I'm sure is a code violation! The bugs are an issue but after 6 months, it got some what under control! We regret doing another 6 months and have been looking for another place to live bc they are very nasty, rude and unprofessional people! We lucked out though because they decided because we put to many work orders in, again, always the same ones, that they will not renew our lease! Its a blessing!! I will be so glad once we get out of here! Yes, its going to cost us more money but I'm sure now, the rent for the larger 2b2b is $900 now! So, unless you can deal with all the issues and never being fixed then come on over! I know at least 5 ppl who have lived here and moved away bc of the staff and problems! I Will let everyone know to avoid this place! Its a wolf in sheep's clothing!!!!!!

We are also sorry to hear you missed out on enjoying the pools. They are maintained by a pool maintenance professional, with daily cleaning and records kept of the chemicals and levels. As with all public pools, we are required to keep them at a high standard of cleanliness and they are inspected regularly. Again, we are sorry to hear about your experience.
What I like about the apartments at Fieldcrest they are affordable and the Office Manager Karen is a nice person. In addition, the Owners doesn't allow loitering and other behavior that makes living in an apartment unpleasant.
The apartments are very well built and fairly sound-proof. I have lived in a few other apartments and they by far have the best sound proofing. The service and office are great and I have never had a problem they did not help me with. Great place to live.
