Fieldstone trace is great for pets. Lots of green grass and open space. Dog waste bags are provided and disposal stations are located in convenient places throughout the property. Their Bark Park is super.

Background: I'm going on my 3rd year at FT. Rent has increased too high over my time being here and I do not plan to renew a 4th year if increases continue as they have been. Positives: Great office staff, concerns are always addressed, clean place to live, friendly neighbors, 2.5 bathrooms Negatives: Carpet everywhere. Seriously, it's almost 2024. Let's get some non-carpet flooring options, especially at the prices we pay. Car break-ins and thefts are becoming a weekly occurrence, seriously, again, I pay too much for the lack of safety and security around here. lack of privacy in out door areas, would like my own patio, not shared or some kind of fenced in yard. Negatives do not effect the quality of life here. This is overall a fine place to live.

I've lived at fieldstone trace with my spouse for 3 years now. There have been several cosmetic improvements during our time here. Especially recently. -Dog park upgrades -basketball/tennis court upgrades -some (not all) buildings received new siding. Not sure why we stopped progress, Not all buildings are the same color and the older ones do not look as nice. Would love to see production begin on that again. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE the option to upgrade the carpet in my unit to hardwood. Even if it was just the downstairs. I hate (and everyone i've talked to) having carpet in the living/dining areas. There have been recent issues with car break ins. We've been hit hard this summer. I've also seen people looking for packages on my ring camera. So safety may be dwindling. Time will tell.. I have began to notice more and more bugs around the exterior doors of my unit. Would be nice if they offered bug maintenance regularly to all units. I have heard neighbors talk of roaches, luckilly I have not yet seen any. Not sure if thats an issue or not. Over all, not a bad place to live. Walls are thin and again PLEASE GIVE US THE OPTION TO REMOVE DOWNSTAIRS CARPET!!! PLEASE
