Located just a couple of minutes west of downtown LA, Mid-Wilshire is one of the city’s most popular areas for art, food, and shopping. The wild architecture of the Petersen Museum is the most distinctive landmark, and other must-see attractions include the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, the Pavilion for Japanese Art, and the La Brea Tar Pits and Museum, which are all within one block of one another.
The famous Miracle Mile shopping district anchors the community, with numerous office buildings, eclectic eateries, convenient shops, and the historic El Rey Theatre. Foodies swear by the cafes of Little Ethiopia, and the gastronomic wonderland of Koreatown is just a few blocks away.
Much of the neighborhood is residential, incorporating everything from suburban single-family homes with manicured lawns to ultra-modern apartments and condos in the thick of it all.

Property Ratings at Fiona
I should’ve listened to the reviews about the sounds you’ll hear from your upstairs neighbor. My apt is unlivable. You can hear every footstep and noise coming from upstairs, and it’s a deep thud that will keep you up all night. You’re basically at the total mercy of your upstairs neighbor. Mine has been a nightmare - walking, thudding, slamming doors all day into very late at night, and I have not gotten one good night’s sleep since moving in. And this is with a sound machine next to my ear at full volume. It does not help. This apt has been a nightmare and I cannot stress enough that you will regret moving here. I mentioned the noise to management, who was nice and said she’d talk to them, but it has not subsided, and I think it’s just because the floors are built so cheaply built and thin that even if they did try walking lightly you’d still hear it. It’s mind-boggling that a building could be built like this and that anyone could actually live here without losing their minds. If you’re on the top floor, you’re safe. Otherwise, you will regret moving here very much.

The people working at this building are the most unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered working for a building management company. Specially the building manager Andrew and assistant manager Janelle. We’ve been renting from the building since about 3 months and the building is going down depreciating every more. The carpets of the hallways have stains all over and the hallways stinks. Whenever you contact the office they don’t answer the phones or emails. We regret renting in this building.
Brian is the best service person I have ever met anywhere I have ever lived. Hang on to him make sure he is compensated well!!!!!
I would recommend this apartment community to anyone. The office personnel have been great since the beginning and area always super responsive and accommodating. Andrew and Janelle both have been super awesome to work with.
The entire staff here is AWESOME, so nice and helpful!!
It was a pleasure dealing with Joseph. He was knowledgeable and honest. We didn't rent because we found a more affordable option.
No guest parking. Fitness center needs better quality equipment; i.e., peloton bikes, interactive treadmills that play netflix, etc.
YES
I recently moved to LA, and the location of this building is very nice. I love being ble to walk every where. Office personal and maintance people are so nice. They make this place ?home?
Brian and his staff are the best. I've never seen such a hard working building maintanence staff member. He is a true asset! They are the real deal.
I have been impressed at every turn with all the people employed in my building. The service people and leasing people are all equally competent and personable.
Truly it’s the mailing system with packages being lost or just left outside of mailbox /Also not being able to transfer to another unit easliy
100% completely recommend Lincoln apartments to anyone. The staff at Lincoln apartments are a wonderful dynamic team of people who are dedicated to assisting you and finding solutions in a quick and timely manner. Huge shoutout to Ms. Rachel and Brian for their incredible customer service that they offer to the tenants.
I love my new unit, Rachel, Janelle, and Matt I all know by name, and are all EXTREMELY friendly and care about needs of the resident. Rachel definitely makes her presence known throughout the building in a friendly manner which is really nice because nobody knew who old management was and it's safe to say everybody know's Rachel and knows she will take care of any issues if need be. I would like to see a more stationary concierge and security service. Brendiana was absolutely amazing, would love someone like her again.
Rachel and the entire property staff are the nicest people I have encountered in all of my years of renting. The people that work the concierge are so friendly and helpful that you couldn't ask for better people.
Brian is a great maintenance guy. Very attentive and goes the extra mile which I know can be tough in this building sometimes
It's a nice clean place in a good location. The gym is awful. Please update it.
