Great place and quiet. I appreciate the staff and their support. Very nice units and the lights are really pretty, property is well maintained.

I’m a new resident the place is beautiful , the application process was easy to me. There’s a beautiful gym too . I can’t wait to swim in the pool summer time.

They don’t respond to your emails. They pretend they don’t know what you’re talking about. Management here needs a lot of help. You have to call them and tell them that you emailed them 3 times. The problem that you emailed about still hasn’t gotten fixed. Good luck

I really like the property. It’s very quiet and neighbors are friendly. Maintenance crew is amazing. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for nice quiet friendly complex.

Love the complex. Very nice staff in the office. And the community is really peaceful. I would highly recommend moving here if you want to be away from the busy city.

The office staff is able to answer any questions I have, and the community is nice. Maintenance staff is knowledgeable and is able to fix any work orders we put in.

I love my apartment. What I don't like is the dog poop all over the complex... especially at the kids playground, there is just dog poop all over and my kid always has poop under her shoe.. the playground is very run down unfortunately..

Very quiet, no roaches, nice place to live. Thank you. People drive fast through the parking lot but just be careful. We haven't had any problems.

Outside of a few oddities, the move in experience was great and the early impression of this complex is very good. I, and my kids, can't wait to check the gym out and they are dying to try the pool. That must wait for warmer weather though. LOL. Complex is clear and well maintained and other residents seem very nice towards each other.

Nice units, friendly staff. Not the best neighborhood however the apartments are gated with roving security guards. Very nice pool and grounds are well kept.

my move in was very smooth and professional, i really appreciate the staff for making the move in very easy ! no issues with the appliances, neighbors, no pest or bugs. very safe and quite unit. the leasing office really puts thought into each application and treats everyone with kindness.

Checking back with residents about maintenance request in a timely manner. Anything longer than a week is unacceptable. Residents pay rent for a reason.

In general, good experience. Office staff are nice, every time I need them they are available and they help. Even my apartment is not renovated, I like it and it have great space

Community is quiet and clean. Love how they have new food trucks to try all the time. And office staff has always been polite and understanding. Service requests can sometimes take a little long to get addressed. But overall I am happy with the community.

So far I love the new apartment I’m living in. I have a couple of louder neighbors and I live in an area where there is a lot of car traffic. That’s why I give it 4 stars.. Other than that, great place!

Moving in was made very easy with the help of everyone who works here. They have a great attitude and are very informative when we have questions.

I have enjoyed my time at the complex and have decided to renew my lease for the next year. Its clean well lit the neighbors are quiet and polite and wave back to me when I wave to them.

Awesome place to live. Always have food trucks outside of the leasing office. Everyone is so kind. The only reason I give 4/5 is because parking is kind of rough when you live at the front of the complex. There’s a lot of apartments with not a lot of parking. The back of the complex has a lot of space to park, so if you live back there it’s probably 5/5.

I've been living here for a month and three days now, and I haven't had a bad experience yet. Other than a few little things that need to be taken care of, everything has been great. Everyone in the office is very kind and helpful. I like the maintenance team; they're kind and whenever I put in a maintenance request, it is taken care of within 24 hours.

the application process was relatively easy & the office staff is super nice! were just about to move in, but the complex seems quiet, clean and well kept.

THey have there ups and downs but overall is not a bad place to live. the best park is the pool area the only thing is the spa has not work since I moved in.

So far after one Month everything is better than I expected. I'm beginning to think about renewal and beyond. It's so quite and peaceful the apt is comfortable and the location is fabulous.

Firenze is a great place to live! The grounds are kept beautiful, service tickets are taken care of quickly and the staff is very friendly! The food trucks are awesome, and there is a sense of community being created through special events and the community billboard.

I have friendly neighbors. The area is nice and quiet given the location (Boulder hwy & Russell). Maintenance could do better. Friendly staff

I’ve been here for 8 months. Location is good & gated. Some noise from airplanes but not too bad. Security walks around nightly. Staff is ok. You have to push them to do actually to do things. Maintence takes a while to get things done but are helpful. Towing is also a worry here & office is no help either.

Very good staff and maintenance, overall just a good place to start with living. I love it, close to family, friends and everything. Nice amenities, good parking!

Glad to see that the food trucks are still coming. Hopefully we can get a few new one's. The front gate is still a problem, as soon as it get's fixed it goes broken again.

The community is perfect! Absolutely love the unit; there was some minor cosmetic dings but theyre barely noticeable. Absolutely love living at firenze so far!

Great people and love the pool! Maintenance has some issues fixing what is requested correctly the first time but other than that love it here.

Front office staff is very friendly. Matthew was very patient answering all my questions and ensuring I was able to complete the application process. Nice community. Covered parking is a bonus and food trucks come to the community is a nice surprise.

The staff is efficient, and they are able to answer any questions I may have. The maintenance team is kind, and they’re able to fix any service requests I put in.

The community is so beautiful and quiet. The staff was super helpful and super nice. I love this area in Henderson. The living style is luxurious. I plan on staying here for a long time.

Good quiet community very clean get left alone only downside is the parking but you get used to it gates tend to not work frequently staff is nice

What you see on the website is actually what you get. Its beautiful. The food trucks that come and the management understandings, make the living experience safe and unique from other properties, even when living in a not so great demographic area. Kudos for those who are thinking Out of the Box and seeing the reality of people's finances and mental health.

I love this community. Very quiet and friendly neighbors. Just wish maintenance was a little quicker. I love how we aren’t very far from the highway, grocery stores, and fast food. Lovely area

Communication is really frustrating. There are random pool updates but half the time when they say the pool is open, we were never told they were closed in the first place. Chicken bones continue to be a problem. Sent two separate emails with no response from office staff. Grass isn’t kept around the complex.

Like living here, never had any problems and friendly neighbors. Been here for almost 3 years now and it has been a good experience within the property

The management responded quickly with service requests and keeps residents well informed on scheduling with amenities. I appreciate how easy it is to contact management for updates on contracts.

Overall it’s a good complex to live, you can find worse places for sure. The office people are nice and since they incorporated security the incidents with cars are better.

Overall experience at this property has been nothing but delightful an pleasant the staff are always nice friendly an very helpful the maintenance workers come quick to assist would highly recommend this property
