Southwest Louisville, Kentucky and Valley Station comprise the world's "good deed capital." Friendly folk and downhome charm abound. Apartments in Valley Station lie 12 minutes away from the conveniences of downtown Louisville, although locals find plenty to do close to home. Trek over to Iroquois Park to enjoy basketball or tennis while the kids stay busy at the splash park.
The Iroquois Park Amphitheater draws in Valley Station residents for a dose of culture, with plays and concerts providing an active nightlife. For weekend chills, grab your ghost-hunting equipment and take a 10-minute drive to Waverly Hills. This purportedly haunted now-defunct sanatorium operates tours year round.

Property Ratings at Finish Line Apartments
I ha e been at Palm Aire for a couple years now and I can only share how much I love it here. The pool and gym is an added bonus.
Bryan is doing a great job!! New maintenance staff is professional and gets things done!! The apartments are beautiful and the prices are great!! So happy to live here!
The transition from old management to new was uncertain, but our new Property Manager Bryan, has given this property life in less than 2 weeks. Maintenance requests are getting done same day in a lot of cases, communication is great, and the pool is open!!! Thank you to the new management team. I’m very confident that things will only get better.
New management has came in. I called to get my air repaired. Bryan the new manager had someone out the next day to repair my air . It got fixed. Also since Bryan has joined the new team, the grass has been up to par and also the pool should be open within a few days . We all have downfalls but Bryan came to fix up the mess and has done a great job within the few days he has been in the office .
Management at has apparently changed and boy does it show. You can’t get in touch with anyone, no one is running the front office. We can’t pay rent, people are receiving eviction notices w/ 7 days to vacate. People have received rent increases w/o notice. We have no access to any of the amenities. The garbage is unattended and overflowing, pool closed, Grass not being cut, Maintenance issues not being addressed and the list goes on and on. Basically they abandoned the property. I’ve never seen anything like it. Thankfully the news has gotten involved. Check out the news story about Finishline Apts. Absolutely horrific if you’re a current tenant like myself.
I was looking to move there but could not get anyone to answer the phone and the mailbox for voicemail is full… likely from the established residents trying to figure out how to pay their rent when the company is offering no way for them to actually pay. The news media has brought this place to city-wide attention now. So I am going to look elsewhere and hope you will too.
I’ve been here since they built the place. We are the very first people to occupy the apartment. This place has totally went down hill since new management took over. There’s no on in the office EVER that means there’s no one to fix problems!
Been here since this place was built and use to love it here. Went under new management about a week or 2 ago and the service is horrible! A lot of people that lived here for about a year-year and a half moved out. Rent went up without a notice. Can’t pay rent in a check anymore. Can’t get ahold of anyone in the office. Tried emailing them about a bat at my door as well as rent going up without notice and haven’t received a call nor a reply to my email. DONT RECOMMENDED! This place is about to go downhill.
The apartments are nice but the kids make living here a NIGHTMARE!! They damage your vehicles and are out all hours of the night being very disruptive! For the money you have to pay FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO RENT. One of the leasing ladies is very pleasant to speak with and the other one is not. When you voice your concerns they are not taken seriously. If you are looking for an upscale quiet apartment complex you have come to the wrong place!! Any and everyone can move in, they have absolutely NO standards.
