Great location, clean, low price for the area
I would recommend this location to friends and family. Excellent location and you can't beat the prices for this part of the Terre Haute area.

Beware
Everything was completely fine until about a month before I moved out. Tyler (the landlord) violated my lease and entered my apartment without notifying me then tried to lie about why he did it. First stating that he thought I had moved out (when I in no way had told them I had), then stated it was because of a “flea infestation” that he said equated to an emergency. Even though I had been in no way notified of any concerns about fleas. Then completely took my entire $700 deposit other than $26. Be warned.
