A Wonderful place to live. Quiet surroundings and no body bothers you. The grounds are kept clean and neat. Everything seems to work. The only problem is parking in red zones.

We moved to Fiori in 2022 for 1 bed/1 bath. The apartment complex is very convenient to access everywhere and Costco very close by. We have two furs children living with us and they enjoy walking around plus they built dog park for residential to bring their fur baby. We have met very nice neighbors around here. Becca, the Assistant manager has been very good to us and that's why we are happy to live here since. Maintenance guy Kevin has been taking care us from small problem/big problem really good job. We are feeling safe and sound here. Thank you all for making this place nice and beautiful to call HOME.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is marketed as a "luxury" apartment complex, but there is nothing luxury about it. You pay an arm-and-a-leg in fees (valet trash, parking [yes, you have to pay to park], etc.), and nothing is ever working. The hot tub and/or pool is always broken, the gym always has machines that are down, and there is always construction going on. If that isn't bad enough, when you move out, you will barely get a dollar for your security deposit back, no matter how clean you leave the place. Now that I am thinking about it, I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Go anywhere else in Sonoma County for way less.

Been living here just a couple of months and so far it's been pretty good. Move in went as smoothly as moving can go. Aside from and overpayment of my deposit and a mix up with my parking, management has been super helpful. The amenities are nice and clean. Living on the 2nd floor will always be a sound nightmare, but I knew that coming in. Neighbors are nice and the surrounding businesses are useful.

We really enjoy the look of the grounds. Beautiful for walks. Our dog loves going to the "bark park" and meeting other pups. The apartment itself is comfortable and lovely. Great layout. Feels more like a small home than a boxy apartment. The occasional community events are so much fun, too.

Lived here for over 7 years. Consider it one of the best A rated complexes in Sonoma County. Centrally located not far from highway 101, in Rohnert Park, 10 minutes from Santa Rosa & 10 minutes from Petaluma, Set back in a gated secluded scenic community. It's like coming home to your own Oasis. Highly recommend. Really enjoy the pool, spa, hammocks, expresso machine & the 24 hour gym. Grounds are beautiful with scenic trees along lovely walking paths. Carlos who takes care of grounds has done an immaculate job fixing so many things . It's pet friendly my pets love it . The grounds are beautifully kept. The pets cats & dogs love the air-conditioning apartment , and they have a fabulous dog park. The office staff -Maurice, Becca, Luis all do a A fantastic job, they address concerns promptly and efficiently. Great job. I love living here. Maintenance staff is best ever. I love fiori and everything it has to offer. The dog park is especially unique compared to other locations. I just wish I could pick it up and move it somewhere else. There's not much to do in Rohnert Park and this style of community would be perfect in a location with plenty of activities outside the residence. The casino, new warehouse, and closure of the movie theater has left Rohnert Park feeling isolated.

All in all has been a very positive experience for the three years. Very clean and safe . Absolutely an upperscale community. Pricing is becoming somewhat expensive for those of us with one income per unit.

Fiori Estates is the best. They are always friendly. The property is well-maintained. The community is quiet and very diverse age-wise. It is dog friendly and that's important for my furry friend.

Fiori Estates is an excellent apartment complex in Sonoma County. Everything from the gated safe community to well scenic kept grounds is immaculate. it's close to businesses and the freeway but set back in a luxury gated community. A family or a single person will be very happy here. Dog park is amazing, a pet friendly community . The amenities ( pool, spa, gym, barbecue grills, ) are all 5 star and life saving for sore muscles or those who like to exercise or swim. The staff is best I have experienced in may life. Maurice, Becca, Luis, Keith, Kevin, Carlos, have done amazing things to keep up scenic the beauty and community here. Enjoyed my time as resident for years.
The apartments are not what they show you, the actual apartment is filthy and appliances do not work correctly. Very disappointed once we moved in. Most of the amenities did not work, or were broken down quite often. There also is a horrible smell in the walk ways, they do not keep them clean. There are far better apartments around Sonoma county for the price they charge

Fiori Estates (FE) apartment complex is a pleasant place to live. The gardens around the buildings are beautiful. And it would be great to have more spaces with trees and California native plants. Sadly, the land near FE property is under construction. I was hoping the FE would buy that land to build more residential buildings and gardens.
6/20/23 I have been living here at Fiori Estates for about 3 years now and I can say it is one of the best places to live here in Rohnert Park if you are renting. The property management and maintenance staff are very professional and friendly. The common areas are will kept up and clean all the time. It is also a gated community so it does give you that extra sense of security if you have a family / small children.
Come see for yourself why this is one of the best places to reside in Sonoma County. Great community, knowledgeable staff, beautiful scenic grounds. Safe location accessible walking to shops and business centers. You and your family will be happy here. Amenities are fabulous, such a beautiful swimming pool, spa to help those sore muscles, and 24 hour fitness center to start your day off right, So amazing, see why the residents love it here.. Great safe community for families and single people. Also a plus is it's pet friendly. If you have a dog they even have a dig walking park. Lots of accessible walking paths. if you are looking for an apartment, this is a must view.
The apartments are spacious and the 2 BR Floorplan is impressive. The staff are friendly and very responsive. The community is safe and very dog friendly.
Clean areas, quiet department, however we have not been able to use the pool because the heater ihas not been working and the jacuzzi is out of service, I think we should get a discount on the rent because of the disruption.
Fiori Estates is a premier wine country luxury apartment destination with spacious living. Great community to be a part of and stands out from other complexes. Great atmosphere and amenities with gorgeous grounds. Highly recommend if looking for an apartment in Sonoma county whether you are single or a family to check this place out. Fiori Estates is hands down the best rental in Santa Rosa-Rohnert Park Sonoma County -community I have ever lived in while renting in my life, prime spot close to business but a gated SAFE community that has so much to offer. This apartment complex is beautiful and such a joy for my family to live in and most residents feel it is the best in Sonoma County thanks to its staff. There is no better choice.
Used to be a beautiful and desirable place to live until Greystar took over and raised rents too high for most people, especially single people, to afford. Neighbors are leaving in droves now and the landscaping has deteriorated as well. So sad what corporate greed can do to a once beautiful community.

Amazing apartment complex with beautiful landscapes and great pool and gym. They have community events. This apartment complex is a huge asset to Sonoma County. If you are moving to an apartment complex in Sonoma County choose here. Close to major freeways & downtown shops. ! A few blocks from Graton Casino and a family fun center while still being in a scenic quiet beautiful location.
I love living at Fiori Estates. The community is quiet and extremely neat at all times. I find the staff to be friendly and efficient,. Any concerns I have are addressed in a timely manner.

Nestled in the beautiful Sonoma County Wine Country, of California in Rohnert Park is a beautiful fabulous apartment complex, it boils down to one thing. You will be happy here--go check it out yourself. My family has been residents of Fiori for quite a few years over 6 years now. Fiori is beautifully kept and also has all the amenities one could want. one of safest places to live, great apartment complex. Numerous reasons why this complex should receive all 5 stars, and is considered one of most beautiful best kept and greatest apartment finds in Sonoma County. I could go on for pages but will add just a few here. Staff is caring best you can find. Maintenance and office staff resolves all requests almost immediately. In addition, safety is a plus and its a gated community with parking garages available and staff make sure all residents concerns are answered. Office staff is one of best i have ever encountered. Caring people work here, who answer and resolve all your concerns. Becca Carlos, Kevin, Denise, Ginger all great employees who work very hard and it shows in how they really care about helping the residents. Even on their days off they have came in and worked to fix things and extra hours to help residents. Also Fiori Is a great community to be a part of, they often have community events for all residents to attend. If I ever have a concern it is taken care of same day almost immediately. --You get what you pay for and Fiori Estates goes beyond good quality of luxury apartments. Lockers that keep your mail safe, gated community, caring staff, great amenities, 24 hour gym, pool spa, dog walking park, fire grills, kiddie playground, & numerous other amenities Its location in heart of Sonoma county close to 101 but still far enough to feel like you are in luxury community. It's close to downtown shops, groceries stores. It's also only 30 minutes from ocean and numerous wineries are close. Its also located in a business park and is safe. If you enjoy entertainment Graton Casino Resort is close, and numerous shops. Its very family friendly with lots of pets. Also great for single people. Being part of this community is worth it and the residents are very happy.
I was able to do everything virtually which was extremely important! Not just because of COVID-19 but due to my living in Louisiana. The convenience was absolutely necessary. Bekka and Ginger were super nice. The website provided virtual 3D tours of the property and floor plans which was helpful in determining which floor plan I chose and if I even wanted to live here. The entire process was effortless on my part!
Fiori Estates is a warm and friendly community. Everyone is respectful. We discovered how nice it can be to enjoy a meal poolside or around in the conversation area. Boy does our nephew love the air hockey! We have had very few issues and staff have responded promptly to resolve every issue.
Beautiful gated community conveniently located in Sonoma County. Spacious apartments with ample community outdoor areas conveniently planned for residents.
