I’ve lived here for almost a year and literally the best place I’ve lived. Close to target, middle school, and the ponds. Rent may be a little expensive but worth it for all the features in these apartments. Having a balcony is a PLUS and so much room for storage if needed.
Pros: close to freeway, has some upgraded units (but could tell they cut corners), by salish ponds and Target. Cons: high rent increases when you have to deal with the cops always here for the riff raff that goes on, my vehicle got stolen from carport (along with a few neighbors) two weeks after moving in, extremely low water pressure (practically useless trying to shower or wash dishes), only one dumpster for entire complex which always has trash piled 4 feet high, frequent water shut offs without 24hr notice, creaky floors, black mold growing all over inside unit, thin walls, no one picks up pet poop, front office staff keeps changing every few months, takes a while for maintenance to get done, potholes galore, poor management that doesn't care about the complaints, and lots of inoperable vehicles taking up guest parking spots.
Beautiful apartments inside and close to the freeway, which is why we rented here. Little did we know that the cops visit frequently, ONE garbage area for the entire complex of several hundred units which is constantly overflowing and filthy, the water has been shut off almost weekly since we moved in, electricity has been shut off 3 times, when it snowed several inches they made sure everyone has insurance and then only cleared the walkway in front of the office!!! Icey packed snow was all over the complex; nothing was cleared for the tenants, snow packed on the the steps going to units, maintenance can't seem to fix the thermostat correctly so our electric bill has been over $300/ mo for only 2 people, sliding door doesn't open without a ton of strength and still has not locked since we moved in. At first glance it looks like there is a good amount of open parking spaces, but for some reason everytime we need to park our 2nd vehicle, at least 50% of the carports are empty and none of the guest parking is available. A majority of the time one of our vehicles is parked somewhere on the other side of the apartment complex. Management/office staff (every employee) has changed FOUR TIMES! Nobody knows what the other is doing and everytime we need to go to the office the door is locked with workers inside ignoring us, or they closed early/are coming in late. THIS PLACE IS A HOT MESS!

I have been living here for the last11 month's water sewage and garbage is not included in rent you habe to pay it. Water gets shut off twice a week for 8hrs at a time. Neighbors smoke weed outside and management won't do anything about it. I wouldn't recommend these apartments.

I am in love with Fieldstone Apartments!!! I live in one of the upgraded apartments and I love it! Everything was new when we moved in the staff was very nice and helpful.

They shut water off every other week. Pool is always closed on 90 degree days. Trash is always over flowing. Maintenance is slow at answering calls & cleaning grounds throughout apts. Parking sucks!!!! They have 5 empty spots in front of office, but want vacant for the suckers that want to rent there. Good luck.....

Fieldstone Luxury Apartments is a great place to live. Freeway access is right up the street which is awesome. The apartments are very nice and spacious. I live on an upper floor apartment that has vaulted ceilings and that faces the fields in Salish Ponds, so the environment is just great. There is access to the trail to Salish Ponds on the property which is fantastic. The management and maintenance staff is friendly and always helpful. They are quick to respond to maintenance requests! The property has great amenities including a pool, hot tub, sauna, and 24 hour gym. The only draw back is if you have more than one car per apartment, parking can be difficult to find near your apartment from time to time. It has gotten worse over the last year and this is my third year here. However, it is better than most places and I've never had to try and find parking offsite.
