National publications constantly place Pittsburgh near the top of the list for most livable cities in America, and it’s easy to see why. The city has a rich history as an industrial and economic hub, which led to the construction of many grand buildings and public sculptures which still stand today. Downtown in particular is rich with beautifully preserved buildings and lush public parks dating back well over a century, giving the entire community a timeless atmosphere.
Pittsburgh is split into three sections by the rivers passing through the city: Downtown (a.k.a. “The Golden Triangle), the North Side, and the South Side. Each has its fair share of attractions and landmarks: the North Side is home to Acrisure Stadium and PNC Park (making it a perfect area for sports fans), the South Side features big, beautiful greenways and refurbished steel mills, and Downtown is where you’ll find the most variety in dining, nightlife, and entertainment.

Property Ratings at Fifth Neville
This apartment is quiet throughout the day, with the only noise from the traffic outside. The game room in the basement is really nice.
Neville apartments has amazing location, great maintenance and service. Dylan, who's the apartment manager does a great job communicating with the residents and meeting their needs. Overall I think Neville Apartments has the greatest facilities regarding the price and the location compared to other apartments around.
The location is premium! It is only about 10 mins' walk from CMU, and just across the road is the on-campus accommodation of CMU, CMU students can use the gym and printers in it by showing their CMU ID. The facilities are excellent. There are washers and dryers in the basement. Also, there is a game room, (My friends and I have used it for many times!) which is a good place to relax! Manager Dylan is always accessible and responsive to all the concerns. I highly recommend it to the CMU students who are looking for a GOOD place to live!
Building is well kept with updated amenities (Game room, Business Center, Laundry facility) and on site maintenance/management staff. There's plenty of stuff to do and places to go in the area as well as being walking distance to several schools. I'd highly recommend it to any student looking for a nice quiet place to live. DK
Very convenient to university campuses. I had no major maintenance issues when living here, and staff was accessible and responsive to concerns. It seems like mostly students live here, so it's a bit noisy nights and weekends.
I highly recommend the Fifth Neville Apartments. I flew into Pittsburgh before moving here to look at several apartments in the Oakland area (close to Pitt and CMU campus), and I was most satisfied with this apartment and signed the lease right away. My unit was well kept, well renovated, and the kitchen appliances are all new. Maintenance requests were always answered very quick, and the amenities are great. For example, I did not have the internet for the first week I moved there, and I was able to use the free wifi in the business center, which was great. Laundry facility is also updated and well-kept with newer machines. The cleanliness of my unit & facilities were up to a pretty high standard, and I have no regret deciding to live here. Also, the staff are really great. The resident manager Dylan Knight has always been quick to reply to my questions/requests, and has helped me in emergency situations like jump starting my car. I highly recommend this apartment for those looking for clean, safe, and friendly environment to live that is also very conveniently located right next to Pitt/CMU campus!
Nice apartment! Property manager Dylan and Patrick did really good jobs!
