Hot water Had an issue with my hot water and maintenance came within 1 hour
Great job! Great and efficient job fixing my towel rack. He even patched the hole that was left.

Run…Run….Run. My fault, I should have run when I first got there. Move in day, floors filthy, excrement in both toilets, shower curtain rod coming out of the wall. I hadn’t even moved any of my stuff, now, I regret living there! Nothing but problems yes, the maintenance people come quickly, but they don’t fix things correctly. As of today I continue to have a problem with mice, since November 22. Yes, they come they send the exterminator, they patch the holes, two days ago it was coming from the air vent in the guest bathroom. this morning after I took my shower I went to put my slippers on, and there was a mouse in there!! I fill out the maintenance request, they come and “take care of the problem”, and guess what I still have mice. The maintenance man when I called about the mice in the vent in the bathroom, his advice was “keep the fan on they won’t come in then!” I do have two cats that have found the mice but now every step that I take, I’m afraid that there will be mice. They say they are limited the way they can place the mouse traps because of the cats, so I guess now it’s my problem because they can’t place as many traps as they want to, don’t sign a lease! I like the pool, but towards the end of the seasons, it’s not clean in the water has a greenish tint to it. The staff is not friendly, but will always tell you that they will take care of your problems, and nothing gets down. I complained about the landscaping, and they told me that they have a budget and right now the budget doesn’t have enough money to mulch, but the front of the complex is, beautiful! Don’t let that fool you! Six weeks and I can’t wait to get out of this Place
I left a previous review about my experience with them and they responded but it was just for show. They said to reach out to them for solutions but when I did I did not receive a response. So don’t be fooled about their responses on here as they are not genuine. They have made no attempt to help me in any way possible. They only see customers as dollar signs and not as people.

Oh where to begin. We started with a tour and they shows us the model and told me everything would be exactly the same outside of the counters appliance colors. They were stainless steel and I believe quartz counters. They told me it would be black appliances. They promised us free admin fees and applications fees and “accidentally” forgot to put it into the lease contract as this would be reimbursed vs non payment. The day we get our keys, they are saying that our check was short when indeed it was not. They again forgot to add those fees. Now we see our apartment for the first time and I am flabbergasted! It looks NOTHING like the model. First thing first, NOTHING was professionally cleaned. The kitchen and laundry weren’t even touched. I spent hours cleaning and scrubbing this place. Things are broken and falling apart and I have 4 different colored appliances. The doors weren’t even opening and closing correctly. The best part is that they spray painted the counter and bath tubs to make them look better! THATS TOXIC! I have a 2 year old and had to buy an inflatable bath to wash him. With this being said, I contacted the area manager and she pretty much said oh well you can just move until I told her that we are paying rent for a place that is not what was promised and we already paid so much to move to start with. She then came in with the maintenance manager and he was in shock of the state of the apartment himself and immediately got his team on it. Everything wasn’t fixed and the place still looks a mess which is why we are moving to a much better ran apartment complex that shows you the actual apartment vs a model. They also do not enforce people picking up their dog poop so you can’t even take walks without it being a problem. We also went into our storage unit and found a dead mouse! Lovely! Due to Covid, I couldn’t hand in my notice to vacate so I had to email them 3 times and still did not get a response where I finally called AGAIN and AGAIN and got it done after about 2 months of attempts. We are approaching our move date and so much in this apartment has not been fixed due to the following: “is back ordered” “too cold” “Covid” “on its way”. We were here for 15 months and nothing. All in all I better get my deposit back in full and I can’t wait to get the heck out of here! We have decided to avoid Trinity Property Management as whole due to this and have made sure our friends know to do so as well based on our personal experience.

They do not care about you as a human being. They only care about the money. We had a problem with our neighbors and they told us all they could do was move us to a new unit and charge us more money. When we decided we have had enough and we’re going to move out they proceeded to charge us $4,000. They called us liars saying that we never went in to tell them about our neighbors and they would not have told us that they could move us but it would cost more. They did not care that we had kids and that my wife was pregnant with another, they stuck with the “it’s a corporate policy” line. I guess they just expected us to stay in that toxic environment with all that extra stress and risk the health of the baby. Move in if you dare, but be prepared for poor service and to only be a dollar sign to them. That was after living at that complex for 5 years and being a loyal customer. They don’t care.

First Dedra( not sure If i spelled it correctly) is not the nicest person. I have tried to resolve a few issues with her and she never seems to care. First there is no parking ever after 8 pm. There have been multiple cars that have got ticketed for parking on the side of the road during this winter cause they can not park in the designated parking lot. My partner has gotten towed. A manager was suppose to call us back and nobody did. Now I am literally parking two to four buildings down or across the street at a different location. This is unacceptable. Second, our complex didn't even have a heating system in the main living area. They mentioned the heating was in the ceiling when I signed the lease. They were able to put something to get it some heat but when you get 200 electric bills for a 700 sq apartment that is ridiculous. Third we were suppose to get new carpeting in the hall areas. That never happened. Everything is just cheaply done. I'll be surprised if someone actually reaches out to me

Its been 5 months we joined this community. Flat was handed with full of issues and they did not even clean the apartment before handing over and we had to clean it. None of the ACs work in the apartment and told they will replace all in summer. Just replaced one of the AC in living room. Since i joined in winter i was not bothered that time. I have been giving the complaint on ACs and looks like they do not take the complaints seriously. For any issue you see only one person and he will not resolve the issue and will close your work order. He just cleaned the ACs and says its working. But in real they are very very old ACs and can be kept in museum that do not cool at all even if you turn on for hours.If you are thinking ACs only are the issues then you are wrong. One of the worst maintenance i have ever seen in my life. Site does not allow me to give less than one star rating. Please introduce negative star ratings in your website for writing the reviews.

If you love living with ants this place is for you. I’m living in a second floor apt and this place is infested with ants. Not one or two here or there..... more like 20-30 daily. Hope you sleep with your mouth closed. Also the electric bills are outrageous. One month alone was $470. Yep you just read that right. All heating is ran on electric and on top of that outrageous bill it’s still freezing cold in the apt due to poor instillation. There are always random people sitting in the hallways hanging out like it’s a bar or something. No lie you can spend your hard earned money on a place that is worth it but this place isn’t it.

Horrible place to live. Customer service with the management is horrendous. They don’t answer the phones or just basically tell you they can’t do much of anything. Have had numerous issues with appliances breaking. Water heater leaking causing carpet damage and being told that it was our fault. I could keep going on about this place but I would highly recommend to look else where. It is not worth living here at all. Also it’s super expensive to run your heat and air conditioning on a regular bases. The extra money that is spent on utilities can easily be spent on a nicer place. Also, so many people are moving out and they are doing some renovations to apartments and it literally sounds like a construction zone living here some days. Can't even have a relaxful Saturday afternoon because all I can hear is a tile saw.

I lived in this complex for 13 months and I would not go back there if the rent was free. The new office manager is rude and almost impossible to get a hold of. The office staff is full of excuses and lies. This complex use to be nice until Fifteen98 took over. If you are thinking about signing at this complex, I have some advice...Be prepared to feel disrespected by the office manager. Be prepared to be lied to over the course of months. Be prepared for scams and unnecessary charges. Be prepared for poor communication skills by the office staff. Be prepared for issues being your fault.

Lived here for two years. It wasn’t until the name changed and the people at the office changed that I became highly displeased with the treatment I received. The first month this new company took over they only require that you pay online. The first month I paid online, I was charged a $50 service fee for using a card and not a bank account. The second month, we used a bank account, submitted on time, and received a confirmation email stating our payment was accepted (mind you, you can ONLY pay on the date due, not a day before). Fast forward to the fifth of January. I get an email and note on my door stating that we did not pay rent. Ok, I’m not worried, I have my confirmation stating I paid. I’m thinking, no big deal, should be an easy fix and I can go on with my day. I called over the weekend to straighten this out but was told to wait until the property manage, Rose gets in Monday to handle. I meet with Rose, show her the proof that I paid on time, and she tells me she cannot do anything about it (I SHOWED HER CONFIRMATION). I’m told sorry, can’t help you and stuck with a $300 late fee. She also said she would follow up the next day, it’s been three weeks Rose, I’m still waiting for that phone call. We have never been late (and still haven’t been late) on rent. I was a very happy tenant until this happened. Unfortunately we will not be renewing our rent if this is not fixed. I really hope someone higher thatn the property manager sees this and how unethical it is to charge $300 in late charges when I produce my confirmations stating I paid on time.

I am completely disappointed in the way management and maintenance run. I have been having trouble with an appliance and they have yet to solve my issue. Maintenance is going to come out for the fourth time. By the third time I was fed up with the situation. I went to the leasing office to talk to the manager. Funny to say the secretary went to the back and told the manager I was there to speak to her. Instead of the manager coming to talk to me she sent the secretary to ask me what it was about when clearly she can see me and hear me speaking about my problem. To me this is an unprofessional way of handling things. Overall if you are person that doesn't want their problems fixed in a timely manner this is the place to go. The apartments are nice and it is a good location just be ready to deal with these kind of people.

Poor quality. Since Oct my washer has broken,fridge broke,heat went out and garbage disposal quit. Electric bill for one month for one person in a one bedroom over $200. City of Naperville States "the buildings are old,not insulated and furnaces are old and not efficient" Fitness center filthy and treadmills and RVs broken frequently. Propertyanager rude. RUN

Having recently recovered fully from Stage 4 kidney cancer, I looked for a residence that would provide the amenities, surroundings, and atmosphere in a residential apartment setting. I found all of that and some in The Addison of Naperville! The staff provided over the top customer care / service that exceeded my expectations. Raquel (Facility Manager), Sherry, Catina, Stephanie and Tony have been gracious, accommodating, and responsive. When it came to having my unit punch listed, to address minor nuances, Terry (Maintenance) was on point and handled my requests in a professional manner and excellent craftsmanship. Great neighbors, and the grounds are well kept. What more could I ask for? A wood burning fireplace, central air, and the peacefulness of sitting on my balcony at the edge of the golf course. I'm glad that I chose The Addison of Naperville. If your looking...stop by the office. They will take care of you, because its what they do!

I've lived here for a few years now. The prices are decent and it's in Naperville, which is ideal. This is where the good things end. Though management is friendly, if you have noisy neighbors then you should prepare to spend eternity with them, because they will not be leaving. No matter how many complaints they receive, Addison of Naperville does not have a 3 strikes policy like other apartment complexes. So buckle up. It's going to be a bumpy ride.

Take a look at their reviews on Google Maps, too. They, as in management, do not know how to speak to people & maintenance does not always do what is needed - let alone in a timely matter. The only pro is rent is much cheaper than the surrounding apartments/homes. Which speaks for itself.. You get what you pay for.

My experience with Addison of Naperville has been great, although I only moved in August 15th. The application process and moving went very smoothly. I am a high school teacher and was grateful to move in mid-month before school started. My apartment is a small 1bd/1bth, but planned out well, updated and clean with central air and full size W/D in the laundry room. Addison offers workout facilities, swimming pool and a business center. The location is great because it's next to a golf course to feel private, but I have close access to major interstates for nearby shopping and restaurants. I believe this is a great choice!

Since we moved in their has been a management change. New management seems a little better. The people that work in the front office are nice for the most part with the exception of a couple ladies. Apartments are nice and in good condition - full size washer and dryers in units and dishwashers and microwaves. Our two bed two bath has a fireplace and a nice big balcony since we are on the corner. Note - they include the balconies in square footage of the apartment we found out, and the rooms are smaller than the floor plans state. Closets are kind of small in the two bed two bath but there is a coat closet and the washer and dryers are in another closet with a shelf above the washer dryers and not too much storage space other than that. Storage units are in the buildings available for $10 a month. Doesn't seem to be anywhere to keep a bike, most people keep them on the patios and balconies. They are always sending letters about keeping balconies clean. Kitchens are a good size - lots of cabinet space for an apartment. Maintenance is pretty good - quick and they do a good job. Dogs and cats allowed - a lot of people don't pick up after their dogs after they go to the bathroom. The new management company did put in new dog play areas that are fenced in which are really nice. There are also a couple new playgrounds up for the kids. Pool is pretty small and usually packed. Work out room is kind of a joke...weight lifting machines are all rusty and probably 10 to 15 years old. Treadmills, bikes, and ellipticals are newer but very cheap and low quality, but they are ok for basic work outs. They don't have anywhere to hang up jackets or put anything while your working out though. All and all it's a pretty nice place to live for the money - it's a good price for Naperville. We live on the end of the complex near the train station so it's only a mile away. The golf course is a dump, but surprisingly gets a lot of golfers. We are just going into our second year so I can't say anything about the move out process and how that will go. We have friends that lived here two management companies ago and they were charged a $300 clean up fee even though they cleaned the place well and didn't leave anything behind. I really hope that doesn't happen to us. We were paying $1125 a month for two bed two bath and that increased by $70 for the following year. No utilities included, our water is about 30 to 35 a month for the two of us. Our electric hasn't gone over $100

For living in Naperville, these apartments are a wonderful price for what you get. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and my building is maximum a 10 minute walk to the train into Chicago. Maintenance replies quickly to all requests and everything we need is within a short drive including grocery stores, fast food and sit down restaurants, gas stations... everything! Also love that they allow dogs of any size! Only limit is some breed restrictions and that you are only supposed to have a maximum of 2 dogs.

I arrived in USA with my family 4 months ago with big dreams and expectations. I had chosen this apartment via apartments.com from Bulgaria-my country (East Europe). When we come to see the apartment for the first time and my son came in he started to play immediately and choose his room. He said "Mom it's my new better home, I want to stay here and I don't want to go back." Today we picked up the keys and we love our new place! Management made the paperwork a breeze, we could have done it online but are of the older generation and fear our info being on the 'cloud', whatever that really is. Haven't had a chance to sleep in it yet, but so far, so good! We live right by the glistening swimming pool, which will be greatly needed after our move.
