Outstanding community to live in, Convenient for all my shopping needs, and to the superhighways for any travel I might need.. All my needs are met here. The staff is considered and friend and there for all our needs.

Apartment Manager Miriam was quite nice to me even after I had been completely rude to the office staff over being unhappy with the rent increase. She assisted me with renewing my lease and we were able to come to an understanding and work everything out. Thank you Miriam and Sandra

Been here two years andI'm very happy. It's quiet and nice. Just pretty sad how much rent went up but other than that I'm happy. Maintenance guys are very nice. Thank you.

Everything was great move in was very easy Carla answered all my questions and helped us with everything needed, compared to other apartments this is the place to be

I've been here for over a year and enjoy the community. As a single woman I feel safe enough to leave my windows open on first floor, and the maintenance staff are prompt and very helpful.

I love how quick the maintenance response is. Its almost the same day. I have had some repairs and it was done almost immediately. Thank you Firenze for your care and concern for us as tenants.

Would give 5 stars but for over a year I have addressed an issue with certain tenants parking under covered parking with no parking pass. I've taken pictures, brought the issue to management multiple times. But seems I am always blown off as if I'm complaining when I'm just an adult who follows supposed rules. Same cars for over a yr continually violate. My daughter car was tagged when I first moved in in 2022, but maybe the rules have changed. Aside from multiple management personnel aside from Makayla. The issue is NEVER addressed. Very very unprofessional when we make the effort to bring the issue to management over and over again. So I'd say if you're in need to hide a vehicle, park an unregistered car you can do so at Firenze apartments.

Maintenance is always quickly and professionally done. The complex needs to work on litter pickup. Also pet waste can be an issue. Nice fitness center.

Nice place, some friendly and helpful peoples on the staff, but no all of them. There are some problems in this place but there are some pro us well. Good neighbors, nice pool and a good gym with what you need to train yourself. At the end I can suggest you this place for the comfort.

We love Firenze, the grounds and pools are beautiful and kept clean and in good condition. The staff is friendly and very helpful, and there is a sense of community being created through the billboard and events hosted by the office staff. Service issues are being addressed quickly. We love the weekly food trucks!

So far a little over a year being here I have really enjoyed it, staff and maintenance has always been really nice and I really enjoy the flexibility of flex payments

Have not had any issues! Gate is always functional, that was a concern as previous apartments I’ve lived in did not have the doors close but here that is never an issue! Amenities are great, pool is nice, gym area, maintenance is quick, ect! i

I love the variety of equipment at the gym! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, Carla is the best! The community is clean and quiet, just the way I love it. The food trucks are an added convenience!

An okay location, only because of loud, noisy traffic in this area. There are packages stolen quite often in this apartment complex, so one must be careful.

I’m loving the community. The surrounding Henderson area can get a bit busy, but once you enter the gates of Firenze, it’s a nice area to get away from everything!

Living in this community has been very pleasant. We have been living here for two years and we have not had any problems. The whole area is clean around the pool, the gym, the green areas

Great place and quiet. I appreciate the staff and their support. Very nice units and the lights are really pretty, property is well maintained.

I’m a new resident the place is beautiful , the application process was easy to me. There’s a beautiful gym too . I can’t wait to swim in the pool summer time.

They don’t respond to your emails. They pretend they don’t know what you’re talking about. Management here needs a lot of help. You have to call them and tell them that you emailed them 3 times. The problem that you emailed about still hasn’t gotten fixed. Good luck

I really like the property. It’s very quiet and neighbors are friendly. Maintenance crew is amazing. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for nice quiet friendly complex.

Love the complex. Very nice staff in the office. And the community is really peaceful. I would highly recommend moving here if you want to be away from the busy city.

The office staff is able to answer any questions I have, and the community is nice. Maintenance staff is knowledgeable and is able to fix any work orders we put in.

Love it so far. The office was very nice and made the move very smooth. It’s a quiet neighborhood and that’s what I was looking for. So glad we found this place

I love my apartment. What I don't like is the dog poop all over the complex... especially at the kids playground, there is just dog poop all over and my kid always has poop under her shoe.. the playground is very run down unfortunately..

Very quiet, no roaches, nice place to live. Thank you. People drive fast through the parking lot but just be careful. We haven't had any problems.

Outside of a few oddities, the move in experience was great and the early impression of this complex is very good. I, and my kids, can't wait to check the gym out and they are dying to try the pool. That must wait for warmer weather though. LOL. Complex is clear and well maintained and other residents seem very nice towards each other.

Nice units, friendly staff. Not the best neighborhood however the apartments are gated with roving security guards. Very nice pool and grounds are well kept.

my move in was very smooth and professional, i really appreciate the staff for making the move in very easy ! no issues with the appliances, neighbors, no pest or bugs. very safe and quite unit. the leasing office really puts thought into each application and treats everyone with kindness.

Really nice and quiet neighborhood ; i love how theres so many food places near by open late. I would definitely recommend this complex to a family or friend.

Great community and I am really enjoying the food trucks coming by. Also really liking the gym, but it would be great if some of the things that have been stolen can be replaced

Just moved in and so far it has been a great experience. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors and staff has made this experience amazing

Checking back with residents about maintenance request in a timely manner. Anything longer than a week is unacceptable. Residents pay rent for a reason.

In general, good experience. Office staff are nice, every time I need them they are available and they help. Even my apartment is not renovated, I like it and it have great space

Community is quiet and clean. Love how they have new food trucks to try all the time. And office staff has always been polite and understanding. Service requests can sometimes take a little long to get addressed. But overall I am happy with the community.

So far I love the new apartment I’m living in. I have a couple of louder neighbors and I live in an area where there is a lot of car traffic. That’s why I give it 4 stars.. Other than that, great place!

Moving in was made very easy with the help of everyone who works here. They have a great attitude and are very informative when we have questions.

I have enjoyed my time at the complex and have decided to renew my lease for the next year. Its clean well lit the neighbors are quiet and polite and wave back to me when I wave to them.

Awesome place to live. Always have food trucks outside of the leasing office. Everyone is so kind. The only reason I give 4/5 is because parking is kind of rough when you live at the front of the complex. There’s a lot of apartments with not a lot of parking. The back of the complex has a lot of space to park, so if you live back there it’s probably 5/5.

I've been living here for a month and three days now, and I haven't had a bad experience yet. Other than a few little things that need to be taken care of, everything has been great. Everyone in the office is very kind and helpful. I like the maintenance team; they're kind and whenever I put in a maintenance request, it is taken care of within 24 hours.

the application process was relatively easy & the office staff is super nice! were just about to move in, but the complex seems quiet, clean and well kept.

THey have there ups and downs but overall is not a bad place to live. the best park is the pool area the only thing is the spa has not work since I moved in.

So far after one Month everything is better than I expected. I'm beginning to think about renewal and beyond. It's so quite and peaceful the apt is comfortable and the location is fabulous.

Firenze is a great place to live! The grounds are kept beautiful, service tickets are taken care of quickly and the staff is very friendly! The food trucks are awesome, and there is a sense of community being created through special events and the community billboard.

I have friendly neighbors. The area is nice and quiet given the location (Boulder hwy & Russell). Maintenance could do better. Friendly staff
