Property Ratings at Fielders Creek
Do NOT live here! They let multiple people live in one tiny apartment (my neighbor has 13) and they party all night long outside in the parking lot and in front of the apartment complex. I have made several complaints to management, and they do nothing. Last weekend they partied until almost 5:30 am. I wake up to beer bottles all over the complex. The pool was rarely open this summer because they bring beer bottles and other alcohol bottles into the pool, so they have to close it. I'm trying desperately to get out of my lease! It's not worth what they charge.
Please be forewarned, this complex has changed ownership so many times over the last months I have lost track. DIMINISHED and DECLINING service level. The office doesn't communicate well or properly. They care about getting in new folks and trying to save face. That's about it. The communication is so awful they do not return calls to the office and the office hours established, have not been kept. I have lived here 3.5 years and renewed my lease because living in Denver is expensive and this place seemed to be ok for what I needed. I could never recommend and it was a big mistake. I gave notice and the service level just keeps getting worse. Not worth it for many reasons including just -- unpredictability. The area is sketchy but I wouldn't have renewed my lease if I didn't feel safe. Basically it's close to the highways and some wealthy areas so it is patrolled. The reason for 2 stars is that prior to this last lease renewal the maintenance team was response and adequate. Rent price was ok for what you got in the Denver metro and it was a convenient location for me. This complex should be looking itself right in the mirror and has issues - AVOID AVOID. They do a fairly good job at keeping the grounds clean. And the service requests are answered very promptly.
i would recommend this place to other people because when i came to look at it, it was a nice and quiet area i like that also had a dog park and playground for kids and a gym and pool
I like the office and the gym is decent. I don't like the pool. The office staff has been great that has been the best part about living here. I'd like nicer amenities to use though so I do plan on moving after our lease ends. The walls are thin so we hear our neighbors all the time, but it is quiet in general they are only loud usually during the day.

Overall, decent apartments but apartment walls are too thin and can hear everything. amenities are slightly outdated, so they are not super efficient at cleaning things but are okay.
The surrounding area is not ideal but everyone has been friendly and the apartments themselves are very nice.
I would not recommend the use of the trash valet! I have been requesting the management for the proper can to place outside of my door and have not received it in 8 months. I am still paying 30$ a month plus 20$ a month for just trash use of the property. I have called the company and the management and no response!
They are always responsive to my requests. They work to keep the grounds clean and looking nice.

Honestly the only problem I have is other people parking in my parking spot and which makes it very difficult with two kids to come home & not have my assigned spot open for my use. But that isn't the apartments fault at all. If there is a way to maybe send out an email or something about assigned parking spots I would really appreciate it. Also, when people do bbqs in the area near the playground,there is always a ton of trash/beer cans all over. Again not the apartments fault but an email may be helpful with that.

the main reason for not recommending this to others I know is the additional cost that should be optional such as valet trash pickup. an additional $20 a month for something I've never used.

Hi there! Thank you for your review. I totally understand how you feel about the charge for valet trash, but let me briefly explain how this service works. It is actually part of the overall trash charges and is just listed that way because valet is one of the companies responsible for trash removal. The reason we have the service is because they are responsible to make sure that the trash dumpsters are not overloaded and being leveled out each night. When used properly, no overage charges are incurred by the hauling company, thus reducing the other part of the trash fees and reducing your overall trash bill. When you see this reflected on your bill and all of our residents participate, the trash costs are even less each month. In that way, it makes the valet trash a great value for our property and our residents. The valet trash portion cost never changes. Thank you for your review and I hope this clarifies it for you. It’s affordable and it’s a nice apartment the renovations are really nice everything is communicated effectively and timely manner I like the no smoking rule overall this is a good complex
I'd recommend this apartment community to other's because the office staff is very friendly and willing to help you out. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. The apartment is really nice. We live living here.
The community has great amenities and the leasing staff clearly take pride in the work that they do which inevitably leads to the facilities and apartments being well looked after. The washer/dryer inside the apartment is a big selling feature and the apartments themselves seem like a good size. If the price is right for the right person, I think most people would be fully satisfied with the apartment community.
Only been in a month so it just may be a little too early to say I will say so far I have enjoyed the apartment in the community doesn't seem to be too bad

If you are in times of desperate need and you don't mind the other renters conversation, crying and living noise intruding on your movie night, then I say go ahead and live there. I did, movie nights aren't the best option for a weekend though. Too much noise from the paper thin walls.

Apartment manager is rude and seems unfit to deal with people one on one.
This apartment community is in a great location with plenty to offer nearby. The front office and maintenance staff has always been very friendly.
