To begin with there was a leak in the apartment and they were supposed to fix it and they did for the day. Left the roof open stating they will fix it next week instead they tested the sprinklers directly above my place which caused a major leak with no electricity for a whole day with the night included and industrial fans in my place loud enough to not work or live. I had to leave somewhere to work and take calls because of that. I called them so many times, no response and they left the fans in the house with the loud noise without even providing accomodations for the two days. How do I sleep in a leaky place with industrial fans and no electricity ? Do I live here for free ?

We had 2 units in mind that checked most of the boxes we were looking for. We’d done enough research and tours to know Fiori is where we wanted to lease. Since the leasing team implied that inventory was extremely limited and moving fast, we didn’t want to take a chance someone would lease what we wanted before us. So we applied and were approved. When we completed our tour, we decided that we wanted to transfer to the other unit we liked instead. We told the leasing office we wanted to transfer and asked that they please remove the new unit we wanted from the website since we already had a signed lease. The girl told us she sent an email to get us transferred, it’s an easy fix, and we’d get a welcome letter for the new unit that day. We called first thing today to ask what the status was and why we hadn’t received anything showing our transfer. They told us they were still working on it and we’d hear back from them quickly. We found out at 3pm that our unit we were transferring to got leased to someone else!! This is 2 days after we signed our lease and more than 24 hours AFTER we emphatically stated we want to transfer our already executed lease and they PROMISED they would handle. At 4pm we talked to the manager, who admitted they dropped the ball and are 100% at fault… But that we are screwed and cannot have our desired unit. All we got was an insincere apology and no effort to right their wrong. Our only options they offered us were 1) stay in a unit we didn’t want, or 2) terminate the lease. We asked to have 24 hours to make a decision. We both work and need to be able to process all of this, possibly tour more properties, and figure out what works best for us. She began pressuring us that we had to make a decision TODAY, before the close of business, in 1 hour. If we didn’t cancel the lease today they would charge us accelerated rent and termination fees. We decided that we don’t want to be on the hook for a lease we aren’t 100% sure we want. We called and emailed to cancel the lease. This was BEFORE the close of business, within the hour they pressured us to make a decision. Their response? “Because it’s so late in the day, we are going to keep you on the lease for now and tomorrow we will see if we can get a higher up manager to approve cancelling the lease.” We now don’t know if they’re going to force us to take this lease or since they went back on their word of allowing us to cancel it today, try to charge us with cancellation fees.
I lived here for two years. The building is noisy due to poorly designed plumbing issues. The parking permit issue is not enforced. My vehicle was dented when they decided to repaint the parking garage lines around my new truck and without cameras, wouldn’t take responsibility. Only gave a two days heads up to move cars while I was out of town, and scraped and dented my property, while only saying,”sorry.” My neighbors were constantly noisy and the managers would only issue warnings, but nothing else. The door locks, TVs, and other amenities were in a constant state of repair that would take months. The pools were only cleaned for summer, but looked gross the rest of the year. I have literally never had anyone answer their phones at the leasing office. So much potential wasted by poor leadership.
The building appears to be lovely and you'll be okay living there. Major trash issues but that is more of the tenants being rude. Goes along with the management who will promise to repair and replace and put you off until you move out and then HERE'S THE KICKER.....CHARGE YOU FOR IT!! Just be prepared to live there forever or have a hefty fund to move out. WORD TO THE WISE - find a more reputable management company.
This place has become worse than living on the street. I was stupid enough to renew my lease and to transfer to another apartment here, instead of renting a nice condo for a lot less money, and regret it deeply.. Immediately after moving in, the ceiling and walls in the bathroom and dining room were destroyed and replaced with pieces of cardboard. Why, you ask? So that they can "put in a trapdoor to access plumbing for future maintenance". This has been going on for two weeks, and no end in sight. Today they put another hole in the ceiling of the walk-in closet, covering all my clothes with piles of construction dust. I've already had the apartment deep cleaned twice, and will have to do it again... And again.. . And again... They also presented me with an invoice of more than $1000 for installing new carpet in the bedroom of my old apartment (150 sqft) and an invoice of more than $2000 for installing vinyl floor in the bedroom of the new apartment (same size). This comes out to carpet being $6 a sqft and vinyl being $11 a sqft. The invoices have been provided by the "Arbor Contract Carpet" company. Per their website, they only do flooring in apartment building. It's impossible to find any information about cost, but the supposedly installed top of the line carpet and vinyl planks are not in the list of their products. Run, don't walk from this building while you can. Otherwise you'll regret it as much as I do.
The Fiori in Addison, TX is an amazing complex. Clean, Full of Ammenities, the latest appliances, etc. Two pools, plenty of lounge areas with tvs, covered/outdoor pool/lounge and plenty more!! Great location. Close to all major highways. Pet Friendly. 24 hour Concierge Service. All in all a great place to live!!
We spent a year looking for the perfect place to call our home. After walking through the revolving doors into the Fiori lobby our breath was taken away by the 2 story Dale Chihuly artwork. This property offered everything we could ever imagine. Two gorgeous business centers, two fabulous pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, the most luxurious wine room, a media room, and the crown jewel an event space on the 13th floor. We love this apartment so much we incorporated it into our wedding day by renting out the event space on the 13th floor for an after party. If you want a place to call home with all the modern conveniences like a 24 hour concierge, gated covered parking, and a mail room that could give many jewelry stores a run for their money. Fiori is the place for you.
The building is beautiful and they keep it in great condition, the landscape is beautiful, lounges are great to rent, pools size are out of the ordinary, which makes it very special and you have choices. The gym is a bit undesirable in comparison with the rest of the building. Sometimes the service for the residents is a bit undesirable!
