The absolute worst place I’ve ever lived. Catfish complex. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s much worse in person. When we moved into our “move in ready” apartment, we found a leak in the kitchen sink and the AC wouldn’t cool down past about 75. After two or three work orders and numerous calls, we finally got it fixed and paid a crazy high electric bill after the better part of a month. The first time it rained while we were here, our bedroom flooded with water and the walls became very water damaged. We were given a shop fan to dry out the carpet and then they considered it closed. Never mind the fact that the walls have brown damage on them and we can see where it’s obviously beeen painted over before. Overall, the rent and fees are not even worth the price. They do a very good job at trying to sell the place to you and unfortunately we fell victim to it. They love to see who compliments them and rarely reply to their not so great reviews

After reviewing the work requests submitted, it seems all requests were completed in a timely manner without a second call. While the community was built in 1997, it does come with some challenges as some parts of the home come with age. We strive daily to provide 100% customer service in and out of the office, but sometimes we do fall short. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. If you feel your concerns are not being addressed properly, we encourage you to reach out directly to the property manager on site and he will address those in a timely manner going forward.
I’ve recently moved here from outta state back in august. We’ve had problem after problem since moving in. When we first moved in the washer wasn’t hooked up for the water to drain and we didn’t know that so water flooded everywhere. The ice machine didn’t work and then the garbage disposal stopped working. The upstairs unit above us we hardly can sleep because how loud they are it sounds like they’re about to come through the ceiling it’s very poor insulated for the simple fact we shouldn’t hear everything from upstairs. The recent issue that we submitted into the apartment we have had a leak in our bathroom from the ceiling since October 21st to the point we can’t use the bathroom at all. We had to call numerous time before someone actually came by the time they did come the leak got worse to now that it’s a water puddle in the ceiling. They finally came out to repair it but left a big hole in the ceiling… and said they will be back to fix it it’s now going on two weeks still haven’t came back and fix it and the bathroom is not in a usable condition. They left my tub dirty from when they came in they left buckets and paint outside my apartment… still haven’t came to get it and or fix it… so pretty much just been hassle to get this done! With no communication at all! They tell you oh we will be back to fix this day never come back or update on when. It’s very frustrating because these apartments are to expensive! For it to be this way!! This will be my last time renting from them! Very unhappy with this!

Trash is constantly all over the complex, management takes forever to respond to request (if they ever do), security gates are often broken... all for a very high price. Don't bother living here. They claim it's "luxury" but it is so far from that. There are better, newer, and cheaper complex's all over Fort Worth. Don't waste your time or money here, it's not worth it.
Sadly all the things the negative reviews are true and not just disgruntled renters. The safety lights seldom work. The gates are almost always unlocked. The trash is left in the hallway and on the lawn. There's dog poop everywhere. And the fees are ridiculously high (especially when they charge you for trash service but then never do it.) Oh, and the mailroom is a disaster and you don't always get a message when a package arrives.
I would give 0 if I could. They don’t pick up trash, charge meaningless fees, the gates never work, you can’t even walk in the mailroom it’s such a mess. Move anywhere else.
Very unsafe apartment complex and very poorly maintained. The police has come several times due to safety issues. At night there is a lack of illumination in my entrance and it’s been over 2 months but it has not been fixed. This is far from being a luxury apartment. The common areas are dirty, they have not picked up my trash several times… a mess and the Connor Group does not do anything to improve the situation. It’s very frustrating because they don’t allow you to leave once you’ve signed the lease. The lack of safety we’ve had lately is unacceptable!
Gates are always unlocked, staff doesn't wear masks, the mailroom is always a mess, and maintenance will come into your apartment without notice before or after. Also, these are not energy efficient apartments, so expect to pay $300+ on top of your rent for electricity,TV and internet services they force you to buy, and trash valet since the trash dumpster is 2 blocks away.
The apartments themselves are ok, but the new management has been focused on squeezing as much money out of residents as possible. Not only has rent gone up $400, but now my bill also has $150-200 in additional weird fees. The landscaping inside the grounds has also gone downhill, totally muddy and dirty and not taken care of. Totally not worth the money. There are a ton of options out there for less money, or luxury apartments at the same price with way better quality.
The office employees are polite but insincere. It's like pulling teeth to get them to take noise complaints seriously, and I've had an employee make excuses to defend the proven excessive noise of a neighbor. The complex also plans for renovations and will go so far as to close the entire parking garage for our building only to not have the work started on time which prolongs our inconveniences. I know this is an issue with contractors but they consistently have the same problem. This place is marketed as "luxury apartments" but they are content with the bare minimum.
I came in earlier this week to look into finding a new apartment, Paris showed me a beautiful 900 sq feet 1 bedroom that I fell in love with and was sold! They made the entire application process super easy and I’m so excited to move into my new home!
This apartment has a way of making you feel like you're in your own little oasis. You can have privacy but at the same time spend time with your neighbors! With it being located on both 5th and 7th street you are literally minutes away from sun dance square or all the hottest restruants and bars! For all my exercise junkies, full sized basketball court and weight room open 24/7! For my runners, trinity park is less than a mile away so you can enjoy your morning run through a beautiful park!!(:
I'm living in a single bedroom town home in the Firestone and I LOVE it. It's quiet but am so close to downtown and west 7th. I love being so close to the trinity trails for great walking. Not only is the location fantastic but the front office is incredibly helpful. They are super quick to reply to emails and phone calls. For anyone who couldn't guess- yes the Firestone is worth the extra money.
