Less than 20 miles east of Phoenix, the city of Mesa is Arizona’s third-largest city and is home to nearly half a million residents. The low cost of living, affordable apartments, and family-friendly environment make Mesa a highly sought-after suburb in Arizona’s suburban desert. Although Mesa sits within a short distance of Phoenix – making it the ideal location for commuters – many residents work inside the city of Mesa itself for local employers in the medical, aerospace, and retail industries.
Mesa locals take advantage of the city’s constant sunshine, whether they’re catching a Cactus League ball game at Hohokam Stadium or tubing down the Salt River. The surrounding desert landscape is extremely popular with mountain bikers, hikers, and campers. The scenery is truly unbeatable, especially in the sprawling Tonto National Forest to the northeast.
This town is rather quiet, with a focus on community and local history, rather than a bustling nightlife scene.

Property Ratings at Fiesta Village Furnished - Utilities Included
I got this apartment off the internet sight unseen boy was I lucky it has been much more than I expected management has been great which is much appreciated by my wife and myself being in our 80s you need help occasionally we had some minor concerns they were delt with immediately the apartment is perfect for 2 people believe me you cannot go wrong if you are on a fixed income plenty good food close by if you don't want to cook
They shut off the air condition when it's st 90F outside, they said they wouldnt turn it on unless it's at least 100F. Feels like an oven inside my apartment!!!! They shut the air for 3 weeks now. Horrible people!!!
For starters, Fiesta Village used to be a Select Suites Extended Stay motel, which explains why the average size for a 1 bedroom is only 460 sq. feet compared to 700 sq. feet of the avg 1 bedroom in the Phoenix area. I lived here for 3 years and they just started closing the gates 6 months ago. During this entire time they advertised Fiesta Village as a gated community- it was NOT for most of my time here. I've had 3 bicycles stolen - reported it to the office and they didn't care at all. The office manager didn't even bother to document it. The office staff - including office manager - has changed 3 times in 3 years, which prevents them from getting to know their residents. The quality of the residents moving in has gradually decreased over the years. During my time there I dealt with numerous false accusations from playing loud music to smoking marijuana. I even once came home from a vacation with a 10-day notice on my door accusing me of smoking marijuana while the apartment was vacant. You should also factor in when paying for a furnished apartment with utilities included - your renting the furniture too - which is why the rent is so high for such a small unit. Also, the free WiFi is misleading as it is extremely unreliable and not supposed to be used for working from home anyway. Another issue is the laundry rooms where the credit card machines rarely work - and the machines steal quarters. Again, they take no responsibility for issues with the laundry as it is serviced by an outside vendor. Lastly, when I moved in 3 years ago the complex had beautiful tall trees all over the grounds - and it was all grass. In their 'remodeling' every single tall tree was cut down which was very upsetting - and many areas of grass were replaced with rocks. The beautiful complex I had once moved into was no more. Before I moved out I received a notice of increase in rent by $150 a month. I now have an apartment that is twice as big with a patio / backyard in the upscale Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix for the exact same price I would have paid if I had chosen to stay. More information: MEB Management's Better Business Bureau rating is (D-) The owner of the complex has been involved in multiple law suits which is public record. Multiple complaints for not returning security deposits no matter how perfect a condition you leave you apartment in.
Great location. Friendly staff. Nice place. Been there six years.

Thank you so much for your kind review. We hope you never leave us!! -Fiesta Village Management
Before you decide to visit call ahead the price they advertise is most likely not what’s available. I missed work only to find out that the only available unit was out of my price range . Didn’t even look at the unit the lady in the office was kind enough not to waste my or her time . Good luck hunting.

If you decide to live here, PLEASEEEEE get your own PO box!!! If you work a regular full-time job, you will never get your packages!!! The office is only open in the middle of the day and closed on weekends. So, if your package is bigger than a letter, they keep it in the office, and unfortunately, those of us who work regular jobs aren't able to get our packages when we need them!!!!

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your feedback about packages. We understand that some residents work the same hours that we are open, and that can be a little frustrating. If you would like us to not accept your packages in the office, we can arrange that for you. This way, the packages will be kept at the delivery center for you or be delivered to your home. Please contact the office if you have any questions. We would be happy to help. Thank you! Have a great day! -Fiesta Village Management
I understand that a lot of different people come here from all around the United States for either school or just a better life. So as these apartments sits on a mantle by great food and a great college. I understand why it is fiesta Village with a nice pool and hot spa with very good security so I can have a piece of mind when I sleep . Its not expensive but not cheap either but for everything included shows promise. Thank you for you time Sincerely Christopher Howell .
