I have lived here for almost 2 and a half years now. I moved in when these were first built. When I moved in there were a lot of issues with the unit as far as windows wouldn’t close completely and the door have a big gap under. They were partially fixed. I liked this place the first year and a half, which is why I resigned my lease but after I did the property went down hill. This was originally a smoke free community, now it always smells like marijuana, even inside my apartment because the gaps in the exterior doors and windows. The people who have moved in to the community are constantly throwing parties. It’s always loud from people in the common area spaces screening and yelling or dogs barking all night long. There is constantly people around the community who do not live here, they come to use the amenities. Since I’ve been here, the management has tacked on common area maintenance fees to the rent and are not maintaining the community so I’m confused where the money goes. Really disappointed in how this community went from such a great place to what it is now. Would not recommend living here. So many better options out there worth the money.

The townhouse at Five-810 Southlands in Aurora, Colorado, offers a beautiful, modern layout and convenient location, but has persistent maintenance issues. Despite friendly staff, the refrigerator and freezer need repair, the HVAC took weeks to fix, and the stairwell light and ice maker are still not addressed. Communication and timely maintenance are crucial for improving the living experience. The property management company, Greystar, doesn't offer credits for issues. While amenities and location are great, better service, communication and preventative measures are needed to meet tenant expectations.

I’ve been living here for almost a year now and honestly the quality of the apartments are poor when it comes to noise that you hear from the walls, I can hear my neighbors conversations, conversations outside the door and near the pool. The fact that they make you pay OnCall Parking as well for over $60 to park. The way the buildings were built are terrible as there is BLACK MOLD growing on the ceiling of my Patio! And it’s been months since I let the leasing office know with no updates.. Additionally, my car has had numerous break in attempts… in their parking lot and if it weren’t for one of my neighbors, I wouldn’t have a car right now. Honestly, I wish I could move out as these apartments are extremely OVER PRICED for NO GOOD REASON. Please, if you want a good apartment to live at, stay away from here!! … unless you love paying extra for poor quality.
The very first night I moved in, my car was towed to 55th Ave. in Denver. They nickel and dime you to death. $65 to park your car or it will be towed or plastered with a bright green warning sticker EVERY night. a $35 monthly trash pickup. They say the properties are fiber and internet ready. The internet goes off-line twice a week. You will never reach anyone in the office via telephone. If you physically walk in, there might be one maintenance person lurking around. The mail service shows mail has been delivered online but does not show up for a week or more in your mailbox. They are supposed to take care of snow removal. That does not happen until after 10:30 am. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a "Professional Management Company".

I have Never lived here and they took me to debt collector for $355.22 but with interest we paid $360.66. Made an application and i quess that means they "would hold the apartment," when a lady called to confirm i told them i had already emailed the apts that there was a mistake and i was no longer interested she said, "thats weird... I'Il make sure to remove you from this. Month later we get collection card by mail. Make sure they don't screw you over after you change your mind. And ask for proof that you are removed from their account. Seemed like someone was trying to get that commission.

Really like the overall community. I think the office can use some work on communicating to it's residents and I have had problems in my unit and it is brand new. I can hear everything my upstairs neighbors do as well which is really annoying.

I moved in a little over a month ago and have to say I love my apartment. I have a garage connected to my apartment and love not having to deal with removing snow from my car. I had one service request but Kevin was able to get it resolved quickly. the office team has been very helpful every time I go into the office.
