THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! It needs negative 5 stars. First and foremost, the property is disgusting. Do NOT let the pictures on the website fool you because it looks nothing like them.The leasing office never answers the phone so you have to consistently email to get a useless reply or take off work to go up there in person to get anything done. My only guess is the office has no type of management seeing how this place is ran. The pet waste station overflows for weeks before it gets emptied. Cops on property about every weekend it seems due to noise complaints, burn outs in the parking lot, and so on. Several issues to your unit that are caused by neighbors and literally crappy plumbing. Maintenance does not clean up behind themselves after doing work in the unit. The entrance is hectic trying to enter the property with an immediate 3 way intersection. Don’t leave anything in your car because it will get broken in to. Random people come up to you in the parking lot asking for money. Gunshots or car backfiring heard every night. When you drive around the property, it looks like an auto shop. Cars are up on jacks, oil all over the parking spaces, trash and random wheels lying around. One of the worst parts was in the dead of winter seeing a dog left on the porch and when it would bark, the owner would come outside and scream curse words at it. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. I sure wish I did.

I’ve worked with Greyling and Yonet a lot in the office. I usually try to go to them because they are the only ones that smiles and makes me feel welcome. I’ve been coming in a lot trying to get my carpet right and I kinda feel like I’m annoying everyone but them. I’m treated nicely with them. Yonet is the perfect person to have at the door. Greyling worked very hard to get me approved and I appreciate that. I would have rated 5 stars if I wasnt still dealing with a foul smelling carpet from the day I moved in. The carpet guy repeatedly left too much water which took a week to dry and my carpet/under my carpet is a very sour mildew smell which stinks up the apartment. I haven’t been able to sleep in the room. They have made attempts to improve and the smell when down but if they would have listened to me and pulled up or replaced the padding before the last cleaning the smell would be gone. I havnt been able to use the closet in my room. I’ve had company leave because it smells. Once my carpet is right I will consider redoing my review. I’m tired of going to office everyday.My fridge was a little beat up on the inside, still waiting on a replacement part. I’ve been here 2 weeks.
