Worst apartment S they notice you everyday about some new .. horrible customer services to people who pay rent ... I wouldn’t recommend you stay here
I have been living here for over a year and my opinion of this property has changed BIG TIME. Maintenance takes weeks to fix anything and that’s AFTER u called the office multiple times. My sister recently moved in a week ago and has YET to have a walk through ! Has been calling the manager DAILY only to be stood up and lied to twice ! Her closets are broken and she can’t even unpack because of it and the office is well aware. Cabinets were not properly installed and are falling down. The bottom of her sink has lifted wood and she’s only been here a week. I cannot wait u til my lease is up. I will NOT be renewing. Don’t let the nice photos fool u. This place is a complete joke ! Not to mention the water bug and scorpion problem. They are also aware of that and will “forget” to put u on the list to be sprayed after you ask them to. It’s unfortunate that this place has went completely down hill since me first moving here. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone again.
I currently live here. I have lived here for about 4 years but this is our experience in the last 6 months. Our 1 bedroom apartment flooded when a toilet was leaking on the second floor and destroyed a ton of our stuff. It took them 4 days to give us keys to a new apartment which happened to be a 2 bedroom apartment which we had to sign a lease at an increased rate to move into. They never paid for our stuff or the move I was 8.5 months pregnant at the time. Now since being in this 2 bedroom apartment I haven't been able to sleep in our bedroom because the air conditioner hasn't worked properly since moving in. No matter how many work orders we put in it still hasn't been fixed. So to sum it up this place destroyed my personal property and has me now paying for a 2 bedroom apartment when I'm practically living in a studio that's uncomfortably hot with an outrageous energy bill because it's 113° outside. Oh and I just received a note on my door saying my lease is up at the end of July when the lease I have says January but I couldn't move out without being penalized either way because you need a 60 day notice to move. And don't get me started on the scorpions.
Negligent management and probably unable to manage maintenance. I rented an apartment because I believed it would be of the same level as another apartment I lived in for 2 months on the same property. I applied for this apartment that would be available 13 days later, but that was only released 21 days later but still with many details to paint, toilet, loose, drainage and dripping and unregulated, doors out of place, in the rooms and closeds, balcony, machine broken windowpane, unplugged outlet, dirty and hole-filled floor and door and part of the house still with fresh paint that could not be used. Worse is to accept that even after 9 days of change, many daily complaints personally and by email with the administration, and management promises no providence has been taken. I am living 9 days in an apartment with many problems and no prospect of solving them. I paid for all the benefits of an apartment in working condition and equipment. I have not seen any advantages in having rented an apartment in this condominium. @ Administre negligente y probablemente incapaz de manejar el mantenimiento. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad de Buenos Aires, en el centro de la ciudad, en el centro de la ciudad. de lavado rota y vidrio de ventana trincada, toma apagada, suelo y puerta sucios y con agujero y parte de la casa aún con tinta fresca que no podría ser usada. Lo peor es aceptar que incluso después de 9 días de cambio, muchas reclamaciones diarias personalmente y por correo electrónico con la administración, y promesas de la gerencia ninguna providencia fue tomada. Estoy viviendo a 9 días en un apartamento con muchos problemas y sin perspectivas de resolverlas. pague por todos los beneficios de un apartamento en condiciones y equipos funcionando. No he visto ventajas en haber alquilado un apartamento en este condominio.
These apartments but they are infested with scorpions !!! Some appeared on my bed my kitten was bit by one and my godson also management never gave us nothing to prevent nor told us we found out after the entire move and most of our neighbors kids were bit as well .
